597 Business Ideas You can Start from Home - doing what you LOVE! by Gundi Gabrielle is a very basic guide with some information on ideas to start a business and how to market it.
To give you bit of a background about myself, I am interested in subjects like economics and business and hence I take every opportunity to read and research about these topics, so when I saw this book on my kindle feed, I thought of giving it a try as the title intrigued me.
If you are a complete beginner to this topic, then you might find this book beneficial as it has some business ideas and a small summary on how to proceed with them, along with useful links. However, if you are no stranger to marketing, SEO ranking, and similar topics then I don't think this book will be of much use.
I personally felt that there was nothing in this book that I didn't already know. It felt like a brush up on my knowledge, but that was it. If I had to quote the tips of the book in a few lines, I would say this-
"#1- Write a Bestselling Kindle Book on your topic
#2- Build a successful YouTube Channel
#3- Create Online Courses
#4- Become an Influential Blogger
#5- Become a Podcaster"
This book claims to give business ideas in each separate niche, and while it delivers, it is a repetition of the ones mentioned above. It has a recurring list of the above in different wordings, and that is all. Each subtopic only extends to these 5 options.
"Your buyers/clients are not interested in a list of features- e.g., in your product/service, but only in what it does for them. How it improves their lives and solves their problems and frustrations."
The first 30%- 35% of the book might be useful to someone who doesn't know anything on this topic, but I don't feel this book will benefit anyone else. If you are looking for more information on business ideas, I think a google search would be of more use. Regardless, I would still say this book might help someone out.
"Define your UVP (= 'Unique Value Proposition') this is another important piece in your business plan. what is it that makes your product or service unique?"

Good ideas for business
Some of the content is duplicated as the writer had mentioned. Writing an ebook. The book gives a lot of good ideas for start up business. Best of luck in whatever business you decide to do. It is hard work running a business when you are just starting out. Hang in there.

Gave a repetitive list without real direction or details.
More details are needed. Picked up this book and it was filled with repetitive content under different headers. Waste of a read.

Great ideas!
Top marks for a comprehensive list of ideas; none can match this. This booklet contains many internal links that lead to further reading if desired. It is up to the reader to go through this list of ideas and decide what suits. Baking from home may require registration with your local town council in some countries-- these are things that the reader nerds to research with their own initiative. This booklet offers no step-by-step procedure probably because regulations vary from place to place. However, if you can't work out how to do your own research then you are better off working for someone else. At the end of the day you need to run with the ideas that you set your heart on; nobody will do it for you. I guess you can say this book is a guide to the start of self-help.

597 Business Ideas You Can Start From Home is a fast read. It is obvious the author spent a great amount of time researching different jobs/career paths, but there's not much useful information. I expected more. What did I expect? A little more detail about how to run such businesses from home.
I wouldn't recommend this book to someone without knowledge about running businesses from home. I would recommend this to people who love to do their own research... A LOT of research.

Business Ideas From Home
I needed to see a list of ideas to get the motor running and to see the potential of doing so. A great list and interesting to see so many listed. Entertaining and informative. A great inspiration to being able to work from home. It is worth the read and a start to seeking out a new path.

Not worth buying...
This book is nothing more than the author’s research into job ideas. The pages are filled with lists of jobs for every niche in life. But it doesn’t go beyond that. I was greatly disappointed in this book...not worth your time to read.

More an article than a book. It was free though so can't complain. Lots of ideas.
As the title states, it's just ideas...not much else in it but enough to give you food for thought. You still gotta do the work.

It's helpful for me. It's a first read book with many ideas. The author have also shared some great marketing tips here with business ideas. Everything was to the point.No extra writing. Love it. Recommended for the people who need some business-related books.

You might find an idea in here, but you could get the same information by surfing a bit on the internet. There is a lot of repetition in the different categories.

Most of the ideas are worthless or repetitive, but there is always something useful if you look for inspiration. Not great value here, plus it's a short book/list but hey, it's free ;)
