I have to admit, I have been enjoying the Mystic Willow Bay Witches series, but now after reading Book #4, I am in the mood for it to hurry up and end. I want a conclusion, I want to find out how Evalee got to be where she is today and how she landed in Mystic Bay and I want to know who her parents are and what she is. The first three books were great, but I felt this particular one dragged on a bit too much, and now I am at the point for a finishing. Unfortunately, though I had a look at Goodreads and couldn't find a Book #5 mentioned as of yet. In this book, Evalee's sister but not is now a Zombie, and all she wants is Brains, and Evalee's brains are the specialty as her master has ordered her to eat them. However, Evalee has Max on her side which helps where he can. One of Evalee's closest friends has betrayed her but which one and OMFG I am so over this Hunter/ Evalee love relationship that they have going on. Either one needs to man up and be like look I love you, so stop tiptoeing around the idea. I did enjoy the book overall, but at points, I felt like I was over it all and wanted to give all the characters a good shake-up and be like stop hiding and tell the freaking truth about who you are, what's happening and your part in the whole Evalee saga. Here's hoping in the next few months or so, that we get a conclusion to the Mystic Willow Bay Witches series.

More like a 2.5.. but will round it up to 3. Liked it, but some things start to annoy me. Mainly Hunter being a control-freak and acting like he owns Eva. And Eva for letting him and being in love with him even though he betrayed her and lied A LOT to her. You can do better !! Like Max.. #TeamMax
But will continue when the next one makes an appearance !

This book is part four in Evalee’s story. The drama and danger continues as Evalee tries to stay safe and get the answers she wants. She also has to cope with her sister becoming a zombie, a demon after her and the betrayal of someone in her life.
I have mixed feelings on this series. I like it but I am so ready for it to come to an end. Just when I think it’s the last book, it isn’t. I liked Evalee but I was fed up with her friends. The only one I like at the moment is Peyton. I liked how willing she was to help her friend. I am unsure on my feelings about Hunter. I am still not a fan of his but I like that he is there for Evalee despite all of the secrets he had kept from her.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and a fast read. I would recommend reading the previous books of this series first as this is the fourth instalment.

I've now caught up and there's nothing to do now but wait till the next instalment comes out. With an ending like that the waiting is going to be so so hard. #waitingsucks #justsayin'

i'm starting to get annoyed by her lack of self esteem, the zombie thing was cruel and i totally called the Opal treason, but still the story it's SO FREAKING COOL! but i really hate the male model on the cover, he's way too Fabio and looks nothing like the Hunter described on the book!

Quick, easy read, but just as I thought I kind of knew what was going on, it switched up again....wait, what???? I'm hoping Hunter really is a good guy and THE guy, because I really like him. Looking forward to the next installment, even though I hate serial books for this reason. At least they come out pretty quickly.

Are you kidding me? First, it is a stretch to call this a four book series. It's like one book, that has been randomly split into fourths. Book number four just ends. Don't know if there will be a book 5, or another few chapters and call it a book. At least they were free with my Kindle Unlimited. The author has been watching too many Supernatural episodes, and needs to cease randomly bringing in a new mystical creature. Ugh!!!!
