Trapper's story was not exactly what I thought it was going to be. He was a mess of a man in previous books who seemed to have a death wish. In this book, Trapper needs to figure out whether to be with Avery or to let that dream go. He struggles with it through most of the book which is told in different parts. The story was intriguing and did explain some of the mysteries that surrounded his life. It was a fitting end to his story and did also catch up on all of the other couples at the end. There was a final tale for all of the couples at the end which wrapped up the series. Overall it was a good read and was done in a way that made sense for the character that Trapper was.

Bottom Line was the sixth and final book in the Devil’s Due MC series by Chelsea Cameron.

I absolutely loved every book in this series but I put reading this book off for four years because I knew it would be difficult for me. I knew the abuse was horrific even if I didn’t know the details. And it was horrific and very difficult to read. But in the end it was worth it. Cameron even threw in a few twists that I never saw coming but totally made this story. Cameron also provided a epilogue with all of the MC members and their forever loves. Ultimately it was a great ending to a great series.

This is Trapper's story and it has to be my favourite. It also tells an extra ending to every Devils Due nomad's storyline which was an excellent way to finish this series.
It was a phenomenal read.

Mitchell "Trapper" Gates had had a difficult childhood, he basically had to raise himself. The story follows his first meeting with Avery, their friendship and the bond they forged. This was a gritty, intense story that at times broke my heart and yes - I shed a tear or two from feelings of anger and sadness. The telling of the tale was very descriptive but it was sensitively written and when I'd finished, I could of cried for more, it was beautiful.

Can be read as a standalone, but the entire series is amazing, so don't miss out.
I highly recommend this book!

I’m going to respect the authors request and keep this spoiler free so it will be short and vague.

I’ve really enjoyed this series from the conflict and pain to the loving and healing but this book was EPIC just fantastic.

I’ve been waiting for Trapper’s story, I fell headlong in love with him. His past has made him tough and uncompromising and the reader gets a front row seat to his pain.

Sit back and buckle up for one last emotional ride with this crazy gang of nomads.

I don’t think this series could have had a better finale than Bottom Line. As a matter of fact, I don’t think many books out there could top the epically beautiful story that Bottom Line is. Trapper’s story is one that will completely shatter you before putting you back together. Even calling this outstanding seems too small for what this book is. The completely emotional journey of Trapper and Avery is one that will completely take your breathe away.

Since discovering this series and falling in love with it I’ve been dying for more of Trapper and finally getting him and Avery was even more than I ever expected. Their story is one that with stick with you. Everything they went through, and all Trapper has done for their love will have you reaching for the tissues. It’s worth every tear though to finally see these two get what they deserve.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review
I have been waiting for Trappers story for a while but who hasn’t with all the snippets we have gotten in all the past books. I have to say this is my favorite book of this series if I could give it 6 stars I would. We know things were bad for Trapper growing up but what he endured I was not prepared for.
Trapper’s mother left him as a teenager to fend for himself. He slept on the street and ate out of trashcans until Avery befriended him at school and helped Trapper see not everyone will ignore you, leave you, or torment you but will love you no matter what you have been thought. Avery has also lived in hell and Trapper finds this out on his own and does what he can to protect Avery even if that means to turn and run away.
My heart broke for Avery when I read the back story. The way Trapper protected Avery since they were kids made me fall in love even more with Trapper. Avery waits and hangs on to the thought that one day Trapper will come back but that day never seems to come. When Trapper decides to stop running and face his demons will Avery still be there waiting?
The secrets and the twists in this one were amazing. The way we learn about Trapper and Avery’s past and present was remarkable. Absolutely loved how the snippets of Trappers past from each previous book was the beginning of this book and then it took off from there. Not only did I fall more in love with Trapper my heart also fell for Avery. Avery was so kind and holds so much love for Trapper. I have to say one of my favorite things is that we get little glimpse of how the other couples are now doing after they have settled down.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

I have WAITED and WAITED for this book. OMG the secrets that are spilled. The story of Trapper and Avery is something I never saw coming. We knew the two had a dark past. We knew Trapper was running but from what we had no clue. We knew Avery was tired of waiting for Trapper. But none of us were ready for what unfolded in this novel.

First of all, I loved the way the book was told in 3 sections. At first, I was like “huh” but honesty it is the best way to remind us of what we know about Trapper and Avery. We got to replay the scenes from the other books, meet these two in their childhood through to adulthood, and then see their futures plus the rest of the nomads.

I will tell you that if you are a fan of the series, be ready. No amount of preparation can get you ready for this book. The upset tummy I had over the horrors Trapper and Avery faced together and separately hurt my heart. The love they feel for one another is felt through the pages of the book.
I can’t get into a lot of specifics because you need to read this book and feel this book. To giveaway a lot of plot is to ruin the story and love of Avery and Trapper. These two and their story will no doubt be a top read for me for this year.

