I find this story cute. Forgive me for calling a story what involves loss cute but a baby serving as a cupid between these two endearing characters is definitely cute FOR ME.

Hunter was jailed because of an accident but during his time in prison he learned to cook which he used in business when he got out. Running a breakfast and lunch diner in Charity, Montana, she's helped by Nurse Tracy. Nurse by day and baker for Hunter by night. And in the last six months their relationship changed and it's obvious the attraction between them is growing.

And then an accident happen leaving a baby an orphan, Hunter as Godfather stepped in to take the baby. But what does he know about babies. LOL. So he turned to Tracy.

It is cute. First of I must state that I love every love story that involves a baby. I love babies in general. Okay I'm gonna stop myself now before I admit how I love pinching babies' cheeks and cuddling them and.... Okay sorry.

I really liked how the the romance between Hunter and Tracy blossoms. It isn't instant. We were told how they've spent nights working and thus how their attraction starts. The novel showed how little by little the two of them took each step until they can't help but to be really together.

Sure the story starts a liitle slow for me, but it caught up. And things really get better with Baby Adam. How he stole the scenes. :) And seriously Hunter got another ten points from me when it become more obvious how responsible he is by taking care of the baby. :)

Overall this is a perfect book for this season. Go get this book and have a blanket on the couch facing your fireplace. Too bad there is no winter in the Philippines where I live. :) But Christmas is everywhere.

*I was given a copy by the publisher and author thru Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank You. :)

An accident changed Hunter Wood’s life, resulting in him spending time in prison for his mistake. Whilst there he developed his love of cooking that he’s continued to develop after his release, so much that now he owns and runs his own breakfast and lunch diner in Charity, Montana. He is helped in this endeavour by Tracy Blevin, who works as a registered nurse during the day and then cooks pies for Hunter’s diner in the evenings. They’ve been business partners for more than six months and, although both are attracted to each other, they’ve never been more than partners. Then a tragic car crash leaves Adam, Hunter’s ten month old godson, miraculously physically unharmed but an orphan. Hunter takes responsibility for the baby. He’s never had much to do with babies and turns to Tracy for help and advice . . . . but with the attraction between them growing, maybe this miracle baby can help play cupid for them?

This is a very emotive read, with tragedies, a very insecure couple and a scene stealing baby.  It is a moving story of life after loss, celebrations and fun Christmas events and about taking risks in the hope of achieving your own HEA. The characters are well developed and portrayed, making them both believable and easy to empathise with. At times both main characters definitely have an inner battle between their heart and their head, so much so I wasn’t always quite certain which would win out in the end! It is a story of so many people having a second chance and a delightful festive read.

I requested and received a copy of this novel, via NetGalley. This is my honest review after choosing to read it.

I voluntarily read a advanced reader's copy of this book.

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall. A great addition to the Charity, Montana series. Emotional storyline. This book might have took me awhile to get into but once the storyline kicked in I really enjoyed it. Tracy used Hunter's cafe's kitchen at night making her pies and desserts besides being a RN durning the day. When Hunter's cousin and the cousin's wife got killed in a auto accident Hunter has to take in their infant son who is his godson. An emotional ride that leaves with a heart warming feel. I look forward to reading more in this series.

Tracy Blevin, an RN, bakes pies, on the side, for townsfolk and Hunter Woods to serve in his diner in Charity, Montana. Both have a past of secrets that tend to overpower them. Hunter accidently killed another hunter while hunting with his cousin, and subsequently spent time in prison, where he learned to cook. Tracy grew up in what she thought was the perfect, loving home, only to find out when she graduated from high school that her parents were not in love with each other, had been living a lie and had stayed together only for her sake. Shortly after that, she married her school sweetheart, but divorced a short time later. Both are trying to resolve their past difficult histories and move on with life. Early on, Hunter’s cousin and his wife are killed in an auto accident, and Hunter becomes the custodian of their infant son, Adam. Baby Adam soon becomes a big part of both Hunter’s and Tracy’s lives, as they both acclimate themselves o having a baby around. Hunter and Tracy also are fighting a mutual attraction for each other. Can they get over this as well as their own haunting pasts and make a home for baby Adam?

