New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Nicole Edwards spends her days stringing words together to make complete sentences. Sometimes not. "There are some things in life you fight for,
and there are some things in life you don't fight against.
This is one of those times that you do both."

I JUST LOVE ME SOME MENAGE STORY! And A Million Tiny Pieces gave me exactly what I was looking for.
All the "love-scenes" were so freaking HAWT.
I'm happy to see that Ms. Edwards got her SMUT-MOJO back, since her last book was kind of a disappointment for me.

Why not 5 Stars then?
I found myself a little bored in the beginning. Luckily, it really picked up after that.

Even if this wasn't a 5 Star read for me, I still really liked it in the end.

Wow, this story reminded my why I love Nicole Edwards bookS. In this m/m/f menage Ms Edwards masterfully created a world where the reader truly feels that Mia Cantrell, Phoenix Pierce and Tarik Max are destined to be together, all three of them, together and happy.

Phoenix is a multi-millionare, Tarik his right hand man and Mia well Mia is the newest owner in the building Phoenix owns.

The relationship between Phoenix and Tarik was epic, part friendship, part bromance and as it continues to develop even more than that! Tarik noticed straight away the Mia was different for Phoenix allowing the reader to understand why after all these years Tarik is now pushing Phoenix.

The friendship these three develop before Ms Edwards bring the heat in this book had me rooting for them! Yes, the heat comes and when it does Ms Edwards does not disappoint; this book is hot!

I adored watching these three date, the time they spend together outside of the bedroom or the living room (oh you will never see Simon Says the same again) allows the reader to feel the deeper connecting developing.

Tarik was so witty and his backstory brought a tear to my eye; this character I think may forever hold a place in my heart!

I would be remise if I did not say that alone time with Tarik and Mia, the alone time with Phoenix and Tarik and the alone time with Phoenix and Mia were all layered, all fit into the story and in the end make this a complete and wonderful story.

Each set of I love you’s touched my heart! The end moment with Tarik and Mia brought a tear to my eye and Phoenix and Tarik’s special term had me smiling.

In this one I also enjoyed the use of Pheonix’s Mom; this woman truly understand and loved her son for who he is not what she wanted him to be. Makes you wish more people had parents like this.

In the end the happy these three find had me grinning from ear to ear! Sometimes you need to take the bull by the horns and ensure you get the happy you want and deserve.

I loved the tool used in the end to portray the happy found and if you know me it is so surprise that I am hoping for one more scene.. so fingers crossed that maybe Ms Edwards will write it!

This was another STEAMY m/m/f book from Nicole Edwards!!
She has a way of making threesomes sexy and exciting.
Really enjoyed reading about Mia, Tarik and Phoenix. They were amazing, fun and sweet together.
My favorite was Phoenix and Tarik, the chemistry between them was so hot and when sex finally happened between the two...BOOM

This book was hot as hell, so make sure you read this with your significant other near by or with your favorite "toy" fully charged ;) just saying!!

If you are up for a ménage story, then pick this one up!!

I guess I'm just kind of over the whole gazillionaire playboy, who isn't even 30 and not interested in settling down until he meets a particular, practically virginal, woman trope. Meh. What kept me reading, at least a little bit, was the addition of a third in the relationship, because the sex -- hot. Very hot. Nicole Edwards does that very very well. But beyond the smoking hot sex? I've got nothing.

The rest of the book wasn't all that memorable and neither were the characters, themselves. That Mia didn't even raise an eyebrow at the prospect of a threesome, considering how uptight and inexperienced she was, didn't ring true for me. At all. Also, the bad guy was all hat and no cattle.

So while I usually like books by this author, this one really didn't make the grade.

2.5 Oh, I'm in a minority here stars

Mia Cantrell finds herself just where she wants to be, having divorced her cheating husband. She didn't care that the pre-nup, there at her ex's insistence, hadn't paid out on its infidelity clause. She was just glad to be out of his clutches, purchase a nice little condo, and take herself back to school.

