This book is icky but in a great way! I absolutely loved it. I've joined late in the game as I haven't read the first two books but I didn't feel I had to. There's enough description to just pick up and book 3 and go along for the ride. And it is a ride.

Ash and Aedan are turned into zombies as a mad witch tries to start an apocalypse. They need to track her down and kill her in order to save the world. Not so easy when the body parts start falling off...

The ick came from all the explosive diarrhoea and bingeing on dead things that happen when you're a zombie with a wheat intolerance but it's fun ick. I've read so much worse. This just made me cringe, laugh and carry on reading for more. It's just good fun. Loved it, highly recommended.

ARC given by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange of an honest review

First, I stumbled on this book few days ago, it was so unexpected, I thought that my goodbye to those angels, deads, kickass afterlife characters. But no, book 5 is the real parting, I think but it looked like it. Instead of reading one book to read, one to savor, I got to read 2 in one go since I also didn't know about wedding day in sub 13.

This story well, it was well described in the synopsis. Really! A few lines, a few words and I was already ready for it and eager to devour this book.
How did I feel starting it, reading it and ending it..... not as I expected. It was so much more, how to top up the story and having every characters being somehow involved and still throwing surprises and the last chapter was "oh yeah, oh okay - so yup, that's the reason of a few scorching adventure"

Again, another adventure, could that be tiresome, yes but not with this one, I'm sorry I can't fault anything about this book. Sure another endless adventure with the bad and good but in this one, it wasn't just bad, you get to say hello to The Walking Dead - Fear of the Walking Dead - (something that rhyme with) Mercy (sorry can't remember the tv show) with Hell coming up. And there was, I quote, I'm undead, not brain dead . So go figure what kind of hellish adventure it was for this book.
Ashley and Aedan welcoming their fate with extreme enthusiasm, at the best they could. One solid adventure with love, kindness and a lot of food.

I will really miss those characters all of them, especially Ash with her quirkiness about PMS STD gluten free, all those health topics being really her. And how she matured.

I received this book for free from Tantor Audio in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Dead and Delicious was a fun conclusion to the Eternally Yours series. Ash and Aedan get their honeymoon plans interrupted when an emergency call goes out. They get dropped into the middle of the Apocalypse. With zombies, dragons and a crazy witch who not only wants to rule the world, but get revenge on Ash for a failed sacrifice earlier in the series.

Our hero and heroine find themselves literally falling apart and craving blood while on a race to track down the crazy witch. With Ash and Aedan, all that can't come with some hilarious moments. But Dead and Delicious is not all fun and games. We get lots of action as the witch amps up her spell. They need to deal with the dragons as well because they have swallowed up their friends. The only safe place is the churches that are guarded by archangels.

New feelings and wants come up in Ash. We see a nurturing and motherly side of Ash and I loved seeing where that led.

The battle with the witch was epic. That witch has really grown in powers since she was in hell. If she can't take down the world, she's determined to take Ash down to hell with her. The decision Aedan is left with is very dangerous, but the situation has Ash in a position that had me roaring with laughter. I feel like for every tough part of the story, we get handed a little comedy. That makes this series so much fun. If you want some action with a comedic lightness, this is definitely a series you're going to want to try out!

I do recommend the audio as Hollie Jackson can really capture the urgency as well as the sarcasm in our characters. She really does a great job with the different types and ages of characters she's dealing with. This review was originally posted on Rantings of a Reading Addict

I was a little sad to reach the end of this book, as I am fairly certain we have reached the end of our journey with Ash and Aedan. And it has been one unbelievable adventure from the opening lines of Book 1 (Divine and Dateless) to literally 'The End' of Book 5.

Perhaps, if we're lucky, we may follow the adventures of some of the other amazing characters who have graced the pages of the Eternally Yours series. They certainly deserve their own books.

Yet again this was a wonderful and captivating mix of crazy, funny, suspense-filled adventure, with a good side dollop of lust. I love the humour of these books and the 'realism' of Ash - even if she is a zombie/ghost. This book ties up several 'loose ends' and really showed the depth of love and commitment between Aedan and Ash, whilst at the same time giving us dry vagina's, duct-taped body parts and more gluten-based drama.

The light moments also add depth to the more serious parts, and this book seemed to have a few more of those. It also had a couple of very unexpected plot twists/revelations at the end which I loved.

The writing is, as always, excellent, the plot is ingenious, unique and more than a little eccentric, the pace means you never get bored and the characters are all just that - wonderful, wacky, sweet and lovable. I find it impossible to pick a favourite book from this series as every one is fabulous. I loved the book from start to finish and read it in virtually one sitting and simply can not recommend this series enough.

I love this series so I was thrilled to get an ARC to review. My honest opinion is this book rocks! Tara West as Ash had me laughing from page one, and by chapter four I was reminded why Aedan was the perfect man with this gem (which he said with a straight face after meeting Ash’s old boyfriend & his “cougar” girlfriend): “Travis, you and your mother need to find shelter. It's going to get ugly.” He effortlessly managed to insult both of them while sounding as if he was concerned about them! I love him!

Without getting into plot details, I was amused when Ash thought, “A zombie's gotta do what a zombie's gotta do,” because I was reminded of Rugrats. Several of Ash's descriptions were truly masterpieces; these two in particular:

“It didn't help that it was hotter than a festering yeast infection after an hour long spin class and a trip to the sauna.”

“Her cackle was like rabid cat nails on a demonic chalkboard and being forced to listen to the word ‘moist’ for eternity.”

Her description of being spit out from the bowels of hell was hysterical! Overall, this book kept me laughing from beginning to end. The plot is original, the characters engaging, the dialogue (both external and internal) clever, and the humor consistent (though definitely of the low brow variety). Prepare yourself for explosive diarrhea, belching, and gorging on dead things - all presented in the most unexpected and hilarious ways imaginable. I highly recommend this entire series!

