Miku is finding her way with the pack and coven, but still has a lot left to learn.
She still worries about Inari’s tenets, and wonders if she is truly following them in spirit, as well as by the letter. It turns out, she isn’t the only one that wonders that, and her own kind come calling.
Just because her life isn’t complicated enough, enter an ancient sorcerer of fire that’s going senile, Ted on the warpath, vampire rogue issues, and to cap things off, the formation of a new council.
If she lives out the week, she just might manage to get some sleep.
I've been an avid book reader since I was a teenager in the 1980's. My preferred genre's are science fiction and fantasy.
I wrote some short stories and was encouraged to try writing and self publishing by some friends. I work in computers and writing is an obsessive hobby I have been trying to hone for a couple of years now. I'll let you judge if I have succeeded or not.
I would have given this series 5 stars if it were not for the lack of consistent editing. It is annoying to have to fill in missing words. Not using the correct word is also annoying (there instead of their for example). I would like to have more Tories from this universe but only if the editing gets tightened up.
I’m not sure this was a fitting end to the series, but it has been an enjoyable read even though I would have liked to have seen more development in Miku’s relationship with the people around her, instead of just with Jared.
Magnificent story terrific characters. That proclamation said! It is greatly disappointing to learn that there is a obvious continuation implied at the end.😡 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❗
