Five snowy nights, six lonely hearts and a whole lot of mistletoe...Christmas, a time when dreams come true, finds six lonely singles tricked into spending the holiday in a romantic cabin in the heart of Washington’s snowy Snoqualmie Pass.Dr. Will Colson, an ornery, overworked ER doctor, longs to get away and ignore the holiday, and Amber Roth, a feisty contractor with a chip on her shoulder, has a secret she’s kept for much too long. Then there’s Rowan Briggs, a talented chef who doesn’t know when to shut his trap, and brilliant author Juniper Davis, who’s almost given up on love. Entrepreneur Hunter Kingsley simply wants to fill her empty heart and go on an adventure, and finally, there’s Austin Masters, the nerdy scientist with a penchant for fire and a bumbling awkwardness that always lands him in a tight spot. Sparks fly and secrets are revealed during their five days together, but it’s more than holiday whimsy and the spirit of the season that have their hearts aflutter. This year, Christmas magic – and sizzling attraction – might lead them to their true love, who could be right in front of them, standing beneath the mistletoe.
A Canadian West Coast baby born and raised, Whitley is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have two beautiful daughters and a fluffy dog. She spends her days making food that gets thrown on the floor, vacuuming Cheerios out from under the couch and making sure that the dog food doesn't end up in the air conditioner. But when the kids are at school and it's not quite wine o'clock, Whitley sits down, avoids the pile of laundry on the couch, and writes.
A lover of all things decadent; wine, cheese, chocolate and spicy erotic romance, Whitley brings the humorous side of sex, the ridiculous side of relationships and the suspense of everyday life into her stories. With single dads, firefighters, Navy SEALs, mommy wars, body issues, threesomes, bondage and role-playing, Whitley’s books have all the funny and fabulously filthy words you could hope for.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I fell in love 3 times with 3 couples, plus Daisy and Riley for having all of their friends meet up. Christmas, hanging by the warm fire, great food and drinks, and hot passionate sex... what more is needed! Whitley Cox wrote another amazing story with Snowed In and Set Up!
5 star review of Snowed In & Set Up by Whitley Cox
Christmas is my most favourite holiday, it’s the most magical time of the year. I love any story that is centred around Christmas; it’s a time for family and friends to get together celebrate, and reflect.
Having read several books by Whitley Cox, I jumped at the chance to read this one. I love her style of writing and Snowed In & Set Up really ticked all the boxes for me.
A story about 6 single and lonely people brought together in a cabin in Washington's Snoqualmie Pass by Daisy and Riley. I have to say that I really loved the idea of being snowed in (probably because I live in Australia and do not get snow where I am).
The chemistry and growing feelings that sizzle between the couples was heartwarming. There were times when I laughed and times where I wanted to cry. It will make you swoon and I think you will be hard pressed not to fall in love with all of the characters.
This book is full on, as there are 3 couples to become invested in with Will and Amber, Roman and Juniper, Hunter and Austin. So we get 3 romances in the one book which made for an riveting read. It sounds like it could get confusing but such is the skill of Ms. Cox she wove a story that was easy to read and follow.
With a little help from Riley and Daisy, some eggnog, a beautiful fire and snow all around, the magic of the holiday season will open them all up to the wonders and potential of love under the mistletoe.
There was passion, sizzling chemistry, drama, tension and a whole lot of fun. I loved this book from the first to the last chapter and was so invested that I didn’t want to put it down, even when real life got in my way.
6! Count ‘em 6 people, 3 couples in the heart of the Christmas season to keep you company. People who you wouldn’t think would be a match, but thanks to a crazy Canadian get to spend time in a beautiful cabin and learn to enjoy Christmas again. It’s a read that will leave you wanting a friend like Daisy and Riley to set you up and enjoy that much fun. And by fun I mean SEXy good times! The hidden secrets that are revealed make for some interesting moments. It’s not all fun and sex there is tension and fights, lazy people and tempers. This book would be a great movie and I’d totally be first in line with a ticket! You won’t be disappointed by Whitley and her stories. Highly recommend any of them!
