This book honestly made me realize I’m better at making conversation than I thought, which I’ll give it points for. A lot of the advice seems to be pointed at people who are extremely, cripplingly social awkward. The techniques he goes into are subconscious and imprinted among most with average social skills. This probably works better as a guide instead of a front to back read. If you are paralyzingly bad at talking to others or people have told you something of that nature, you’ll likely get more out of this than I did.

Realized at 40 percent I didn't need it anymore. It's a pretty good book to get started if you really need to improve your social skills, but I still think 'How to win friends and influence people' by Dale Carnegie is the best book for that purpose

One of the best new books for improving social skills. Very in-depth and not a quick read though.