Though this was not a very long book, it definitely was a satisfying one. The author managed to flesh out the main characters well in a short time. I felt the chemistry between Hunter and Tracy and between the pair and little Adam from the start. I loved watching their relationship grow in the small but inviting, town of Charity, which made a perfect setting for this story. The story takes place during the Christmas season, though this does not overpower the tale, a task many others do not succeed at. Nevertheless, it does have a prominent place in everything. This is definitely a great Christmas season story that will usher the reader right into this holiday season. The author deserves credit for accomplishing so much in a sort novella. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quick seasonal romance read or for anyone who enjoys good romance. I received this from NetGalley to read and review.

After spending two years in prison involuntary manslaughter, Hunter Wood is finally getting his life together. He decided to make Charity, Montana, his new home town. He opened Wood’s Café and though it might be a struggle on occasion, he is enjoying his new life and career. But when Hunter’s cousin and wife are killed in a car accident and Hunter is given custody of their ten month old son Adam, Hunter’s life really takes a new direction. He doesn’t know anything about babies. He is going to need some help.

Tracy Blevin is an RN at Charity Urgent Care during the day and at night she uses Hunter’s kitchen to bake pies to sell to help with the mortgage of her new home. Tracy’s dating life is non-existent after a bad marriage and several relationships which ended with the guys leaving her. She has gotten to the point where she doesn’t believe love actually exists, but she secretly wants her own family. Spending time with Hunter, Tracy starts to think maybe there might be a chance for romance. But she is afraid it will end badly like her other relationships, so she keeps her feelings to herself.

When Hunter needs help with baby Adam, Tracy is more than happy to help. Will baby Adam be the miracle Hunter and Tracy need to see the love that is right in front of each other’s eyes?

This was an emotional story and it has a great message to it. I enjoyed seeing Hunter and Tracy put their insecurities behind them and finally find love. And who couldn’t love little Adam? He really stole the scenes at times.

I have a very serious concern about one aspect of childcare that is mentioned in this book.

"I'll look after Adam." She gazed at the baby, deeply asleep in the comfort of his snug car seat carrier, looking angelic and peaceful. The woman then leaves the baby in his car seat to sleep for at least an hour while she reads a book.

YOU DO NOT EVER, EVER leave a baby/ toddler, sleeping in a car seat when they are not in the car. Yes, it’s an arse waking them up, but do it anyway. Put them in a cot or their bed, but do not keep them in the car seat. Look it up on Google if you don't believe me. There are several such incidents, sadly.

Yes the babysitter was in the room but she was reading and it only takes a second for a child to stop breathing. And what really concerns me is that she was a nurse.

I know this book was published before the current warnings, but even so, readers should be warned. Perhaps the author could edit that part out of the story?

The book started out a little slow for me, but I soon found myself ensnared by the story. It got me a little teary. The whole story of Adam especially around holiday time. That's also the perfect time of year for the season to work it's magic to create miracles. Hunter is so swoon worthy to me when little Adam comes into his life. It's a beautiful journey watching Hunter and Tracy along with little Adam find their way. It's the prefect book to get someone into the holiday spirit. Also I absolutely love the cover of this book. It's so pretty.

"Received an Advance Reader Copy in exchange for a fair review"
4.5 stars
I admire Lynne Marshall’s craft in creating fictional worlds where I, as a reader, can immerse myself and watch its characters, so believable they seem real. These characters - Hunter, Tracy - live precarious and precious lives and somehow heal their troubled but hopeful souls.
I loved everything about this story, I even loved how the characters are so different from my usual expectations, still so touchingly vulnerable and human: a big, tough cook with a tortured past, a pragmatic nurse/baker, and the cutest baby boy I can remember reading recently, Adam.
I loved watching the big, clumsy, tattooed ex-con relating and taking care so well and lovingly of Adam, proving that a “struggling small businessman hardened by life” can be the best, unexpected father.
Tracy’s know-how and expertise as a nurse is great to read, with lots of credible details, and her support and strength are essential to this bachelor with his adorable baby.
I loved the interaction between the adults and the baby, meeting Joe and Taylor (previous story) again and also the way the food dimension was interwoven with the storyline.
This is really a heartwarming Christmas story, but also a beautiful friends-to-lovers romance, without the usual worn out sex scenes whose only aim, for the most part, is to fill pages.
I'm grateful to the publisher, Tule Publishing, and NetGalley for providing a free copy

