Henry and the Hidden Treasure

Rate this book
Henry and the Hidden Treasure is an imaginative adventure a young child has in defending his pocket money against his little sister. Henry constructs elaborate defensive measures that he is sure will stand up to the clever ambitions of Lucy. Little does he know, Lucy has a few tricks of her own.

With a focus on introducing children to the use of ordinal numbers, Henry and the Hidden Treasure also draws out some important qualities of being a kid – such as creativity, the value of listening to parental advice, and of course, being nice to your sister.

This was quite the adventurous children's book. I love a good book that allows children to become involved with the character and his actions. This book did just that. B.C.R. Fegan wrote this book that will certainly appeal to boys, but I can vouch for the fact that girls love it too. The illustrations added to the overall appeal of the book. The story was fun and exciting and took our little seven-year-old girl on quite the clever adventure. The little sister was quite a character too. Everything about this book was solidly written for a child. I love when an author introduces a problem then provides active and inventive characters, like Henry to work out all the details.

I loved this book, and want to read more by this author. It is a delightful story. I could see my granddaughter working out the problems and when the little turns in the story arrived, she was invested enough in the story to stay with it until the end. That is a sign of a wonderful children's book.

Henry has a lot of treasure. He wants to keep it hidden from his little sister Lucy, who he believes is really a ninja and is trying to steal it.

His mum and dad want him to put his treasure in the bank, but Henry thinks he knows the perfect place to hide it, where no-one will ever find it.

Henry is a lovely young boy with a very vivid imagination. As a parent, I love that he believes his little sister is really a ninja. He comes up with some great ideas on how to keep his money safe.

The illustrations are superbly drawn, they are bold in colour, amusing, and fit the story perfectly.

I can picture lots of little children doing exactly what Henry did to keep his treasure safe, especially when little children always think they know better than grownups.

A brilliantly entertaining book that is enjoyable from beginning to end, and such a sweet ending it is too.

Henry

4.5 stars

I would like to thank the publisher TaleBlade for providing me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

The story is about a young boy named Henry who has received some pocket money from his parents and he ends up hiding the pocket money in his little treasure chest, even though his parents keep telling him that he needs to put his money in the bank. However, Henry has a small problem: he believes that his little sister Lucy is actually a sly ninja who is out to steal his treasure and Henry tries to think up of some schemes that will prevent Lucy from stealing his treasure!

Will Henry be successful in protecting his treasure from Lucy and what kind of tricks will Lucy pull from her sleeves?

Read this book to find out!

I was actually quite surprised that TaleBlade had offered me a free advanced review copy of this book as I was quite interested in checking out this cute little children’s book from the mind of B.C. R. Fegan! B.C.R. Fegan has done a great job at writing this story as it focuses on Henry trying to protect his precious pocket money from his little sister Lucy and I loved the fact that this story tackles the importance of taking your parents’ advice if said advice is meant to help the child in the long run. I also loved the fact that B.C.R. Fegan focused on the importance of the love shared between siblings as the story relates how Henry would distrust his little sister Lucy in terms of whether or not she would steal his money and I was quite interested in seeing how Henry would solve his dilemma with his little sister Lucy throughout the story. Lenny Wen’s artwork is adorable to look at as the characters are drawn in a rounded and adorable way that made me smile inside! I also loved the fact that Lenny Wen used watercolors to provide a luscious feel to the artwork and they really shine in the images of the monsters themselves, especially of the artwork of the large pink pig that would have helped Henry guard his treasure.

Henry

The reason why I took off half a point from the rating was because I felt that there was a bit of a plot hole in this story as I was curious about how Henry got his pocket money (I know it seems a bit odd to know about, but I wanted to know if Henry got his money from house chores or the like). I also wanted to see more moments between Henry and Lucy when Henry is not busy imagining Lucy as a ninja most of the time, since I wanted to see the full extent of their relationship in the real world.

Overall, “Henry and the Hidden Treasure” is a truly cute book for children who want to learn the importance of taking good advice from parents and loving their siblings for all of their faults. I would recommend this book to children ages four and up since there is nothing inappropriate in this book.

This was an adorable story. I loved Henry's imagination. He reminded me so much of my childhood and how my imagination would be fun and adventurous.