I live and breathe for books like this!

Chelsea Camaron just gets it when writing MC stories. She sucks her readers in with her vivid writing, realistic characters, and dialogue. A couple of nice twists in the book also keep readers on their toes.

Trapper and Avery, oh man these two. You get a glimpse of them in previous books but I wasn't sure their story would be written.

Trapper
"He's no saint."

In Bottom Line, Chelsea writes in past and present to give her readers insight into Trapper and Avery's journey. Usually, I'm not a fan of that but in this story, it worked. Chelsea really got me teary-eyed when I read about Avery's backstory. Avery's character was sweet and kind-hearted and the love she has for Trapper is so beautiful. Yes, I might be making this story sound all gushy but don't let me fool you. This book is dark which is expected in my opinion in most MC stories. There are a few edgy scenes and parts that made Trapper look crazy but hella sexy.

It's hard to write this review and not reveal spoilers. I just want to tell you everything! If you are a die-hard fan of MC reads, READ. THIS. BOOK. Chelsea Camaron always delivers when she puts out an MC story. Chelsea just gets it when it comes to writing this stuff.

I Voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book

So I'm sorry to do this to you, but this is going to be a very short review. Reason being that there are some spoilers and I seriously don't want to spoil it for you, if you have followed from the first book. And have been like me anxious to read Trapper's story.

This story I think was more gritty and so much more intense than the previous books, that I have to say my heart was broken. This journey that Trapper and Avery had was so heartbreaking that and dark that you will finish and ask yourself 'did I really just read that'.

All I want to say is if you have read the previous books, nothing will prepare you for what is in store for you in this book. The story is told in three parts, and I can tell you that it was perfect. This author definitely did a brilliant job with Trapper and Avery

Trapper has a strong ally in Avery, “this is me, you, and Meaghan. I won’t be without her. You’re here, then you … are … here.” ... I accentuate my last few words. “Not playing games— too old for the ****. Not gonna wait around for you. What I got is good. What I want is more.” We got to see the other couples and Owen still makes me swoon, "he smirks. “effin’ makin’ me hard, Hadley. You wanna get out of the bed and be able to walk, can’t keep givin’ me those eyes, baby.” I liked this book, and I loved seeing all the characters again.

Never ever have I read a book this perfect. Trapper is bold and beautiful in his own right. A very painful past and a very lonely existence. He lost his world when he left Avery. It took guts and a will of steel to do so but He put Avery first.
This book was beyond everything that I expected. This series was awesome but this book took the first prize.

Out of all the books in this series, this has got to be my favorite. I have waited all this time for Trapper's story and I was not disappointed. This one was filled with a lot of emotions and heartache. I had to put it down a few times because I was overcome with emotions. Trapper's book will definitely pull at your heartstrings and not let you go until the end. The hell he went through would be enough to bring anyone down, he overcame with the help of the Devil's Due MC and Avery. This is one I will definitely be reading again and I highly recommend it.

NOTE: I don't review books like most people (book report style, summary, etc.) I say what I liked or loved or I just rant and complain if there is something to rant & complain about.

SERIOUSLY DON'T TRY READING THIS AS A STAND ALONE

Just like other reviews probably say, this book can be hard to read at times because as humans we can't help but sympathise or maybe empathize with these characters. Assuming you haven't started reading this series with this book, I assume you know who everyone is by now (well don't be so sure) and I don't have to go over them. However what we didn't know (at least not fully) is that Trapper had a horrific childhood, starving all the time & living the destitute, life of a homeless boy. God, it was horrible reading about this poor child with no food, home or anyone to love him. That is until Avery....

Avery is a character we haven't really learned much about until this book; we've only had little teasers throughout the series. We learn quickly that Avery's homelife was tragic too, but in a different way. Reading about these characters hurts your heart because you know there are REAL kids out there suffering just like Trapper & Avery did.

So anyway... Avery reached out & befriended Trapper, both of them needing a friend, both of them needing each other & for Trapper who hadn't felt unconditional love before, Avery was heaven sent. So Trapper did anything & everything he could to protect Avery. He withstood bullying, took abuse & even left Avery behind to save him (which is then when he meets & becomes one of The Devils Due MC).

The story has a "twist", and according to other reviews, it was on purpose. So yeah, tricking us all based on our preconceptions, was pretty cool. Though, might I say it was a tiny bit clumsily executed, since to me, it wasn't obvious that it was done on purpose. It just felt like I had missed a very important fact through over 10 chapters & 5 of the previous books. I know that was the point but maybe I was hoping for a bigger reveal so I could feel better about myself despite missing something so obvious...LOL

The last thing I'll mention is...