As I read this book I realized that the Christmas Miracle referred to in the title could be several things. A child who survived the car crash that claimed the lives of his parents is a Christmas miracle. A young man who was incarcerated for two years and prefers being alone but stepping up and accepting the responsibility of raising this little boy--very likely a Christmas miracle. The full time nurse and part time business partner that answers his plea for help--probably another Christmas miracle. So many possibilities and they all contribute to make this a story that left me with the warm, happy feelings that are associated with the Christmas holidays. Author Lynne Marshall treats readers to a front row seat as the friendship between Hunter and Tracy develops into a deeper relationship following the events that occur after the tragic accident. We are allowed to witness the tentative responses of a man with trust issues learning to put his confidence in a young woman who has been hurt more than once by a relationship that failed. We also become a part of the hustle and bustle that is part of a small town Christmas season and we experience the same joy and excitement that the citizens of Charity, Montana feel. Their Christmas Miracle offers sweet romance, family values and characters that we like and respect. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an uplifting story for the holidays.

In a nutshell, Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall as a sweet Christmas book with a baby, a caring man and a capable woman. The uplifting story as Hunter works to help a child in need. He is a devoted Godfather who takes that role seriously when the unimaginable happens. This is a character that I could admire as well as like.

This is a Christmas romance, but it is Hunter’s role as suddenly a father to an infant that makes this story. Tracy and Hunter’s friendship develops quickly into more because of this.

Their Christmas Miracle is written in a flowing straightforward manner that makes it a relaxing, gratifying read. When finished the reader will have a smile on their face. Fans of Debbie Macomber’s annual holiday books would surely enjoy this book, too.

An ARC of the book was given to me by the publisher through Net Galley.

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall is a fantastic holiday read. Ms. Marshall has provided a well-written book populated with an outstanding cast of characters. This is a clean read, appropriate for all ages. Hunter is the owner of a cafe when his cousin and his wife are killed in a car accident and he takes their son to raise. Tracy is an RN and uses Hunter's ovens to bake goodies for his cafe and her side business at night. Tracy and Hunter's story is loaded with drama, humor, spice and Christmas goodness. I enjoyed this book and would be happy to read more from Lynne Marshall in the future. Their Christmas Miracle is book 2 of the Charity, Montana Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Unexpected feelings plus shocking circumstances make the second book in the Charity, Montana series very compelling and often moving. The small-town setting is perfectly delightful, where residents are charming and know one another. With the story taking place at Christmas time, plenty of celebrations are occurring and folks are in a festive mood. I enjoyed all the fun seasonal experiences, especially since I remember doing some of the very same things in years past. Characters are engagingly believable, and their everyday lives are depicted with realism. Lynne Marshall always writes truly convincing stores, and THEIR CHRISTMAS MIRACLE is affectingly emotional.

Since Tracy Blevin needs a little extra cash to help with her house payments, she occasionally works another job after her shift ends at the urgent care in Charity, Montana where she is a nurse. She enjoys baking, and making pies for Wood’s Café brings her much pleasure along with some money. Getting to interact with the diner’s owner is a bonus, but Hunter Wood seems content to keep things professional, so Tracy thinks friendship is all they will ever share.

After serving his sentence, Hunter wants to put the past behind him and have a brighter future. As he and Tracy become better acquainted when their work schedule overlaps, both begin to dream of possibilities that each feels will never become a reality. When an unanticipated event drastically alters Hunter’s life, his relationship with Tracy could also go in a new direction.

