This is the second part of a trilogy, which is typically where we see the plot moving along gently while all the good stuff is saved for the conclusion. Not this time! Gabi Moore never writes what you think is going to happen in her books, and this one is no exception. We pick up the story from Dean's perspective, and join them as he and Nora navigate the twists and turns on the way to piecing the puzzle together and finding the truth. Ms. Moore brings gut-punching honesty and non-stop action to this story, and it's simply not possible to read this without craving the conclusion promised in Book 3. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Book two of the trilogy - action goes rapidly in this book!
Nora and Dean are trying to deal with Jeff that wants to frame Nora for a murder of his wife. What will happen when Dean decides to start a little game with Nora - he would be in charge especially during one sex scene, it was rough during it, but he still cared for her - got alarmed by one of her moving. He was also sooo sweeet! I love him - tender and yet kinky with her.
What exactly happens between them? Wil they manage to take care of Jeff - Dean's father?
Exciting a really steamy second installment of the great trilogy - I LOVED it!

I received an Advance Reader Copy for Mind Games written by Gabs Moore and voluntarily reviewed this book. This is the second book in the Bad Boy Romance With A Twist series by this author. This story is all written in Dean’s POV. At this point in the series, Elizabeth, Dean’s stepmother, is found murdered, and there is an investigation that is being led straight to Nora’s door by Dean’s father himself, Jeff Cane, one of Nora’s first clients as a Domme.
Dean has but the one right choice to make, and that is to protect Nora with all he is worth. When they make a break for it and chase after desperate avenues to build a case against Jeff, Dean realizes that his original plan for seeking out Nora has quite drastically changed, and he finds their relationship evolving to a much more freer, lighter and honest plane, which has each wondering if what they both have and find themselves clinging to can be the real thing after all.
I look forward to reading the last installment of this series, for I am now quite engaged to read what will happen next! Ironically, while in hiding, Dean and Nora were able to free themselves enough to explore other sexual needs. I especially enjoyed the smart and cheeky “Myths & Realities” statements at the beginning of each chapter, which really set the tone and summed everything up rather effectively.

I really enjoyed this book and the insight into Dean's mind through his POV and learning more about him as a character. Lots of unexpected twists and turns and some damn hot and sexy scenes and roleplay in this. I related with some aspects of Nora's character towards the end, in the last bit of the book which actually made me feel better in myself with regards to sex (not the orgasms luckily!).
I love that the interaction with the reader continued throughout this, for me it just adds a little something to keep you involved with the story. Its an unusual technique but makes this series more interesting from a reader point of view.
I'm intrigued as to what Gabi will throw at us in the next one and very much looking forward to reading it.

This is part 2 of the 3 parts series. The story continues and mainly in Dean's perspective. This gives it somewhat of a different feel - seeing things through his eyes and feeling the depth of his feelings. This episode includes the trial for Elizabeth's murder. I was soooo glad that we are not given a play by play throughout the whole thing! A few important trial scenes are there but we are not put through the long, mundane day after day testimonies. I also liked how a portion if life is summarized to get to things that are more important in Dean and Nora's future. Of course, we are left with a new problem to contend with in the next book. Waiting with baited breathe here because Dean is pissed!!!

Gah! I am loving this trilogy! This one is from Dean's perspective, so we get more of what his motives are and he feels about Nora. I've read other books that the character speaks directly to the audience, but few have pulled off what Gabi has with both books in this trilogy. Picture an intimate setting, maybe curled up in comfy chairs or sitting at small table together, just you and the character (in this case, Dean), and he's telling you his story. That's what it feels like - to the point of almost blushing during the steamy scenes. Every time I think I've seen this author at her best, she outdoes herself again with another riveting, twisted tale!

Book two delivered as fantastic a story as book one did. The first book was told from Nora's point of view. Book two was told from Dean's. Although I normally like alternating point of views within the same book I enjoyed that this book was told from the male point of view. It gave an interesting insight into the couple. The book blurb is not exaggerating when it says this trilogy comes with "plenty of steam, money, danger, spies, corruption, subterfuge..." It is excellent and I can't wait to read the conclusion.