The last third of the book is supposed to devote a chapter to each of the Devils Due MC & their woman and "catch us up" in their lives whilst sealing their HEA's. However, all it seemed to me was a sex scene every chapter because that is the only way couples can show they're happy, right? Personally, It bored me to tears reading them over & over & over. Sex scenes are best sprinkled lightly throughout the story, not all clumped in the end. That's what people read Erotica for (I don't judge, I was one of them for a couple of years until I read so much, I completely burned out). Anyway, the last third of the book sorta sucked. I have no room to talk as I can't write a book for shit, but I just wanted to warn people before they wasted their time (IMO). Of course, most fans will disagree but we all have our preferences & I prefer Romance to Erotica nowadays.

This is an author that certainly knows how to round off a series and I must say that she couldn’t have handled it any better – Trapper and Avery were the real deal and by leaving their story until the end the author was able to dish up something that will not be easily forgotten.
Don’t worry this review will be spoiler free, after all if you have got this far you don’t need me to tell you how marvellous the series has been to date, and I am sure that you have been probably dying to get your hands on this for longer than you will care to admit.
I wondered just how the author would pitch Trapper and Avery, but I had no inkling that their story would be quite as heart-breaking as it was. But as touching as it was my underlying emotion was that the felt honest, yes, their story was gritty, it needed to be. Some might say that there was a sordid element to them almost and in some respects, that was true but that did not diminish the depth of feeling that the author was able to plough into them both…they were fully loaded!!
The vice like grip that the story held over me was more than I had imagined it would have but that was because reading what they were going through, had me cultivating all sort of scenarios in my head, but the joke was on me because try as I might I now know that whatever picture I was painting (and quite vividly I can tell you) I would have never realised the author direction, no matter how long I was given. I was totally blown out of the water!!!!
I loved watching the evolution of Trapper from young boy to man and …oh boy what a man he is!
But be in no doubt that Trapper is not a man to be taken lightly, but in my opinion his biggest enemy was himself…so, enjoy the journey with him as he fights for everything he has ever wanted.
With regards to Avery, well I will leave you to discover the beauty her for yourself because this is a woman that with the deftest of grips is holding on to her man as best she can. The only question was …could she keep him?
Relentless in its pursuit of a storyline that deserved them both, this was a tale of characters that had to learn the meaning of not only forgiveness but also love…in it most undiluted form.
The Devils Due MC…one of the very best!!!!

Amazing and beautiful ... deserves more than a 5 star!

This review is not going to be the same as my other reviews because I am not going to go into the story so much as I don’t want to give any spoilers, but holy hell was this book good! I believe that it might be one of the best from Chelsea Camaron that I have read. There are twists and turns that I did not expect, and I fell deeply for each of the characters in this story.

Trappers history was so totally heartbreaking and devastating. I have been somewhat conflicted by Trapper from the beginning, but now knowing the characters backstory, I can completely see the way that he is and how he handles things. Trapper is a complex, but utterly simple character at the same time. He is very much like the other members of the Devil’s Due in his protectiveness, but he is haunted by the past that he can’t forget.

Avery is a tragic character as well that Chelsea has only allowed glimpses of through the stories in the series. Avery smooths out the rough edges that Trapper has and gives Trapper the understanding and unconditional love that Trapper never had. There love for each other is very apparent and beautiful. There is strength and purpose in Avery and it shows in how Avery handles life and moving forward to find what happiness in out there.

Again, I did not expect things that came out in this story, but it made total sense in context with how Trapper has been in the other stories. I did some ugly crying while reading, but also smiled and felt happiness as the story progressed. This is truly an inspiring story that totally rocked me. It definitely deserves more than a 5 star!

Can I just say how much I love the Devils Due Mc and Chelsea Camaron , I've been waiting for Trappers book since In the Red and wasn't disappointed at all knew it was going to be one hell of a ride but wow so many unexpected things happened . I highly suggest that you read this series in order not only are they enjoyable but the author really teases us with Trapper . You could feel Trapper and Avery's intense attraction and the way they tried to protect one another was truly heartbreaking . The bond may have had some bumps and bruises along the way but it never was broken . The end was bittersweet because it's the end of the series with characters who put me through the ringer but with the way Chelsea Camaron tied it up in such a beautiful way it just made me want to re-read every one of these nomad bikers finding love and happiness . I so want to say more but don't want to give anything away because the readers need to experience this story because WOW . Am looking forward to read more by the author we get a tease of her next book and I'm so excited to devour it .