The illustrations were magnificent and so full of color and so eye popping. I felt like I was on Henry's adventure with him just by the illustrations.

The story-line was phenomenal and so much fun to read.

This is a wonderful children's story and I can imagine children wanting to re-read this story every night before bed for years to come. I highly recommend it!!

Do you ever wish your kids get along? In B.C.R. Fegan’s Henry and the Hidden Treasure, this picture book deals with the topic of sibling rivalry for young children to read out loud with their families.

Meet Henry. He’s a young boy who wants to keep his treasure chest away from his baby sister Lucy. His parents want him to be nicer with her when he knows she’s a secret ninja spy who wants to steal it from him. So he hides it inside a deep cavern and arranges to have a variety of guards at every path to protect it, including a gigantic pig and a robot. In the end, he discovers what Lucy really wants in the cave … and then gives it to her, which means more than to her than his pocket money.

This storyline is perfect for parents who have young children who don’t get along with one another. In this tale, this dealt with Henry’s money management issues and also on how siblings should be kind to each other. This children’s picture book would be easy to read for children and for parents to read to them. The prose had complimented the illustrations well on every page with great contrasting details. It was well done and depicted the scenery from Henry’s home to the secret cavern with his many guards to protect his treasure trove.

The story takes place in a typical suburban neighborhood, outside and inside his home. Henry’s a young boy with an active imagination, though he didn’t save his pocket money in a piggy bank. Although his sister Lucy wants his love and attention, he had thought wrong about her in the end. Through the plot to the ending, it conveyed an excellent message about what really mattered from the heart. We could all go for a hug from time to time, whether it’s to show love and affection, or needing it after a rough day at school or work. The ending really summed it up with a fitting conclusion between Henry and his sister. Only a couple of minor details had let me down: we don’t know how old Henry and Lucy are, maybe their last name, maybe seeing a picture of their father (since we’ve seen the mother depicted twice). Plus the author used the word “enough” a lot. I can’t really find anything major here to find fault with it.

This 32-page picture book was well-written with a great storyline for all children to read alike. It should be read time and time again, whenever there’s a fight between brothers, sisters, or sisters. It also taught us a valuable lesson that the best things in life are free… like loving one another. This book would also be useful in school classrooms to teach about money issues as well. This author has really good talent since this thoughtful storyline brought tears to my eyes and made me smile. I would give this book five stars.

"Henry has a lot of treasure and he keeps it very well hidden."

So well hidden, in fact, that there's no way in heck anyone is getting to that treasure. 'Cause Henry's got a slew of incredibly strong, incredibly scary creatures guarding it, including but not limited to a fire-breathing dragon, gigantic robot, several superheros, and a giant and ferocious pink pig. (I don't know about you, but that pig looks more ferocious than the superheros, dragon, and robot combined).

Not content to leave it to these guys, Henry has also hidden his treasure in the darkest part of a secret cave and surrounded it with booby traps. If some brave soul succeeds in making it past all of Henry's defenses, they'll still have to get past Henry himself: a swashbuckling kid with a powerful laser gun that's almost as big as his imagination (but not quite).

But, against all odds, it looks like Henry's little sister Lucy (secretly a ninja) may have found a way to break through all of Henry's defenses and reach his secret treasure!

On second thought, it looks like Lucy's not interested in Henry's treasure at all. In fact, she may have something much more drastic in mind....

Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a charming story told with creativity and heart. I loved Henry's wild imagination and all his painstaking precautions in guarding his treasure. The various layers of security (monstrous guards, a huge maze, booby traps, etc.) are sure to appeal to kids with big imaginations.

Likewise, the sweetness (literally and figuratively) of the story's ending will hit home for brothers and sisters (or maybe mostly just for parents who wish their kids got along a little better).

To top it all off, Lenny Wen's delightful, fun illustrations complement the story beautifully: seamlessly mingling the world of Henry's imagination with the "real" world and things as they actually are (a.k.a., the secret cave is his bedroom).

All in all, this is a delightful little story sure to make you grin, awake your imagination, and finally make you go "awwww" because it's just so darn cute.

I received a copy of this book from TaleBlade Press in exchange for an honest review.

So B.C.R. Fegan wrote a book about my sister when she was a little kid and…

No, I’m totally joking. My sister wouldn’t have done what Lucy did in the end of this book. My sister’s a far more evil ninja.

