Rather than rehashing the same law of attraction (LoA) techniques we've read over and over (Want a million dollars? Write yourself a blank check and visualize it until it becomes reality.), this book offers creative new exercises to help you get specific about your goals. It was an enjoyable read with easy to follow steps.
Ms. Connor's narration felt friendly and down to earth. She didn't set the reader up with overwhelming targets, but instead offered smaller steps to work toward what you want. A lot of books on this topic scold the reader for getting stuck on mental blocks. (If you didn't manifest that dream vacation, you must not have truly believed in it.) But these exercises are upbeat and inspiring—without judgment. They were fun too! I especially enjoyed the ones about tapping into my inner self, and assembling a spiritual counsel. Those concepts went above and beyond what I normally read in LoA books, and I really connected with them.
This was an excellent book that I recommend to anyone interested in flexing their law of attraction muscles! It's probably not one for beginners, but for intermediate to advanced, it really hits the right notes.
