Ever since Meiko regressed to a childlike state, she has lost the monstrous strength that made her the ultimate jailer. But now, more than ever, Kiyoshi and Mari need to bring back the old Meiko. Can they revive the former Shadow Student Council vice president buried deep within and take down the Official Student Council?
+ Art is incredible still. I’m amazed that the quality of it has not dropped at all after this many chapters. +I really liked the development of the love interests. Hana was great, as was Chiyo. +I liked the match between Hana and Risa.
-Can we get moving?? There’s barely been any movement on the actual plot. -These boys are oblivious and so horny. It drives me insane how they are only driven by that. -Wtf is that whole side story with Mari’s father\school director? It makes no sense and its not interesting. There was one funny moment however. Lol
All in all, the story is starting to go off the rails a little bit. Hopefully it will improve.
4 stars, since it seems like the old Vice President is back. I was getting tired of her being de-aged. I hope I get to see her literally whip people into shape next volume.