After how much I loved The Grumpface, I was excited to be offered this book as well. Fegan has a way of writing for kids that will make adults smile and kids fall in love with the characters he creates. And Henry and the Hidden Treasure is no exception to this. It’s a fun story about siblings and treasure hunting and imagination that will make you smile until your face hurts.

The Good Points of Henry and the Hidden Treasure:

I absolutely love how Henry goes about hiding his treasure. It’s so perfect to how kids actually would do such a thing, mixing reality and fantasy and coming up with something so creative and wonderful. I loved the whole process, and it was so much fun. I don’t know if I’d tackle finding his hidden treasure.

The illustrations are beautiful, and the flow so well with the story. They’re well done and detailed, and really enhance the whole experience.

I love the play on the sibling relationship and how it is used within this book. We don’t have enough books that focus on positive sibling relationships and how you can act towards siblings, so I loved reading this one and seeing how Henry and his sister got on.

The Downsides of Henry and the Hidden Treasure:

This is totally personal preference, but it was too short! And I’m all for keeping books simple and concise, but I wanted so much more of Henry and his sister. Why does he think she’s a ninja? Why does he get pocket money in the first place? How is he setting up these traps? I want to know!

All in all I really enjoyed this book, and I really want to turn it into a musical story that I can use with my kids at work. It’s a sweet, fun adventure, and you’ll love how it all ends. Definitely one that you and your kids (or fur babies, if they’re into that) should check out!

STORY-LINE HENRY AND THE HIDDEN TREASURE:

Henry has a problem. He wants to keep his pocket-money safe from his sister Lucy. His parents want him to put it in the bank, but Henry knows he's the only one who can keep his money safe. Henry devises an elaborate plan for safe keeping of his treasure. Involving a cave, maze, a huge pink pig, robots, and much more, Henry's sure his treasure will be safe. Come along with Henry as he builds his safe place and see if Lucy, the ninja spy, can break in. My book review of Henry And The Hidden Treasure follows.

REVIEW AND MY OPINION:

Author B.C.R. Fegan created a wonderful entertaining teaching tool for children. Using numbers, parental advise, imagination, and siblings, Fegan shows the child the value of his parent's advice and his sister's love. Each book Fegan creates teaches children valuable lessons using teaching tools through story and pictures. Henry learns valuable lessons in Henry and The Hidden Treasure. Will Henry learn Lucy never wanted his treasure?

Fegan fully developed Henry and The Hidden Treasure including learning lessons suitable for any child. Of course, an older child/adult reading to younger children can explain the lessons learned by Henry . As well as, point out the concept of the story in the colorful pictures. The pictures are well done and colorful with a story-line which will intrigue the child. Most children can not sit for long periods of time, the length of this book's perfect for K-3 age group. I am 67 and I enjoyed reading Henry's adventure and the lessons he learned.

HENRY AND THE HIDDEN TREASURE RECOMMENDATION: STARS 4

FINALLY, PLEASE NOTE:

Additionally, I received this book from the author and chose to voluntarily review the book with honest children's book reviews. Lastly, book reviews of any novel or book are dependent on the book review author’s opinion. Consequently, all book reviews on-line and on my blog, are my opinions. In addition, the ARC's do not affect my book reviews.

This is a cute story packed full of adventure, creativity and the tricky problem of sibling relationships.

Henry has some money. Mom and Dad want him to put it in the bank, but he's got a better idea. He's going to hide it. It's his secret ninja sister, who will be the biggest problem. Off he goes to create the perfect hiding spot--mazes, booby traps and monster guards. But that little sister isn't easy to stop no matter how fantastic his hiding spot may be.

A super confusing maze, dangerous traps and a ferocious guard pig (got to love the pig!)--this book is a kid's super-duper hiding spot come true. The challenges Henry dreams up to protect his treasure are something kids will completely understand, and probably have 'built' something similar once on their own. If not, they're going to want to give it a try after diving into these pages.

Not only does creativity and imagination take flight, but this is a sweet story about siblings. Sometimes they're enemies, but not completely and not always. The relationship between Henry and Lucy puts a smile on the face and is very true to life. And to top it off, there are some warm, fuzzy feelings too.