A standalone story, THEIR CHRISTMAS MIRACLE is about taking a risk and hoping the outcome will bring happiness. Hunter paid the price for a tragic mistake, and now he just wants to be respected and move forward. Working hard at his café takes up much of his time, but he has definitely noticed the intriguing Tracy who bakes some really delicious pies and also appeals to him. When he ends up the guardian of a young infant, he makes sure the boy is a priority in his life. I liked seeing how this man faced the obstacles of raising a child, and some were amusing while other instances were touching. Lynne Marshall had me smiling often during the scenes where little Adam was featured as those moments were certainly accurate.

Tracy has fears about giving love another chance, but being around Hunter as first a business partner and then his friend has her secretly wanting more. I never knew if this couple would let their feelings dictate their actions or if their mind would be in control. The author has her characters behave with genuine reactions, and just like real life, responses are not always in a person’s best interest. Honest emotions are why I always like reading a story written by Lynne Marshall.

Their Christmas Miracle is a tender Christmas romance that centers very much on second chances in life. When I think of the phrase “second chance” as a reader my first thought is often geared toward romance, two parted lovers reuniting for their happy ending. But that’s not the only way to think of second chances – and this story makes that very clear. Hunter, Tracy and one innocent baby all need second chances in so many areas of life. As basic as survival and as complicated as falling in love – second chances are all around us, we sometimes simply have to look for them.

An accident, a mistake cost Hunter so much that he can never regain. Now he’s only looking for a chance, a second chance to rebuild his life, operate a successful business, gain a decent reputation and keep his head down and tend to his own life. He has a partnership of sorts with Tracy who is a caring urgent care nurse by profession and the baker of sinfully delicious pies by calling. They have a mutually agreeable relationship she bakes tasty pies, he buys them for his hungry for more customers. He has happy customers and a profit, she makes some extra cash. And maybe they get to spend time together for a bit, each wondering if there might be more.

When the unthinkable strikes, and the title most people really only think of as honorary (and pray never, ever has to be taken on) becomes reality Hunter’s life will once again go through major changes – and this time he’s going to need some help.

There is so much to enjoy about Their Christmas Miracle. One precious, infant Godson will bring Hunter and Tracy closer. As a brand new parent, Hunter has no clue about babies, how they work, how to make them be quiet and happy… so he heads to the one person he trusts for help. Tracy. With the help of one adorable baby these three are going to form an unusual family – but one that works based on love, and second chances.

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

Each new read from author Lynne Marshall is a treat, and in the case of "Their Christmas Miracle", her second book set in Charity, Montana, it's a holiday gift. This novella may be short in length, but it is a story you will long remember. Hunter Wood strives to overcome the painful images of his past by working hard to make a success of his own little eatery in Charity, Montana. Having served his time for the accidental killing of a man during a tragic hunting accident, Hunter wants to keep moving forward. His baker for the diner, Tracy Blevin, carries the sadness of her parents' unhappy marriage, along with her own divorce and other failed relationships. Tracy is also a registered nurse, and Hunter volunteers at a rescue ranch where animals find safety and shelter from abusive situations. They have loving hearts, but have yet to find their own true love. Working side by side, friendship and respect have grown between them--is there a chance for something more? When tragedy strikes once again, and Hunter finds himself the care provider for his infant cousin, Adam, Tracy helps in any way she can. Part of her own heartache is her longing to become a mother, and baby Adam is so very precious. With the holidays fast approaching, emotions are high, and there is much to deal with--Hunter must obey both the law and the traditions of his Native American heritage when it comes to keeping custody of baby Adam. Can Hunter and Adam help Tracy overcome her lack of faith in herself and find a happy future for them all? Will a tiny baby, so innocent and vulnerable, truly be "Their Christmas Miracle"? This is a wonderfully poignant contemporary romance from a gifted storyteller, and let me add this: "Food, glorious food, wonderful food!". This holiday tale is tastefully tempting! Be sure to also read "Her Baby, His Love", Book One in the "Charity, Montana" series.

