Swami Radha's insight is wonderful and eye-opening. I've had this book sitting on my shelf for a long time before finally picking it up and deciding to delve into the world of dreams. Now I know what I've been missing out on!

What I love about Radha's approach is that she really emphasizes the importance of personal involvement in the understanding of dream messages. It's a discovery process of our individual use of language and symbolism. Although she does provide plenty of examples and guidance, she does not try to interpret your dreams for you.

For anyone that does decide to read this book and put in practice its teachings, the advice I have is: start gradually, don't be too hard on yourself, but be diligent. I've gotten into the habit now of waking up whenever to write down my dreams. I keep my laptop at my bedside because it's easier than using pen and paper. Though it is still a challenge to not just fall back asleep when I wake up. My diligence however has paid off and I have recorded some fascinating dreams, rich in symbolism and personal guidance.

Swami Radha's book on Dreams is one of the best books I have read on this subject. She clearly takes you through a process of understanding your dreams and leads you within with amazing questions. I have also taken a couple classes on Dreams at the Yasodhara Yoga Center in Spokane. http://yasodharayoga.org/spokane

I enjoyed this process so much I have taught it to my clients on several occasions. Great book!