Phoenix Pierce is a successful businessman, and now the Arrows hockey team owner, inherited when his father died suddenly. He finds himself going through life's motions; at work and at play. No one special, and never more than a fleeting fancy. Phoenix has lost his mojo, and that has never been more obvious than to his best buddy and PR/security man, Tarik Marx.

Tarik is a reliable, stable guy, who has always had Phoenix's best interests at heart. Or maybe that includes a few of his own. Tarik has had more than friendly feelings towards Phoenix, and he has a idea they are not unrequited.

When Phoenix and Tarik first meet Mia in their building, they both find themselves captivated by her, and before long set out to investigate her further, jesting with each other about who will manage it first. Little did they know, they would find themselves quickly interlaced into her life, amongst the great and the not so good.

I jump started this book with glee, having been a big fan of Nicole's, and having devoured the Club Destiny series previously, as well as AI, and the Devils Bend series. All of which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

But this little offering seemed to miss the mark for me. I desperately struggled to get any connection with the characters, and I guess that dictates how you then relate throughout the rest of the book. As a result of hanging loose, I felt I was dragged along the fairly bland storyline. I felt there was no real climatic point, everything just gaily skipped along, which just left me feeling a tad emotionless really.

The sex scenes were hot, but the dialogue started to get a bit too cheesy for my liking as you moved through the book.

My impression of this book would not, however, stop me reading anything of Nicole’s in the future. She has stockpiled far too many positives for me.

5 A Million Tiny Pieces Stars

I have borrowed this from my library twice and realized I just loved the story so much I needed to own it so I did.

Mia, Phoenix, Tarik

Holy freaking HOT. Now I am no stranger to MMF books so I usually know what I like and what I don't. First Nicole Edwards can write the HECK out of an MMF book. Not only that but it's not outlandish. Legs and tongues and hands are all where they need to be.

Now back to this book. You can't help but feel or Mia her ex is a grade A d - i - n- k . Out to make her life more difficult than just letting things be, personally I think if it isn't all about him then he has to make it so.

Mia obviously doesn't trust easy. So when she catches Phoenix's eye it confuses her. Let alone when she starts to notice Tarik as well.

I think what I liked most about this book was the feeling between Phoenix and Tarik, they both have an attraction to Mia and with her, they are able to express their own feelings for each other. How this all played out and that there was no jealousy between all three. I freaking LOVED that, I can't tell you how many times I have read a threesome book where there was jealousy. You just can't have a relationship with this many people and always be jealous of someone, it just doesn't work.

Sooo yeah all in all a great read. Freaking HOT HOT HOT too but that's to be expected look who the author is. Enough said :)

I enjoyed the narration especially Tarik.. freaking YUM!

This right here is my idea of a perfect erotica novel. It's very well written, has a plot, complexed characters and is painfully hot. Not to mention the idea of a M/M/F menage that ends beautifully. As i said, super, super SUPER HOT!

The amazing Nicole Edwards has a way of writing a smut fairytale. This particular one is about two men and a woman, Phoenix, Tarik & Mia. ♥︎♥︎♥︎
Phoenix's a very wealthy man, he's 29 and he recently inherited an NHL team after his father passed away.
Tarik had been Phoenix's employee and friend for a very long time. He's his bodyguard, PR spokesman, personal assistant.
Mia is just 24 years old, divorced and trying to put herself back together after her asshole of an ex-husband broke her heart in a million tiny pieces.

Phoenix and Tarik had a complicated relationship. Something happened between the two of them a very long time ago, but it was never mentioned again, as Phoenix was more concerned about "what would people think" or "the press having a field day writing about his sexual preferences" than his actual heart and feelings. Both men were attracted to each other, but never acted on it until Mia came along. Phoenix had a hard time admitting or understanding his bisexuality. Thank God for Tarik and Mia! :)
They meet one day because they all live in the same building Phoenix owns, so it was easy for their paths to cross at some point.

The plot of this story was well built around Phoenix's business, Tarik's involvement and the bullshit lawsuit Mia's ex-husband was threatening everybody with.

