I got a tagine cookpot for Christmas, so needed a book of recipes to use it. This is a great one - nice stews and couscous dishes. The book is divided into recipes using different kinds of meat and a section on vegetable dishes. As a vegetarian, I've found it easy enough to adapt the meat dishes to meat-free.

The recipes are easy to follow and well-illustrated.
