I have been deeply influenced by Danny Silk, and this book is no exception. Co-written with his close friend and businessman, Bob Hasson, The Business on Honor translates KYLO principles into the marketplace. I finished reading the book inspired to create workplace cultures of honor that allow people to thrive. Would highly recommended to anyone with a job.

Great book!

For any Christian who is in business, thinking about starting a business, or even a leader of a local church, you can benefit from reading this. This book is all about instilling a culture of honor in your organization and walking away from the "me first" mentality that eats away at what could otherwise be a thriving culture that builds up both the business/church AND the people in it.

With clear and precise tools for application, Hasson shares his experience with honor and dishonor, revealing truly what honor is and looks like, as well as what it doesn't look like. He demonstrates the rewards of honor, within business and in our daily lives. Very interesting. If you desire to be any sort of leader, or work in business, then I recommend you read this book.

This is a great book for anyone in leadership of any capacity. It is packed with wisdom. Every chapter inspired and challenged me to rethink how I lead and interact with people. I so appreciate Bob’s willingness to be vulnerable about his own journey of failures and victories. I found myself relating in several ways to his story and I am thankful for the keys of wisdom he shared. Wonderful book. Will probably become a yearly read for me.
