A decent selection of healthy, sugar-free recipes for the whole family with lots of vegetarian dishes, plus a few vegan ones to add variety, though there are plenty of lean meat and fish recipes too. Very easy to read and follow, and the vast majority use ingredients that you can pick up from any supermarket. My only bugbear with it is that the recipes aren't very inspiring and don't tempt me to try anything new or different as it's a little too simplistic for my liking. However, if you're brand new to healthy eating or are only just starting to cut down on your daily sugar intake, I'm sure you'll enjoy it more.

A good mix of sweet and savoury recipes, along with some kitchen basics such as sauces and pestos.
My fave recipes are the sweet potato and black bean fritters and the banana cake (well, all the cakes tbh!).
It’s full of brilliant ideas for cutting down on your sugar intake and replacing refined white carbs with more fibre full spelt flour.