The second part of the trilogy is told from Dean's perspective. Gabi has tapped into a sensual frenzy of hot steamy need, carnal connections, and primal desires that take Morgan and Dean through a murder trial that may just bring them all down. Interwoven throughout the sexual chemistry, is love, friendship, compassion and a belief in justice. But will Morgan and Dean come out unscathed, or will their fragile relationship be destroyed. Ms. Moore will have you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire book. This is one trilogy you don't want to miss.

Well Gabi you've done it again. This time we see Nora and Dean fleeing for their lives and facing an evil that no man or woman should have to face.
Whilst on the run Nora and Deans relationship reaches new leaves, but after a threatening situation the pair decide that it's time to face the facts.
The book gets about three quarters through and you think yep we're going to have a happily ever after but in comes a curve ball right at the end.

This two are off the chain and so perfect for each other. With the games being played and the sinister goings on with Dean's father it's amazing this author could not only keep it straight but deliver a whopper of a story. There are many levels to this book the passion and sexuality is off the chart. This author finds the way to deliver this trilogy and this couple hanging on to every word and action. Nora shows she can be a bad a$$ too which of course just makes it all the better. Great read and an awesome series.

Thrilling, exciting, heart pounding action, danger, mystery and highly emotional journey. Loved this second installment in this twisted game.
Dean Cane has to make a life altering choice try everything in his power to save the love of his life (he just realized is the love of his life) or walk away and truly become just like his heartless father. Nora Smith is in real danger but she sees losing Dean (the one man she ever really loved) as the real danger in this game they started. Crazy exciting late night reading ... looking forward to the third and final book.

A great continuation to the series. This is told from Dean's POV. The chemistry between the two characters are explosive. Very 🔥and heavy sex scenes and intense role playing. This is the story of what Dean and Nora go through as he tries to keep her safe and figure out a way to bring down his father. Can't wait to start the next book and see how it ends.

The strange gets stranger in this part of the story. It's steamy, twisted and full of suspense. Nora and Dean go a little crazy while trying to stay out of trouble and a surprise character shows up. The end was shocking and I can't wait to see what finally happens to everyone.

This Book continues the story of Nora and Dean, Nora is being framed for the murder of, Elizabeth wife of Jeff Cane, Deans Father.. Nora and Dean have quite an adventure, keeping away from everyone and figuring out what Deans been involved in! I felt book 2 was much better and more involved than book1 on to the conclusion!

Story continues
Part 2 was not as good as book 1 but still pretty good. There was quite a bit of just filler story and just as it looks like there will be a hea, another bomb shell. Nothing really surprising or shocking in this one but the story is still good. As with the dusty, it's sort, ends at 10% and other books follow which I didn't read.

Gabi Moore is a tease! This is my second book by this author and the second in this trilogy. I am witnessing a talent I've never seen in an author. Mind Games is Dean's point of view and I didn't expect the twists and turns. I can't wait for the conclusion because from I know of this author I just don't know what to expect.

This can't be read before book 1, Mindfuck. Dean and Nora are messed up by the happenings from book 1, but find their way back to each other and team up to bring his father down before the father is successful in framing Nora for his wife's murder. Much of the book is dedicated to working to keep them safe while bringing him down. These books are excellent.

This book is HOT. If you love badboy romances like i do this is a must read for you. The chemistry between these two is phenomenal and the twists and turns are so nail biting. This book is an exciting thrill ride with some sexy thrown in. Pick it up today you won't be disappointed.

again like i said when i rated the first book, it’s eh. i liked this one a little better (still three stars tho lol) but only because we got to see them be a little carefree for a little which i really liked. i didn’t like how she got prego #barf. the pregnancy trope is just not it imo. it was at the end but it still messed things up for the next book.

I wanted to love this book but I just didn’t. The first book of the series had me hooked but I lost that passion in this book. Especially the ending. It has one of my least favorite tropes at the end.

ARC review For honest review. Wow this continues where book one leaves off were Jeff cane is trying to frame Nora for his wife murder and Dean and her know it was him .see what they do to try to prove it. awesome can't wait for more of this story to see were it goes next.