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall #TheirChristmasMiracle #NetGalley
Story starts out with Tracy who's a nurse fulltime but also gets up early to bake desserts for Wood's Cafe. Lately she's been running into the boss Hunter himself.
He's a very quiet keep to himself kinda guy but she gets to talk and he divulges some of his secrets of the past. He asks her questions about her life also and tells him some, but not all.
He shows up at her door one night with his cousins baby that he's caring for and she helps get him off to sleep, and tells Hunter to get some rest also. Over the pages we learn more about each of them, the cafe in Charity and why Hunter is going to end up with the child.
Love hearing of how he takes care of the child, like a first time parent with amazement at what the child is doing-so real. There are misunderstandings and you wonder if they will ever bridge the gap again...
Few characters and like recap of things to come with them and others in the community. Love just all the little surprises, you don't have to look hard to find them. Love symbols on the tattoo and what they mean.
Other works by the author and Tule Publishing are highlighted at the end. Can't wait to read more from this author.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has secrets, sweet love, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
Her Baby, His Love

This is Tracy and Hunter’s story. Tracy is a nurse that also bakes amazing pies. When Hunter opens a diner that servers breakfast and lunch he knows he must prove that he can make it. He is also proving to the town’s people that he is a changed man from his past. Hunter and Tracy have formed a business partnership. But feeling are starting to get involved. But when a baby is orphan’s to Hunter will he be able to take care of the baby? Will it push these two away from being together when you throw the baby into the mix? Or will it bring them closer. Will the baby be the big step to make sure that these two open there hearts and settle down into a future together?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I recommend this book.

If you are looking for a sweet story then Their Christmas Miracle by Lynn Marshall, book two in her Charity, Montana series. Hunter, an ex-con, wants to be respected for who he is a talented cook and diner owner. Tracy is a nurse and an extraordinary baker who has not had the best of luck in finding love. Since she is a nurturer, she wants to feel needed. She enjoys the time she spends with Hunter when she uses his kitchen to bake her pies, beginning to care for the man. When a winter car accident leaves Hunter’s godson an orphan, he takes in the ten-month old and learns about becoming a father with the help of Tracy. As complications occur, Hunter and Tracy are encouraged to admit their attraction and love for each other and become a family, filled with love.

I really enjoyed this sweet love story and had trouble putting this book down, reading this book in one day. Ms. Marshall wrote a lovely story that drew me in, making me forget the world around me and not letting me go until I turned the last page. I definitely recommend this book to other readers.

Tracey Blevin and Hunter Wood are lonely people trying their best to create a better life for themselves. Hunter was in prison for a horrible accident. He learned to cook and saved enough money to open his own diner. Tracey has accepted life as it is and works as an RN afternoons and makes pies in Hunter’s kitchen until the late hours. They have a working relationship that revolves around food and pies. Tracey is the spark of life Hunter needs and they grow to have a close friendship. When tragedy strikes his cousin and Hunter finds himself guardian to an infant son, Tracey becomes the one person he can rely on for help. As the days and weeks go by, Hunter and Tracey grow closer and their relationship borders on love, a love built on trust, friendship and a little baby boy.

I have not read the first book in this series but after reading this book I wouldn't mind reading the first book. The main leads, Hunter and Tracy were good. Although, I do have to say that someone kind of stole some of the spotlight from them. His name is Adam. Going from having a prison record to being a father to Adam has left Hunter clueless. Luckily, he had Tracy to help him. She is kind.

As far as romance goes, there was no movement until more than the half way mark. From there kisses were stolen. The chemistry between these two was sweet. That is exactly how the whole story was...sweet. Kind of like a dash of Debbie Macomber thrown in the mix. This book will get you started in the holiday mood.

A sweet holiday romance.

A special kind of magic is weaved around Christmas based stories that makes love even more romantic.

Hunter and Tracy have been dancing around their attraction for each other and have remained the consummate professionals. As Christmas draws closer, tragedy strikes Hunter's family and he finds himself caring for his young godson. It is this small child that brings them closer together at long last.

