I read through this cookbook and then handed it to my husband and said "you have to look through this!"

We both came away thinking:
1) We love that every recipe is for the slow cooker. How easy is that? It is the main reason I picked up this book.
2) The ingredients were real and easy to get. And in our house, easy to make substitutions for allergies.
3) Even though this said holidays, I could definitely see me making many of these things for a regular family dinner.
4) SO many options for side dishes (if you are the child who always gets stuck bringing those to a holiday gathering).

I checked this out from my library, but I will be purchasing this cookbook!
