The 5 Ingredient Cookbook is a wonderfully practical collection for anyone who wants to prepare tasty homemade meals without complicated recipes or long ingredient lists. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the concept, especially for busy days when you want something satisfying without making a major shopping trip.

The recipes are approachable and make cooking feel much less intimidating. Limiting each dish to just five ingredients is a clever way to keep preparation straightforward while still leaving room for plenty of variety. I especially appreciated how the book encourages cooks to make the most of basic ingredients and create meals that feel both convenient and enjoyable.

This cookbook is particularly useful for busy families, beginners, and anyone who prefers uncomplicated cooking. The recipes provide plenty of inspiration for everyday meals while helping reduce the stress that can come with deciding what to cook. It's also a helpful reminder that good home cooking doesn't necessarily require a long list of ingredients.

Overall, this is an accessible and useful cookbook that earns five stars for its simplicity, practicality, and variety. The recipes are easy to approach, the concept is genuinely convenient, and the collection makes everyday cooking feel more manageable. A great choice for anyone looking for quick, uncomplicated recipes that fit naturally into a busy lifestyle.

5 INGREDIENT COOKBOOK: Quick and Easy 5 Ingredient Recipes: 5 Ingredients timesaving recipes including healthy breakfast, beef, chicken, fish & seafood, pork, vegetarian, sides, and desserts by Louise Davidson
Each recipe has servings, prep and cook time along with ingredients and directions on how to make the dish.
some nutritional information, fat is not broken up into good and bad fat and there is no sodium.
No pictures. Different sections for different types of food: meats, breakfast, chicken, etc.
There are also lots of bonus books included and some include pictures, some have no nutritional information at all.
Format on every book is so different seems as if the author just copied and pasted a big chunk of other books.
Seems a lot of repetition as recipes in other sections are also in later sections.
