A taste of Switzerland

I enjoyed this book thoroughly as I pursue my interest in my ancestral homeland. The photos and format are lovely, with chapters on cheese, game, bread, chocolate, festivals, sausage and wines followed by typical recipes in both European and US forms of measurement. There is a chapter also on the unique service and hospitality of Swiss hotels. I enjoyed this virtual trip to Switzerland very much.