I said that his is my perfect erotica novel, because besides the "oh-my-God-that's-soo-hot-i-feel-like-i-might-die" part of it, there's also a story behind all of that. All three main characters were smart, funny, patient and didn't make stupid or rush decisions. They respected each other, there weren't any lies or bullshit.

I loved Phoenix's mom too. I loved how confident Mia was, how she trusted Phoenix (not an easy thing to do when your heart was shattered) and how she didn't question everything or act like a damsel in distress. She was totally unexperienced, but not being shy and knowing what she wanted, that was a big plus for me. I loved how Tarik took control. :)
Bottom line, i freakin' loved this book!

By the way, Nicole Edwards, I love you!!!!

Io non leggo quelle cose là, no, no!!]
"Fondamentalmente finanzio start up". "Grandioso".

4.25 RATING- An above average MMF menage romance. Solid writing and super sexy. I did think it ran a tiny bit long but other than that, it was very enjoyable. Loved both of the two male characters! The chemistry between those two was scorching! Mia was an okay female lead, I liked her, but didn't love her. Maybe it was hard to compare with the boys in this one. Overall, really enjoyable.

This is the way an mmf should be written, not a so-called mmf like Beyond Jealousy Beyond Jealousy (Beyond, #4) by Kit Rocha (I'll give you a hint, there was one half-assed mmf scene at 85%, the rest was mfm).

Anyway, long-time friends/coworker Phoenix and Tarik have been dancing around their attraction to each other for a long time. Enter Mia, newly divorced neighbor who they are both attracted to as well. The book is long enough that each character can build something with each other as well as a trio. Hot, sexy times.

The drama is provided by Mia's ex who come to find out is also battling Phoenix in business.

If you like mmf, you won't be disappointed by this stand-alone book. Also highly rec Travis Travis (Alluring Indulgence, #3) by Nicole Edwards by the same author. It is the third book in the series (1 and 2 are mf / mfm) but you can skip them without too much difficulty.

Nicole Edwards has done it again, writing a super sexy, hot, menage read.
The story is about Mia Cantrell, a young divorced woman who is setting out to find herself after her divorce. Mia meets not one new guy, but two. The men are Phoenix Pierce and Tarik Marxs. Tarik works as Phoenix's Personal Assistant, PR rep and his unofficial bodyguard but not just that, he is one of Phoenix's best friends, only Phoenix feels an attraction to Tarik that he tries his hardest to deny.
When the three of them get together there is nothing but explosive heat.
You will fall in love with these characters and their internal struggles and your panties will just melt with the sex scenes in this book.
If you haven't read any of Nicole Edwards books then this is a great place to start since it is a standalone but please be warned, once you read one book of Nicole's and love it, you will be hooked. Good thing she has over 20 other books to satisfy your thirst.

I really enjoyed this book, it was a quick read!

I know what it’s like to have your heart shattered in a million tiny pieces, Tarik. It sucks big-time. But what I didn’t know, until you and Phoenix, was that those tiny pieces could be pulled back together. Only when they do, the bond is stronger, more solid. That’s what I feel for you and Phoenix. I love you both. With my whole heart. Every single one of the million tiny pieces that it once was. It’s whole again. Stronger than ever.

This was a really good book. Mia Cantrell is happy to be rid of her lying, cheating, ex-husband Damien Landry. With her divorce final, Mia is moving on with her life she had purchased a new condo and is going back to school. Phoenix Pierce is putting the pieces of his life back together after the death of his father. Between his multi-million dollar company, the NHL team he now owns it's not easy. Tarik Marx who is Phoenix's right hand man has been in love with Phoenix for years and he doesn't think anyone man or woman will ever come close to the way he feels about Phoenix until he meets Mia. This was a really good book. Phoenix who is confused about his sexuality has a lot going on he is being sued by Mia's ex Damien who I didn't like at all. Tarik who is the protective one is trying to hold him together. Phoenix knows that it is time for him to stop running from his feelings for Tarik. I really liked each one of the character's Mia who took the high rode in her divorce by not going after her ex when he cheated. Tarik who is like the strong protective type who had both their backs and Phoenix who was so confused that Tarik realized that he had to let both Phoenix and Mia into his heart. This book also had some hot sex scenes. I love reading books by Nicole they are always well written with no errors in spelling or grammar and I love that they have happy ending. This was a good read that if you like hot menage than I recommend that you read this book.

