When I get a new recipe book, the first thing I do is read the recipes. Some sound pretty good and I will probably try them . But I'm always a little wary when I start seeing overt errors. Did the author not proofread? When a recipe says to put the ingredients in the food processor and then add the chicken, I start to wonder about the possible errors in other recipes. Like, is 14 cans of tomatoes correct? I will be very careful with any recipe I decide to try.
I really enjoyed reading this engaging cookbook. I liked the wide range of mouth watering recipes and how each of these recipes are hyperlinked. The recipes are not illustrated but this doesn't detract from the way the recipes are well written in a clear, concise with step by step instructions!
The book was either written by someone who has no idea how to write a cookbook or by someone whose primary language isn’t English. This book needs a lot of editing.
Usually with a cook book I like MAYBE 2 or 3. In this book I like 7. That's amazing to me. Easy to follow instructions and all. Can't wait to try more.
