Excellent recommendations and exercises, based on extensive experience.

The stories are illuminating, admonitions are eminently quotable, references are sound, and the exercises practical. All of the sound thinking you'd expect from Dr. Reynolds.

I acquired this book as part of a class when I worked at Medtronic.

04/06/2006. The first day of class we covered the relationship between the brain and the
emotions. We learned how to keep emotions from running totally wild. In addition to the perfect bound book, we also received a spiral bound book of class notes.