The illustrations are colorful and fun to glance through. The characters are nicely depicted and bring the written situations to life. They are great for simply flipping through, when no one happens to be around to help read aloud, and have enough humor to draw giggles all on their own.

The writing is well done. It's kept short, and lets the adventure and fun remain front and center. The wording is simple enough for young listeners to understand and get lost in the tale. It's fun to guess what the next page might hold, since Henry has come up with a new idea on every spread. The lovely ending rounds off the story, promising one last, big smile. And then, kids will demand to have the book read to them again.

I received a complimentary copy and found this book so creative and fun that I wanted to share my honest thoughts.

Henry and the Hidden Treasure by B.C.R. Fegan is a charming and imaginative story, suitable for children of all ages, but especially ages three to eight. The story follows Henry, as he creates an elaborate series of protections for his treasure. His plan is to keep it out of the hands of his sister, Lucy, who he suspects is a secret ninja spy, sent to steal his treasure. More than just a lighthearted adventure story, Henry and the Hidden Treasure also subtly teaches thoughtful lessons to young readers.

A creative and fun five-star story, Henry and the Hidden Treasure is beautifully illustrated with pictures by Lenny Wen. Wen does an excellent job of matching Fegan’s creative descriptions (a ferocious, pink guard pig and an army of monsters, for example!) with colorful and humorous pictures. The fun illustrations will undoubtedly amuse young readers as they flip through the pages of Henry’s adventures.

Fegan’s story also subtly ties in “teaching” moments. As Fegan describes the different ways in which Henry will protect his money, readers will practice their counting skills, as well as learn different colors. In addition to those technical skills, Fegan also includes teaching moments that every parent and child with siblings will relate to. Though hopefully most children do not truly believe that their sibling is a secret ninja spy, the thoughts of not wishing to share one’s treasure are universal. And on the flip side of that charming sibling enmity are the surprising and thoughtful ways that siblings show each other love, as shown in the delightful end to Henry’s attempts to protect his treasure.

Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a stellar children’s book that will have parents and children smiling and giggling as they flip through its pages. Fegan’s colorful language accompanied by Wen’s colorful pictures will delight young readers as well as teach them educational and emotional lessons.

Henry and the Hidden Treasure
Henry is very possessive of his treasure box and believes that his little sister, Lucy is a secret ninja with the intent of stealing it from him. While his parents want him to keep his money in the bank, Henry believes he knows the perfect way to hide it. Through his imagination, the boy creates an elaborate plan, which he intends to use to hide his box. Using pig guards, caves, and booby traps, fire breathing dragons, and different superheroes and monsters, Henry’s final defense is a laser gun as his sister approaches him. He then finds out that she bypassed all those obstacles (although she merely entered Henry’s room) not because he was interested in getting his treasure, but fought her way to him for a hug. The story has a happy ending as Henry stops hiding his treasure and instead takes some of the money to buy Lucy some ice cream
With the creativity of a young superhero, Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a playful, yet entertaining book to teach children about sibling rivalry and being possessive. Ultimately, the story is ideal for young children, with enough style to keep parents glued to it. For instance, the book starts with a “Henry has a problem,” and portraying Lucy as a secret agent. The unfolding of the book is in such a way that Lucy will charm parents as she passes through the obstacles to hug her brother. For parents who always wished that their kids always get along, then this book is perfect for them. The story shows that siblings can genuinely care, be kind towards each other, and get along easily. Along with that, the book also brings out the value of listening to parental advice. In the end, Henry decided to keep his money in the bank, of course after buying Lucy an ice cream

It'd be easy for this to contain more words than the actual book -- so I'll try to keep it short. Henry's got a little bit of money, and doesn't want his little sister to get it. So he sets up a series of elaborate traps and challenges (think Raiders of the Lost Ark meets Home Alone) to keep her from it.

Along the way, his imagination his on full display and he eventually learns something. There's a very sweet ending that will hopefully teach by example.

I cannot say enough good things about Wen's artwork. It's adorable. It's dynamic. It's simple, but eye-catching. It doesn't detract from the story, but shapes and propels it. There's not a lot of detail, but what's there is important.

