The writing is not of the highest literary calibre of course, but that said the book holds good knowledge of what I strongly believe in - that the human body and the human mind possesses infinite powers to heal which most of us are not aware of. We are all too dependant on pills and doctors but don't even really know why! The information in the book is good as are the supporting examples. My major gripe with this book is that it doesn't refer to the scientific papers, books etc which provide the "proof" of x, y, z. Coleman says in several places that there have been "well known examples" of several bodypower phenomena but doesn't point the reader to these. However, as someone who has read uncountable number of books and journals about the powers of the body and mind, I can say that the examples he refers to are, in fact, true and not some "conspiracy" that Coleman is trying to proliferate. But would have been a more credible read had these been signposted with references.
