Quick novella audio read centred around Dane and Laney's wedding :)
I have read this series several times so it was nice to revisit my favourite couple and be there with them on their wedding day. Everyone in their circle of friends makes an appearance too.
Now that I've listened to this I want ro re-listen to Emerge again, back to where it all started ;)

Another novella. This one takes us back to Dane and Laney's marriage. I still find Laney annoying AF and self-centered. Dane asked her to marry him FIFTEEN times... really Laney?? Because you wanted to tackle all your dreams independently first... like becoming a homeowner, going on a plane, reconnecting with your mother... wait nope, Dane did those. 🤦♀️

I read this novella awhile back in the anthology Beaus & Arrows: A Collection of Sweet and Sexy Stories It was great getting a little more of Dane and Laney, and the crew.

YES, YES, YES!!!!! This was EXACTLY what I needed from Laney and Dane for their wedding and reception!!!! Of course Sawyer and his insanity had some of my favorite parts (lol). This also made me a little teary eyed because I read it after reading their whole series. Thank you SE for making this so perfect!

Cute short story.
This book is short and sweet! I'm happy that Laney finally said yes to Dane marriage proposal. Sawyer wedding speech was hilarious and cute. I loved this book.

This is a must read for fans of The Crew. Everyone is coming together for a wedding. Sawyer and Laney's dad may have had some of the best lines ever. I don't even have the words to express how much I loved this book.

I have been waiting what feels like forever for Dane and Laney's wedding!! It was like finding the missing piece to a puzzle and It was perfect ! Everything about this little novella was perfect. I cried my eyes out during the vows, while my husband looked at me like I was nuts (he just doesn't understand). It was great to revisit the crew and experience Dane and Laneys wedding 😍 SE is an amazing author, she never disappoints ❤️

Being invited to the wedding of a lifetime is amazing. Having read the rest of the Evolve Series, including the novellas, there was really only one story we were waiting for that hadn't been released.
The wedding.
Not just any wedding, but the one we waited for from day one - Laney and Dane.
As she has with every other story, short or otherwise, in the Evolve Series, SE Hall brings us the wonder, joy, and amazement that I have come to expect from this series. The characters are real, their actions believable, and the moments. Every book from this series, and this one is included, makes you just want more from them all.

Thank goodness that this book was better than Endure! (So many homes to pick about how that storyline turned out!!). In a lot of ways, this would have made more sense to read prior to Endure. I’d probably have been a lot less confused about what on earth was happening.
Anyway.
This was short & sweet. I loved that Laney FINALLY says yes. I loved their vows—especially Dane’s, and their trip down memory lane of when they met. I love the passion they share & love the love that’s shared between The Crew.
I’ll probably just forever be bitter about the storyline as far as Tate goes. But it is what it is. At least the very ending of Endure was well written as far as full circles go.

Very quick read at only forty-six pages. Shouldn't be read as a stand alone which I did since you don't get the history of the characters. Very steamy and while the planning of Lacey and Dane's wedding was the premise of the story everything was overshadowed by sex and dirty thoughts and talk which took me out of my comfort zone. I may give one or two of the earlier books in the series a try just to get a better flavor when first introduced to the characters.

This book did not really tell anything. There was just a bunch of raunchy sex scenes. I didn't feel it added anything new to the characters and I LOVE THESE CHARACTERS! It felt rushed and incomplete. There were so many stories to be told from this. Like what happened in the bachelorette and bachelor party? We know they argue about them, but the book skips over them??!??!!!?!

Reading all about Laney and Dane's wedding was absolute CREW perfection! I love this cast of characters and to see them out in all their glory was the hilight of this collection for me. Family. Friends. And the friends that become your family. Oh and of course there was the magic that is Sawyer Beckett.

This is more of what I expected of Dane & Laney than the final book in the story, which I was not happy with. I felt the author just threw stuff together that didn't fit with the characters or did the characters justice just to finish the series.
This book, lived up to what it should have and was a very enjoyable read, and an awesome look back onto the lovable "crew".

The perfect wedding for Daney
Short, sweet, and right down to it. Could not have been a better wedding for the amazing Dane and Laney. Sawyer Beckett's toast to the bride and groom was awesome. Planet's parents were so cool. S.E. wrapped up that one in pure Hall style only she can do!!! A must read for the Evolve series.

I missed Dane and Laney so much. I actually miss the crew. I need more novellas please. Insight into the in between. I need to know the joys of Dane finding out he is going to be a dad. I loved this series and so happy for this short little novella to celebrate the love of Dane and Laney. Dane finally gets Laney to say yes to his proposal and he isn't waiting long to make her his. It's a day of celebration and spending time with the one's you love. Would love another novella when they start having babies!!!

The Evolve series is one of my all time favourites.
This novella is a perfect mix of all the Crew members together for Dane and Laneys special day. Dane is typical Dane all caveman and alpha.

This is the book where the characters from the beginning of the Evolve Series (Dane and Laney) finally get married or rather Laney finally says YES. We get to see inside their big day and it is beautiful. I hate to say I haven't read the series yet, but after reading this I have to go back and see where their story all began.

This is the wedding story about Dane & Laney but it's more that that. It goes over how much they both want to be married to each other and love each other. Dane & Laney's sex scenes are hot!!

The perfect blend of ever crew member wrapped up in the time honored tradition of a wedding! This story may be about Dane and Laney finally saying "I Do" but each crew member who holds importance to Daney gets their time to shine in this sweet novella!
I wouldn't expect any less from SE Hall than what she delivered here! Such a sweet, fun quick read that is such a huge milestone for the Crew!

Since finishing the initial set a couple of years ago, I've longed for this sequence of events with Dane and Laney. I was happy to spend almost an hour back with The Crew and especially with the happy couple, watching their lives entwine :)