This book is about 6 people who go to there friends for Christmas only to find they have been set up. When they arrive they are 6 strangers but when they find out what Daisy has done they decide to stay and see it it all works out for them. They are 6 very different people who you wouldn’t generally think belonged together. It’s full of laughs, sex and fights. But it’s also make you wish Christmas was here now, will everyone there be able to find the person in the group that Daisy thinks is there perfect match. I throughly enjoyed this book I laughed and cried whilst reading it. You won’t be disappointed by the stories Whitley writes for us and this book is the same I highly recommended this book to everyone.
Snowed In & Set Up will have you wanting to cuddle up in front of a fire and fall in love. A story of 6 people thrown together all in the name of match making . This book was like 3 stories all in one and had me mesmerized from the start. As these couples explore attractions, self doubt, friendship and a little magic of Christmas just to top it off you will be drawn into the drama and chaos it all creates. This little Christmas adventure not only gives us laughs, love and tears but it will heat up the pages like only Whitley Cox knows how to do. These characters will draw you in and have you enjoying the ups and downs of this emotional Christmas adventure.
This is the story of six strangers brought together by a mutual friend, for a Christmas vacation in her mountain cabin. What they don't know is that she has decided that they would be the perfect matches for each other. Over five days, stuck in a cabin, can they figure out who their match is and is she right? This is a fun story, great for a day when you are stuck in the house, snowed or rained in. A lot of drama and a lot of steam.
This romance was fine - I enjoyed it but I didn't love it. The story itself was unbelievable and predictable but I did enjoy the reading of it. There were moments that felt like the story dragged on a bit.
This was magical. So much Christmas magic. Yes, it was basically one long horny Christmas week with 6 strangers. But wow did the author throw some major Christmas magic in there. And I loved every second of it.
I really enjoyed this book. The beginning was genius how the author introduced the characters. The anticipation and excitement building with each introduction. Great read, wonderful flow, solid story ,one, and incredibly HOT HOT HOT!!! This was first time that I have read this author and I will definitely read more.
Arc provided by author for honest review. When Whitley first told me about this book I was excited to read. But also a bit nervous as well. Because this book was based on four different couples. Which I thought for sure was going to be very confusing. Whitley proved me dead wrong. I was not confused at all. Each couple is different in there own and each has there own story. It's a very interesting appealing book. Perfect for Christmas time. It will definitely get you in the holiday spirit. My favorite characters are Austin and Hunter along with Will and Amber. Everyone will have there opinion. Whit I was truly impressed with this one. Thank you for proving me wrong.
Be prepared 3 times everything. This book was great. Six singles end up at a friends house for the holidays. It turns out to be a match making attempt. Daisy and Riley, mutual friends of both, set these six singles up for a holiday trip they wont ever forget.
This book was great and had great characters. There are plot twists, secrets and lots of steaminess in this one!! Also whats great about it is its like 3 stories in one book! Definitely recommend.
6 strangers are set up by their match making friend. Sounds like to could go all sorts of wrong. They don't know who is matched with whom and are challenged to find out. I loved the fact that all these people went with this idea. They all have insecurities that are dealt with pretty fast but that's what being confined together does to this group. The magic of Christmas is strong throughout and works in ways not even the characters can figure out.
What an original idea for a Christmas story. Daisy invited 6 of her single friends to her cabin to celebrate the Christmas holiday but didn't tell them that she was actually setting them up. This is a sweet but very steamy story sure to please contemporary romance lovers on a relaxing autumn evening.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
A wonderfully written book by Whitley Cox. 6 Complete strangers find themselves unknowingly on a 5 day Christmas Vacation. A wonderful story about love, life, secrets, and sometimes just knowing when your mate is “the one”. What comes easy for some, doesn’t come as easily, if at all for others. A very well written book, with a HEA. Would definitely recommend this read...it’s also a great book to have and read during the Holidays.
Loved this book, it's a great story line & has characters are wonderful. Daisy decides to play matchmaker & invites 6 of her single friends to her cabin to celebrate Christmas holidays they had no idea that she was actually setting them up. . There is a lot or drama, humour & steaming hot. I loved all the character & couldn't choose a favourite. Definitely recommend reading this book.