For the younger set, I can't imagine how this won't become a favorite. Thankfully, it should be pretty easy for parents to re-read. Amusing story with great art. That's pretty much what you're looking for in this kind of book, right? Available in hard copy and e-book, it's a great buy.

As a child, what do you do with pocket money when you have a little sister?

Well, if you're Henry you hide it and booby trap the path to the treasure!

The story is told through the eyes of a little boy, Henry, who rather than bank his money as his parents suggest, he decides to hide his newly acquired treasure from his sneaky little sister, Lucy. The illustrations boast of his imagination which brings a new life to the simplicity of the writing style, which was easily read by my six year old.

My children loved this story, they devoured it visually when I held up the book for them, so thumbs up to Lenny Wen for these silly and vivid illustrations.

Of course, the ending of the book was great, too. It showed that there are some treasures greater than money. Overall this was a pleasant read and one I'd recommend for a beginner reader, as well as a night time read.

***This book was reviewed for Port Jericho

Illustrated by Lenny Web, BCR Fegan's Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a charming and quirky tale about a young boy named Henry. Henry has treasure he wants to keep safe from his little ninja sister. Instead of putting his treasure in a bank, Henry devises an elaborate plan to keep it safe involving a cave, a labyrinth, traps, monsters, soldiers, superheroes, and dragons, with Henry himself waiting at the end, should anyone make it past everything else to steal his treasure. But what if stealing treasure isn't the reason to get to Henry?

This is a great learning tale for young readers about the power of imagination (treasure cave), sibling rivalry/bonding (Lucy), and the value of keeping 'treasure’ safe in banks (lesson in saving money proper so it is less likely to be spent it gets stolen). So many lessons tucked into this book, accessible in a simple, yet poignantly powerful way. As with the other children's books I've reviewed, this one was read with my cubs, all of whom enjoyed it.

📚📚📚📚📚 Highly recommended

I received this book from the author for the purpose of this review. All comments and opinions are entirely my own.

Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a cute book about a boy that wants to keep his “pocket money” safe from his little sister.

The illustrations are cute and interactive, the story is creative and adventurous, and the kids are subtly told that giving and thinking of others will put a smile on other’s faces. I also like that the story encourages kids to save their money rather than to spend it constantly.

There is a brief mention of monsters when Henry assigns some monsters to guard his treasure, also a dragon and some other mythical/adventurous characters that are charged to guard his treasure. But nothing is portrayed as “scary”.

I was very pleased with Henry and the Hidden Treasure and give it 5 out of 5 stars.

What a great read for kids with younger siblings

Henry and the hidden treasure is a really cute book! Not only does it end with an amazing message for older siblings about relationships with younger siblings and saving money, but it also has an educational spin to it by counting through the steps Henry took to hide his treasure! Little did he know that his little sister really was a ninja baby who would get through all his tactics and worm her way into his heart!
My daughter may not be old enough to understand that the real treasure of the book was Henry taking his little sister out for ice cream, but she loved looking at the beautiful illustrations while we read the book! It is well written, and has perfect amount of words for even younger kids! The pictures are colorful and imaginative as I think my daughter would see them in her imagination as well! I will definitely purchase more kids books written by B.CR. Fegan! He is a brilliant children’s author!

Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a cute children's book written to instill the importance of creativity, listening, and love. This fun story takes the reader on quite the adventure as Henry attempts to keep his "treasure" hidden from the ninja in the house, aka his sister Lucy. The lessons imparted within will teach young children that it's okay to be creative and use their imaginations. There are also lesson taught about the value of listening to what your parents have to say.

Featuring bold illustrations and short, easy words and sentences, Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a delightful children's book. A quick and entertaining read, the book provides beautiful imagery and colors to stimulate young children. This book is perfect for all age groups including parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and anyone else who has young children in their lives. This should be a bookshelf staple from homes to daycare centers.

I chose to read this book after receiving a free e-copy. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

What an adorable children's book! Henry and the Hidden Treasure is about a boy who wants to hide his money from his sister instead of putting it in the bank, which his parents want him to do. He has such a wonderful imagination that his "treasure" is definitely secure, or so he thinks.

The illustrations by Lenny Wen are colorful and will keep any child's attention. They go along with Henry's imagination very well. There's not a lot of text, but there's just the right amount to teach children the power of imagination and the use of ordinal numbers. This would be a fun book to read aloud. I may have to get a copy of this book for my niece for Christmas. She'll love it!

