This JavaScript reference manual was a nice complement to the modules on CodeCademy.com. I enjoy the format and the extensive details in the appendix. Sometimes you just want to know how things work. While there is some mention of HTML5, the recommendation specification has evolved considerably. A second edition of this book would be useful.

A pure developer to developer book. Can be a quick reference if you have rusted JS skills.Author has tried to cover the quirks of JS as much as possible.