PERFECT CHRISTMAS ROMANCE❣️❣️. Three couples, Christmas with family and friends. Fun with winter/Christmas activities. Of course love is in the air. Author Whitley Cox knows how to pull readers in and keep them reading A great books to relax with. Another must read by author Whitley Cox.
This story is about 3 men and 3 women on Christmas break for 5 days. Loved the story line of how they are finding themselves and love. Recommend this book for a great read. I received a free copy of this book for an honest review.
This holiday read is about six people who are tricked into spending time in a cabin together. This has sizzling chemistry, secrets and so much more. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
A great read. Funny and entertaining. Had to feel sorry for Austin because he was so awkward in talking to women. The sex was great and the little jabs everyone gave everyone else was hilarious. Received a free copy of this from the author to read and review.
I really enjoyed this book with a well written story, great characters and chemistry. I also liked that it was in the winter with a snow backdrop. This book was another hit for me.
The best Christmas story I've read yet this year! If you're looking for romance, humor, a great story line and a lot of Christmas spirit then this is the book for you!
6 singles, invited to spend the holiday with their friend's with nothing to do but ski, snowboard, eat, drink and be merry, all "Snowed In and Set Up" by their friends. Did I mention that one half of the pair of friends is a matchmaker? Oh yes, and this is her Christmas gift to her friends. She has matched them up....with each other! But she hasn't told them who is matched with whom! It's up to them to figure it out, or not!
I loved the different personalities of the 6 singles. Juney is creative and funny. You can't help but love her when you read about her. Rowan is sweet and loyal, and you just want to hug him. Will is an over-worked and under-appreciated Doctor whose wife left him on Christmas Day, poor guy. Amber is a woman in a man's world and has shut herself from emotions entirely, as that's what men do. She needs somebody to knock down her walls. Hunter is a very wealthy young woman that made her money with hard work and determination. She is so successful, yet still filled with self-doubt and a lack of self-worth. She needs somebody to prove to her she is as worthy as any college degree holder out there! Austin is the super smart geeky guy that gets compared to "sheldon". He needs to be loved as much as they next guy, but he is so awkward and unsure of himself around women. You can't help but fall in love with him!
Spend the week with them and see how they mesh, how they pair up, and whether or not they make it work! You won't regret it!
This is definitely a five-star must read book!
I am voluntarily reviewing as ARC of this book. This is my honest opinion.
The holidays have come early this year with another fabulous read by Ms. Cox! Whenever I read one of this author’s books, I know to expect endearing characters, a captivating storyline and it is all here wrapped up in a big bow for your reading pleasure. Daisy has invited six of her single friends up to her cabin to celebrate Christmas. What she does not tell them is that she has set them up with their potential matches as that is her livelihood. The kicker is Daisy does not specify who she has paired with whom and leaves it to the six of them to figure out for themselves. I loved how each character has his/her own distinct personality and run the gamut with regards to each one’s occupation. My favorite is Austin. He is the geeky, super smart, and socially awkward guy aptly nicknamed Sheldon (a character from “The Big Bang Theory.”) To round out the rest of the singles: Rowan is the sweet and caring cook who quit his last position because he was undervalued by his boss, Will is a demanding and overworked doctor who does not want children, Juney is a very creative author and the CEO of her family’s vineyard, Amber is the strong-willed CEO of her family’s construction business who has a tough exterior to deal with all the men in her life, and last but not least is Hunter. She is the self-made millionaire who comes from very humble beginnings. As the reader delves into this book, he/she is overcome with feelings of warmth and happiness that enriches the spirit of the holiday season. Sit back, relax and spend some time with these new friends and see where things lead….This is one book you want to grab and read! I volunteered to read an arc for a review.

Review of “Snowed In & Set Up” by Whitley Cox: Holy s***, this book was HOT! Six strangers, who have a mutual friend in common, have been invited to a Christmas vacation. Little do they know that there is a surprise awaiting them at the top of Snoqualmie Pass.