This book had me rolling. Ash and Adean, along with her ghoster team find themselves fighting he'll on earth. The battle is full of humour, zombies, and demons. The twist that Tara has thrown into the book will have you in shock (The good kind).

One of my new favorite authors

I absolutely loved this series. At first wasn't happy that it wasn't a stand alone but now I'd happily buy another 5 books if it hadn't ended. Had me laughing out loud a lot, earning me lots of sideways glances.

Spent the past four days reading all five books!

I loved this series! Tara put so much fun, angst, sexy time, and humor into it...it hooked me completely. Had my daughter laughing over the gluten intolerance...she has similar issues with dairy. Thanks Tara!

The book begins with Ash and her new husband Aiden being called moments after saying 'I DO" to fight the apocalypse. A witch named Lucia who Ash had banned to hell a while back in another book has managed to not only escape hell but open the sixth dimension of hell on earth!

We follow Ash and her husband through fighting dragons, zombies, demons, and oh being turned into a Zombie themselves! What a way for your new husband to be looking at you when your decomposing with maggots coming out of every opening possible.
They have to manage to stay alive long enough to kill the witch, but they cannot succumb to their zombie nature of only saying "hungry" and eating humans.

I loved how easily this book moved and stayed with me, i loved how animated the author was and when you think of hell, the apocalypse, zombies and everything else in this book the author got it on point!
A very fun summer read with lots of humor, love and of course zombies!!

ARC - I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest!
This was supposed to be the perfect wedding day for Ash & Aedan.
Instead, they had to fight demons, zombies, and shadow dragons,
What else is new?
What about the apocalypse?
Once you start reading this book, you cannot put it down.
It sucks you right in, and you are along Ash for the ride.
So sit tight + enjoy it.
There was a lot of action.
After all Ash + Aedan were racing against time to close the portal to Hell.
In order to do that, they had to kill the one that opened the portal to begin with.
What would you know? Lucia decided to hide in Las Vegas.
Time for some gambling!
Don't worry!
Ash will do what she needs to do to finish the job.
With Aedan by her side, she cannot lose. As if !

Sooo this is the first book I've read by this author and I have to admit it's very different. This is technically the fifth book with these characters but you don't feel lost like you would have to read the other books. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique storyline that starts off right after Ash and Aedan get married. They are ghosters who take care of zombies and demons. It's a very interesting dianamic shift with Aedan, who is a grim reaper, taking care of demons, and being super sweet to his new wife. I wasn't sure what I expected but it does give you a awesome climax and throws in some weird plot twists.

I received a free copy from NetGalley; this is my honest review.
There are lots of action, adventure, fantasy, magic, suspense, and steamy romance in this story.
It's scary at times, funny, a bit gross, with no respect for life and death or God and the Bible. It's a save-the-world kind of story, so of course it's unbelievable at times. You'll meet angels, demons, zombies, witches, grim reapers, and humans.
I didn't read the previous books in the series but the author makes sure she gives you many appropriate details to understand what's going on. If you want all the details then it's better to read the series in order.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Shifting Sands Publishing for the ARC for my honest review. I have to admit that I have not read all the series-but I did enjoy the ones that I had read. This one is no different-it makes you laugh, its silly but fun. Expect to meet dragons, zombies, demons and other things. It's maybe a bit gross for some people and I can't say its not violent, but it made me laugh and was extremely enjoyable to read. I read it in an afternoon-it kept my attention and was quick. I would recommend this to paranormal readers. Enjoy

This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. The story flowed very well and was very enjoyable. This book will keep you reading long into the night and you will not want to put this book down until you finish. This was such a great read and full of surprises. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader’s copy of this book. The free book held no determination on my personal review.

Fantastic! Truly and utterly an amazing end to a stunningly well written storyline. As sad as I am to have it over, I can't imagine another book that could top this ending of the series.

Tara West has an amazingly talented gift for humor, love, diversity, trauma, vileness, and spontaneity with an innate ability to drag the reader right into her fantasy world.

This is really about a 3.5 star rating for me.

Really crazy and silly. Really gross at points, to make you shiver a bit and laugh. Makes you want to read the next page just to see what happens next!!! And...some surprises in there that might make ya look twice!!!

Quick, entertaining.

Good read.

The last book of the series. Aedan and Ash finally get married, but spend their wedding night fighting zombies and demons. Their stint as zombies still makes me smile. A sweet, happy ending.

I read book 1 and the last 30% of book 5 just to see how the series wound up.
The series didn’t capture my attention enough to read the other books.

Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books...

1 star... This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.

2 stars... This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.

3 stars... This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.

4 stars... I really enjoyed this book and will definitely be on the look out to pick up more from the series/author.

5 stars... I loved this book! It has earned a permanent home in my collection and I'll be picking up the rest of the series and other books from the author ASAP.

Omg

Oh my goodness what a book! This series was phenomenal. I devoured the whole thing very shortly. Ash and Eden are amazing. And wait till you get to the end and find out what their or who they're reincarnated souls are. I was blown away. I hate to say goodbye to this series, but if it had to end at least I loved the way it ended. Now I'm off to check and see what other stories Ms West has to offer.

This book was wild

Good and bad. The overall story for this one was great. There were a couple of things that came out of nowhere and felt like they were in the book strictly because it’s the last one. Some of the things at the end were completely crazy. Overall a decent book and a pretty good series.

This was a cute ending to the series. It was soooo disgusting at times (in a fun way) but when the gang had to pull together to stop the apocalypse and on their honeymoon, we’ll you know things never go to plan. Aiden and Ash cone full circle and make a fun addition to their family.