I'm a new comer of MM, MMF, you name it, and I have to admit that this isn't my kind of thing. But I was beyond happy to found it out through this book. I thought it'll be more "my thing" if there are only Phoenix, Mia, and Mia's ex-husband in this story. I mean, I can't see Tarik as one of the alpha male. He's more like a supporting character who always appears like Taylor in Fifty Shades of Grey or Angus in Bared to You.

This is not "Travis"....but I doubt anything will ever live up to that book in my eyes......Nicole spoiled me forever with that story......

But this was an entertaining read and gives you the (m/m/f) ménage treatment like only Nicole can...hawt...served with a stroke of hard abs, soft sighs and a garnish of lip-locked imagery that stays with you maybe a tad longer then it should do in polite company.....

There was a little drama.....but the build up to the blip was not as dramatic as I was expecting.....so felt a bit *meh* when it happened....

Overall, an enjoyable read to loose yourself in with a HEA and nicely rounded off epilogue.

Wow! Nicole Edwards did it again and I think this is her best menage story so far. I absolutely adore this book and the characters in it. All three of them are perfectly done - from Mia who worked hard to find herself again ( and I am normally quite hard on Heroines) to Phoenix, who thinks he is responsible for the welfare of the people important to him, to Tarik, who was my favourite I think

the story is so well done and perfectly developed that I really hoped the book would not end. But on the other hand, it has the perfect length.

I would love to read more about these characters

so if you love a good menage story or a great love story, this is the book for you

Oh! C'è nessuno in casa? Bocciato.

Jen's Review

OH MY GOD! Can I just say holy hell I need a cold shower because this story rocked my world with the smoke, steam and fire that was coming from my iPad. If you read anything by Nicole Edwards you know that this talented author knows how to write some of the most erotic sex scenes and this book certainly did not disappoint. I’m sitting here with my heart beating fast, a goofy grin on my face and blushing like a teenage girl. I LOVED every second of this story and yeah, as brilliant as those sex scenes are the story was fantastic too. This story had everything I could have asked for and more. Nicole Edwards is truly one of my go to authors when I need a lot more heat in my stories. Fans looking for a fantastic story about three people finding their way to one another and making their ménage work definitely want to be picking this one up.

Phoenix and Tarik have known each other for many years and their relationship goes beyond just a working one. From the beginning of the story these men intrigued me. I could really feel the chemistry lingering between them. Their easy going nature and interactions between them had me hoping and praying they’d finally admit what I could clearly see happening on the pages. When their infatuation with Mia starts I honestly couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. I love love love these characters!

Watching them all spend time together and seeing their friendship grow into something so much more truly had me emotionally invested in their story. These characters really were intense and committed to making it work. As much as I loved every steamy page I also loved the tender, honest moments they all shared with one another. I definitely could feel the passion and desire they had going on in and out of the bedroom for one another. I loved how much they trusted each other when their fears or doubts would creep in. There was no denying how perfect they were together. The passion, respect, lust and desire just poured off the pages.

There was not a single moment in this story where I felt like these characters didn’t belong together or where I wished it was only two of them vs the three. Nicole really did a wonderful job showcasing how these three characters could make their unconventional relationship work. I found it really refreshing to have a story with a ménage where there wasn’t a needy or weak character in the fold. In fact all three of these characters were so strong. Each one contributing something different to the relationship. Alone they were strong, together they were a force to be reckoned with.

I really don’t want to go into details on what the plot entails because I think you get a pretty good depiction from the synopsis. This story is full of passion and hot scenes that will surely wet any reader’s appetite. There are some really funny moments that happen that had me laughing out loud and there is a bit of drama that gets folded into the mix. This book is a standalone but I hope Nicole considers writing a continuation to this story. This book was truly an amazing love story and I just couldn’t get enough of them.
