Is this the end?
Absolutely love it, like all of Urban Fairytales this one blew my mind too, I love the way Erik turns our bedtime stories from when we were kids in to something completely different and made them in my bedtime stories as an adult. You rock ..... and is this the end .... cos it could lead to a new kinda spinoff

Good book
I really enjoyed this book but kind of felt a bit cheated by the ending. Not that it was bad, just needed a bit more explanation I think.

This was an amazing book! I made the mistake of starting this late at night thinking I'd read a few chapters and go to bed. Of course that never works out well with any of Erik's books, so I don't know why I thought it would this time.
I loved this book, it was a nice story line about the two 'new' characters, and some great interactions between them followed by even more impending doom and a nice little cliffhanger at the end. (evil Erik :-P )
I anxiously await the next book in this series (or any series Erik writes for that matter).

Another intriguing tale
This another intriguing twist on the fairy tales. And I am very happy that my two favorite characters are back and ready to rumble. Although unlike the other books I noticed a number of small typos and Katiana gets called Katrina instead. But it almost leaves me feeling like the last of the Valkyrie books

Another fantastic spin on a classic fairytale
I am in awe of how the author can take a beloved classic and turn it into a completely new story. This is my all time favorite fairytale and loved this re telling immensely. It fit in so well with the other books in the series and also brought some much needed closure to some previous situations. A must read for anyone that loves this series!

Another win!
I love these stories! It is just so fascinating to see how the old fables get twisted and reworked into such amazing and exciting tales. The characters are so familiar yet so new and captivating. I love Belle and Illiya. Such engaging and wonderful characters. An amazing blend of innocence and dangerous. I can't wait to see more of them. This was and ending and yet a beginning as well. Really looking forward to see what comes next!

No more F in Grimm Brothers! !!
Thanks for the eye-opening read. My world was ROCKED Off it’s Sphere with this one. I look forward to reading the next Urban Fairytales. I wish all your books (fairytales)were audible, I love the characters accents. They keeps me smiling while I’m driving and walking my dogs.

What can one say about Erik Schubach's books?
He is quite prolific, publishing at least one novella each month. Each of them reads as if he maintains this frantic pace by never reviewing or editing what he's written. There are comma splices, awkward wordings, misused punctuation. It must be said that Schubach's work would be a great deal better if he had a proofreader / editor.
It is also true that Mr. Schubach is writing women loving women from the outside. His relationships honestly feel more like hetrosexual relationships than the Sapphic relationships I've had.
It is also, also true that this series is rather formulaic. But by the eighth volume, you already know what the formula is, and if you like it. I do, rather.
So. Is it worth reading? Yes, if you enjoyed the previous seven volumes. Otherwise... eh.

Read via Audible. Now that these stories are finally coming out on Audible I am egar to finis the series. Starts out on a sad not but ends on both resoluation and a cliff hanger. I can't wait to get the next one. I also wish I could find a platypus game....
