Some good information, but also totally overwhelming. Of course, you can't do all of these mindful breaks all day long and still get stuff done. You're supposed to take some, but not all of the suggestions. I got this from the library, so I just read it straight through, which isn't really the most effective way to read it. Probably best to have it sit on your nightstand, read a bit here and there, try things out, read a bit more, etc. I certainly appreciate the idea of short mindful moments throughout the day, rather than a 30-minute meditation session every day (which she also says is great, but who has time for that?!).
