Pretty cute but ended kind of abruptly and also the narrative tense kept drifting between past and present, but not like it was intentional, which would've been fine; it was like the author forgot to be consistent, and that bugs the hell out of me.

i knew going in that this story is very short, but damn that ending is...abrupt. this is cute, but i would have liked a little bit more. there’s some ableist language.

rep; jo is asexual, non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. dacian/daycie is a bigender and pansexual demon. kevin, the roommate of one of jo’s friends, is asexual.