Great conclusion, sad that the series is over. These six men came together to right wrongs, undue mistakes in their pasts and have found futures. The last one to find resolution is Trapper. This man has made a life after an unspeakable childhood. The one person in his life to make that bearable is Avery. Leaving this love, the one person he could trust has wreaked him. However, protecting Avery meant leaving the small town. They have touched base but never reunited. With all his brothers settled is it his turn?
The story moves from the past explaining what we never knew. Some despicable truths, some real surprises which I will not reveal. This story is gut-wrenching yet with always the hope that maybe a reunion is possible. The characters are incredibly strong to have made it through their childhood. In the end, we get a series epilog of all the couples. A satisfying conclusion to an intense series. This is a unique MC story with more vagabonds than the traditional MC club. However, the loyalties and support are as strong or more so than any MC.
I recommend the entire series. You can read each couple alone and meet other characters, however well worth reading the whole series.

What can I say, except this series ended with a BANG! Chelsea did phenomenal justice to Trapper. I could NOT have fathomed where she would take this story but she did not disappoint.
We really get to see more of Trapper, the boy who grows into a man. He still has so much to overcome and he has to decide if he is willing to fight. Fight for him. Fight for Avery. Fight for it all. When the devil calls, Trapper must give him his due.
Avery is Avery and watching that story unfold just left me in awe of Chelsea's words. Chelsea truly captured the heartbreaking beauty that encompasses Avery and Trapper.
I love that we got to catch up with everyone from Devil's Due. It was an ending that couldn't be beat. I'm a huge fan and love Chelsea's work, and IMO, this is her best yet.
The review is short because well, spoilers aren't cool. Read for yourself to discover Trapper's Bottom Line.

I have enjoyed every book so far in the Devil’s Due MC series, but this is the one we’ve all been waiting for. Trapper... what happened to him to make him seem to hope for death? Who is Avery and what does Avery mean to Trapper? Will Trapper ever “go home” like Avery requests every time he calls? We get the answers to all these questions and in a more in-depth way than we seemed to get with the previous books; we did after all get a sneak at Trapper’s world at the end of every book before his.

I’m saying nothing about plot as I just know I will slip up and give away a spoiler, so I’m just going to say that as much I enjoyed the other books, this one is my favourite and I think Chelsea Camaron did a great job in wrapping everything up and giving Trapper the ending I think we all wanted. 5 stars for Bottom Line.

I absolutely loved this book. I loved how it was written and the storyline. It was just amazing. I loved being able to go from the past to the present and know what is going on with the characters. I love that you got the rest of the story for all the characters at the end. And finding out who Avery is-- Holy hell yes that was not only shocking but absolutely loved it. I loved how the storyline played out and how the characters came together. Chelsea blew me away with this one. I haven't had the chance to read many books by Chelsea but the ones that I have i absolutely loved. This one is top of the list. It was just there are no words for this book. Not only was it intense from the very beginning but it kept me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen. Highly recommend reading this whole series especially this one.

Holy Toledo Ohio! Have a fan and ice water on standby for this scorching hot read!

I've read many MC books over the years, but this one was by far one of my favorites. Trapper and Avery's story isn't all rainbows and unicorns; it's real; it's sordid. Avery's hold on Trapper is tenacious and unrelenting. Their story reminds me that real forgiveness and truly unconditional love is possible for the right couple. And their chemistry is off-the-charts hot.

We also got a few follow-up chapters on other brothers in Devils Due, which I loved. I'm sad to see this series end, but will cross my fingers that Chelsea Camaron has some more shenanigans from the Devils Due MC in the future.

This is the ending of an incredible series and I believe Chelsea Camaron has saved the best romance for last. I have to admit that Trapper has not always been my favorite. He can be a real jerk to deal with but now I finally understand why and that makes me like him a little more. Avery is the perfect heroine for this man. She was strong and courageous when needed. She loved him and would do anything to keep him. This story was hard on the heart but worth every tear shed. I also loved the feeling of closure for these alpha men and the women that loved them. They were all exactly where they needed to be to find love and peace. This story and series will always be a reminder of the amazing storytelling that Chelsea Camaron can weave and I loved every moment of it.

You guys - this one is a hard to describe and hard to review without spoilers so short and to the point. These books are stand alone but i do recommend you read the other releases to know some back story.

Trapper and Avery. Trapper has an absolutely unbelievable life filled with something worse than pain. I don’t even know how to describe it. This is a devastating emotional journey that you most definitely do not want to pass. Please do not over look this book. A brilliant and passionate story that you just won’t believe.

Keep turning the pages - Ido promise you a happy heart when you grace the last page. Thank you for the honor of reading this series - Review to post to Ramblings From Beneath The Sheets. Just wow .... by the way I LOVE the cover .. it speaks volumes.

I have been anxiously awaiting Trappers story and it is everything I hoped it would be. We finally find out about this enigma of a man whom we can't help but love, and we finally meet Avery. I think Trapper is my favorite biker in this series, I just can't tell you how much I loved his story! Chelsea also managed to have quite a surprise for us in this one. I am also greatly appreciative for getting everyone's epilogue. It is nice to have the series all wrapped up. This is a MUST read, get yours when you can!
