Great read for people in to organizational psychology.
This was an interesting read and hit some good points about organizational psychology. I read this for educational purposes and it hit the mark.

As an undergraduate reading this grad level textbook, it was still easy to digest and gave a good overview on a lot of topics.

Even for a books it's awfully wordy. It felt as though I was reading a students essay that they fluffed up to reach the required number of pages.