Daisy is a professional matchmaker. She has an incredible success rate, and makes a ton of money doing it. Daisy decides to play matchmaker to some of her notoriously single friends. She invites Will, Amber, Rowan, Juniper, Hunter, and Austin to her cabin in the mountains. After the shuttle drops them off at Daisy’s cabin, they realize that there is more to this get together than a relaxing vacation away from their hectic work lives. Daisy has prepared a video clip explaining the true meaning of their impromptu meeting, and leaves them to their own devices. At first, they are a bit peeved that Daisy lied to them, but curiosity gets the best of them, and they all decide to stay. Will these six strangers be able to find their perfect match, or will they end up hating each other? Will this be the best Christmas vacation ever, or will it all go up in smoke?
This book was HOT! Actually, “hot” doesn’t even come close to describing how sensual, steamy, and passionate the romance was. There were times I felt like I was falling in love with the characters, and other times when I couldn’t decide if I wanted to slap or strangle them. I hope there is a sequel, because I want to be snowed in and set up again!
The holidays have come early this year, it’s September and I’m feeling all warm and toasty after reading this holiday season romance. Whenever I read one of this author’s books I know im going to love the characters and this didn’t disappoint, such a captivating storyline. Daisy invited 6 of her single friends to her cabin to celebrate the Christmas holiday. What she conveniently does not tell them is that she has set them up with their potential love matches, I meen that’s her profession but her friends did not know her plan beforehand. Daisy also does not specify whom she has paired up together and leaves the 6 of them to figure out for themselves. Each character had their own distinct personality and it was lovely to see them all interacting together. I loved Austin who was the geeky smart, and socially awkward guy. Will was the Dr who is overworked and stressed. Rowan was a caring cook who seemed the most sensitive. Juney Was an author who was the creative one, and also the CEO of her family’s vineyard. Amber is the strong-willed CEO of her family’s construction business who shows a tough exterior with dealing with all the men in her life. Hunter was the self-made millionaire who came from nothing and made her fortune from the ground up. A fab read that I can recommend This is one book you will want to One click.
A Canadian Holiday Romance to Enjoy, Eh! Snowed in and Set by is the first 2018 holiday book I've read. I initially groaned that this was too early. I'm glad I put my big girl pantie on and read the story. I loved the storyline that had a magical quality to it. It also was written to do a nice job covering all six characters (three women and three men) without feeling there was a rush to do so. The six character were introduced pleasingly ...just enough information to let you know they were successful but not perfect and totally unaware they needed help with their love life. The way Secret Santa played out was unexpected but charming and helped move the story along, just as conversations did in brotherly and sisterly ways. The Epilogue gave a triumphant recap of their lives. There was a bonus chapter to another book that was well worth the read as well. Highly recommend. I am volunteering to leave a review of this ARC book.
You know how sometimes you go into a book not really knowing what you're gonna get, but know by the blurb it's definitely worth it?!?! Well Snowed In & Set up by Whitley Cox was that book for me. I am so glad I was given the chance to voluntarily review an ARC of this book. Ms. Cox brings us such a clever story with some pretty cool characters. The amazing part is how she managed to make this story flow seamlessly from 6 different P.O.V.'s! I was hooked from the very beginning and literally could not put the book down. I NEEDED to know what the ending had in store for Will & Amber, Juney & Rowan, and definitely Hunter & Austin. The witty banter and suspense of wondering what would happen next. All the holiday magic popping up all over the place and let's not forget the off-the-charts chemistry between each couple and you have another great book by this talented author!!
Will hates Christmas and who could blame him bad things seem to happen on Christmas. Amber is a tomboy and the head of Roth Construction and she loved Christmas. Rowan a sous-chef from Olympia who walked out of his job was our next character to join the group. Juniper our Canadian oh guess what she needs a chef for a new restaurant she was opening! Austin is our workaholic saying he was a prodigy was something else finished high school at 13, graduated college at 17, then MIT and Caltech. With Austin, there is a twist very interesting. Hunter is a bit of a lost soul a business whiz our little drop-out needs some help getting centered again. This is our cast of characters for Daisy and Riley cozy Christmas celebration. Now for the real twist of the story! You will love it! Great holiday read! I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