This novel by B.C.R. Fegan tells about Henry, a young boy who is trying to hide his precious money from his little sister. His sister is trying to steal it and comes up with various ways to do so. It’s a short novel for kids (only 32 pages) and will take them on a fun adventure as Henry tries to outsmart his sister Lucy.
It’s a fun story that will help kids use their imagination. Henry will take them on great adventures as he comes up with various places where he can store his treasure in, like caves. However, Henry eventually finds that trying to hide his treasure away might not be the right answer. The book is also illustrated which can help kids imagine this story even better. If you’re looking for a children’s story that will take your kids on a fun reading adventure, this is definitely a book you should consider.

Young Henry is convinced his younger sister Lucy is a secret ninja out to get his pocket money. To ensure his money is kept safe he has come up with ten ways to protect it from Lucy. Lucy will have to be fearless and brave, among other things, to get to what she wants. I found this book to be a cute story of a sibling's relationship with a little bit of counting included. My five year old daughter enjoyed the book a lot, she especially enjoyed Lucy's antics. I had to mark it down one star because my younger daughter who is three didn't like the book because she thought the monsters (who were protecting the money) were too scary. I didn't see them that way, but I suppose it could be true for little kids. This book was rated four out of five stars.

Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a sweet story about a little boy name Henry with a big imagination. Henry will go to extreme lengths to keep his money safe from his little sister who he believes is a ninja. This is a well written book for younger children that loves exploring and adventure and it will no doubt engage their active, curious senses and go crazy wild. Your child will also enjoy the illustrations that enlightens each page, the clear buoyancy of each picture that jumps at you as Henry thinks up new ideas to keep his sister from getting his treasure.

This is a great short story to sit down with your child and read together and of course there is a good lesson at the end for your child to understand if they have a younger sibling that won’t leave them alone.

Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a cute little children's book. I loved the story and the illustrations are wonderful! I teach Kindergarten, school starts back up next week, and I will definitely be taking this sweet little book to read to my class.

I don't get many requests to review children's books, and I'd say about have of the ones I do receive are just "ok", but this one is simply adorable! I highly recommend it!

A fun childs book with a good lesson

This is a great illustrated book that has a good lesson to share with your children. The story is about a brother and sister and how the big brother thinks his sister wants to steal his treasure. Through the story the lesson of family and the value of a relationship over money is the most important thing there is. Well written and illustrated for children. I enjoyed reading this book with my grand daughter and my 8 year old daughter as well. Recommend this one is a keeper.

wonderful story

It's a wonderful children's story and it tells the tale of Henry who wants to hide his "treasure" from his sister Lucy. The story is written in third person, but it perfectly tells about Henry and what he thinks of his problem that his parents call Lucy. (I like that.) It's a great story that will make you laugh out loud, and if you have younger siblings, young or old, you can relate.

A wonderfully fun, exciting, and gorgeous picture book for the whole family! It celebrates "treasure" in all its forms while providing a feast for the eyes, and actively engaging the imagination. A great story to remind siblings that not all their explorations are filled with ill intent.

Such an adorable story about wanting something and realizing that you were under the wrong impression the whole time. When Henry goes to great and imaginative attempts to protect his money, he ends up with a huge surprise. In a story about love, family and adventure Henry and the Hidden Treasure is a story that will leave you with a smile on your face.

This is another character building children’s book by B.C.R. Fegan. Henry and the Hidden Treasure teach about children saving money, sibling trust, and sharing. The illustrations are bright and fun, adding much to the story line. The imagination of young Henry is fitting to children kindergarten through third grade. I enjoyed reading this to my son and look forward to more stories from Fegan.

Henry and The Hidden Treasure by B.C.R. Fagan is educational, inspiring, and entertaining. I loved the colorful illustrations and meaningful messages. The plot is enticing. Engaging children to follow along as they read or being read to...the main theme surrounding sibling love was beautifully done. Overall, this is one children's book that I recommend to readers everywhere.

Henry wants to keep his treasures safe from his little sister, and he devises a complex plan to do so, but he winds up with a surprise at the end. This is a cute story that ends with a great message and has beautiful illustrations. I received a free copy of this book from a Goodreads giveaway.
