While I was reading this little pumpkin I enjoyed it because it told a story that reminded me of the five little piggies, and all of their actives that they did throughout their book but instead this one was themed off of pumpkins due to the fact that it showed a lesson that was being taught throughout the book that life isn't always fair, and some other children may have something different then what you may have.

I really enjoyed reading this book to my class, they loved seeing the pictures and how artistic each page was! My only downfall was the “this pumpkin rolled of the gate.” I didn’t like that part because my older toddlers complain that they thought the pumpkin busted and it made them sad.

Have really enjoyed all of the Aly Fronis & Luke Flowers books, so bought this one for the kiddos. Same catchy rhyming, with cute illustrations. We can’t get enough of this pair! Hopefully they’ll team up for more.
