I was born and raised on Long Island and always had two hobbies...

I loved computers, and I read books voraciously.

I've been working in the computer industry for twenty years, and have continued to read a large number of books. On a whim, I started writing erotic short stories online, and to my surprise they were always highly rated, and more than that, I found I loved to write. Since then I have worked at improving my writing, and started publishing on Amazon.

Worst of the three I think. For one him having an avatar meant he just steamrolled any opposition, could have been an Isekai in that regard^^. Neither the country he soloed (well okay duoed) nor has family of gods ever put up a serious fight. There is little more boring than a conflict with a country when the MC can defeat their entire army and church in open battle. But worse is that his conversion plan working makes no sense. It could work over several years but

In general the thing with his family was rather underwhelming in how it was handled. Maybe the author just wanted to be done with these books.

Hmm... The whole trilogy was not bad, but it was not really good either. It didn't really make me feel anything. It lacked focus and character growth, at least that's what I think. I felt like stuff just happened without much of build up.
Hard to put it in words, but the outline for the story was good but it just needed more.

Aside from a few minor grammar issues (I've noticed these are a trend, the author or editor needs to do a better job with checking for those), the book was underwhelming. At first, I thought the book was alright until I got to the halfway point where I realized it felt rushed. Parts of the story just feel lacking.

For instance, there are two things that stick out, in particular, both involving Nurien's sisters. The first sister, Tythys, is sent to kill Nurien. Here's the thing she shows up 3 times, in the prologue, in the middle, and in the end. She felt unimportant, so unimportant I don't think she should have been in the prologue at all. The other sister, Hedea, shows remorse for what her sister did so many years ago and through one interaction Nurien suddenly cares about her. There is little character development at all.

Like I said about the first book, this feels like a Dungeon Master describing events and leaving a lot out.

I really enjoyed this series and this book. However, I felt that the last half of the book was rushed. It just seemed that the author wanted to finish this series in 3 books, was bored with it, and tried to just narrate the conclusion. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the interactions with all of the characters. I also recognize that trying to tell a war story as a series of endless battles would just become boring. What was important was what happened to the characters when all of these events transpired and were concluded and it was good. At the same time, I felt like Nurien was better than his origins and so I disagreed with the ending somewhat. Further it seemed that there was some gray area that could have made allowances for alternative decisions.

But, definitely read the series.

Great ending to the story

I have really enjoyed this series. It has some graphic sex scenes, but it is totally not just a smut book with some fantasy elements thrown in. The characters are complex and keep you interested in what they are going to do next. The actual ending is kind of anticlimactic (the narrator even mentions this)
But it lets the story come to an end in a very natural and satisfying end to the other books. The magic system is very thought out, and ut gives an excellent look through a dungeons eyes.

Decent trilogy

The series could have been better, mostly by increaseing the amount of details. The whole trilogy felt like it had been rushed and the ending was just... ok I guess. The story itself was just ok, and I would've appreciated more suspense. The main character never once felt like he was in jeopardy.

A fun time

The story was a fun ride, blending a number of elements for stories in its genre in a manner seldom seen. I would like to explore this world more, maybe as RPG of some kind. The only real issue I had with the series was an absence of physical ranged type characters, and to lesser extent a lack of mage types.

More sex than the other two combined.

I don't mind sex in a book when it adds to the story, but to much of this just seemed like a way to add pages in a very short book. I also found a couple of errors, but the editing was much improved over book two.
Still I'm glad I read this on KU.

Awesome finale!

This is a good end to the dungeon story, I would have liked more but hey a story must finish. The whole series was totally different than the other erotic stories of the author, and I preferred it like this. It's worth the read buy it.

Nice clean predictable and boring ending to the series. Even the sex scenes were boring. The only reason i finished it was to see where the characters ended up. I ended skimming half the book just to finish it.

Loved it

Fun easy read, where we went on an adventure... had fun and there were never any politics or cheesy over the top complications... just to meet a word count or whatever inane reasons some authors have for the extra b.s.

Good Read.

A dungeon builder story. Does have adult content. The story continues from book 2. Building up the dungeon and a battle outside the dungeon. Last book of the series. Has a satisfactory ending.

Outstanding.

I've read some of D.R. Rosier other books and I think he has found the right mix of sex and violence.

Great Endings

A great ending(s) to an excellent “Dungeon Lit” series. Nicely edited and detailed, and quite fun. Recommended (and required, if you’ve followed it this far)!

The weakest of the 3 books, I don't know if it was the fact that I read the second and third book in such a quick succession (basically in one day) but I felt that was too much fluff in this, the general happenings were good and the ending was satisfactory (even if rather predictable), but there was entirely too much sex in this one, to the point where I just skipped over almost all of it. (the fact that it was 3 1/2 different couples didn't help at all).
Also the huge time spent on the Master Cleric and his relationship was kinda pointless, he didn't really have a big role in this book (unlike the second) and didn't ever do anything really interesting besides fucking his new gf.

That being said it is still a good series and I would definitely recommend anyone that came this far, to finish this.

This one was the weakest of the series. I feel that everything was resolved far too quickly and everything just worked out hunky-dory. Most things were glossed over as finished up and then everything was done. Plus I hated how the imp was left behind in the writing, like she was the backup. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way even though it was her 'choice'.

Very good

I do like role play type stories and this one has that, humour and a little sexual naughtiness to. I have enjoyed all three books in this series.