Full of sweetness, love, kindness and generosity, this is a holiday read with all the trimmings. A perfect way to spend a cold day curled up reading.

Hunter is working to create a successful life for himself. He is the owner, chef, and manager of a cafe. Tracy is a nurse, but also wants to be a baker. She has a part time job preparing delicious pies for Hunter's cafe, plus bakes for other clients upon request. Hunter and Tracy are drawn to one another, but both are holding back from a relationship because they don't want to spoil the friendship they currently enjoy. Their comfortable world is rocked with Hunter unexpectedly becomes a parent when friends die. The book was an enjoyable and comfortable read, with a nice Christmas theme.

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall is the second book in the Charity, Montana series. I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t put it down. An unfortunate hunting accident set the course for Hunter’s life as an adult. He paid the price and then became the guardian of his godson. Not only was he dealing with putting his life together, he was forced to care for an infant that, at first, was out of his ballpark.

Tracy was a nurse who wanted to make a go as a baker uses Hunter’s kitchen in the off hours to bake her pies. In time Hunter and Tracy grow close as they enter into a catering business together. She not only helps him with his own business, but also teaches him how to deal with a baby and trust in love.

This was a heartwarming read that I loved. I fell in love with Hunter and so enjoyed watching Tracy and he find their happily ever after. I’d like to disclose that I received an advanced copy. I voluntarily read and reviewed this and this is my honest opinion.

This is a wonderful sweet story that is very well written with some very interesting characters. Hunter Wood put his life back on track after a horrible accident landed him in prison for 2 years. Now a hardworking restaurant owner finds his world turned upside down once again when the death of a family member has the single man raising a baby.Luckily for Hunter his friend Tracy Blevin is there to help him through the rough times. These two have already be dancing around each other. Now that they are working together to care for the young child will their relationship change?

A sweet read I'd definitely recommend.

So as I read the first few pages I thought this was going to be just a regular on the job romance well except that Hunter had spent time in the pen, boy was I wrong, one twist of fate and a toddler named Adam and we have a story that is tugging at my heart strings.
I love a book you can’t hardly put down, it’s calling you back even when you need to get things done, and this is how this book is, the story is just that kind.
And no cliff hanger here, the author ties it up with a big red Christmas bow, that leaves you with that delicious AWE feeling.

Hunter Wood opened his own diner after working and learning for another diner for awhile. Tracy Blevin is a RN and a talented pie baker. When Hunter gets temporary custody of his 10 month old godson Tracy starts to see a different side to Hunter which adds to her attraction to him. When the three start appearing as a family will it all come crashing down or will they all get there happily ever after?

I loved this story from start to finish. The characters were so real and endearing. I didn’t want to stop reading!

Beautiful story

I loved it. When Hunter received a phone call that his favorite cousin and wife were killed in a car accident, he also learns that he will be responsible for taking their baby to care for. Adam is now an orphan. Hunter knows nothing about caring for a baby, and quickly enlists his friend, Tracey to help. Both Hunter and Tracey love Adam, and they want to do what is right for him. So what exactly is right for him? They will figure it out. Heart-warming and beautiful.

This was a heartfelt lovely Christmas story that has a man overcoming his past to make a successful future. When a terrible accident brings a baby into Hunter's life he is overwhelmed running his diner and caring for a baby. He turns to Tracy, his baker and registered nurse for help. The two truly have a Christmas miracle with this little baby bringing them together to build a family.

Love is miracle.

This book was great. The characters were wonderful. I like Hunters honesty about everything. His vulnerability for a man was very touching. The storytelling with a child is my favorite. Lynne Marshall is a very good storyteller, made the book interesting from the first page to the end. Yes I recommend her books to my friends.

A feel-good book brought from tragedy. This heartwarming story will steal yours. Hunter and Tracy were perfect characters. This author has a way of writing that makes you feel like every word is real and the story becomes believable. Loved! Book gifted to me by NetGalley.
