This book was just a short Christmas one to wrap up the series. How Luke is injured while fighting with the one percenters and the snow plow almost hit him and he fell on the steps.
He is back in the club... well he was already back but not really around them much because of the way the president had kicked him out. He finally fully accepts the president apology. Emily buys back one of the bikes he had to sell before as a Christmas present. Luke wants to buy the house than Emily once rented out a room in but couldn't afford the full down payment and Emily's Dad surprised him by putting the down payment on it because they didn't give Emily a big wedding and Sam, Emily's Dad is finally accepting Luke as a son in law. Just a few more little things to tie up loose ends.

The characters really shine in this one. You see them outside the constant storm of club drama and get a look at their hearts, their hopes, and the vulnerabilities they usually hide. The chemistry is still there, the emotions hit deep, and the holiday backdrop adds a beautiful layer of hope and healing.
What I enjoyed most:

I’m reviewing the audio edition. This is the first story I’ve listened to in this series. Probably not the place to start. I really enjoyed all these characters. The author provided a condensed history of each character so I was able to follow this story with no problem. Luke and Emily have their issues and they also have plenty of people to deal with but it’s the holiday season so that puts a different light on what would normally happen. I really liked these characters and am planning on reading the rest of this series. The author has a way of drawing you into the goings on and impatient to see what the outcome will be. The Narrator, Hannah Pralle was able to make the story easy to listen to and I could sit back and focus on the story and characters. I was given a free copy and this is a voluntary review.

Great book
Such a cute short novella, with a reminiscent to a Christmas story. Each wants to give the other a gift, so sweet and a great end to the series. Well worth your time to read, you won't be disappointed.

This is part of a series but it was ok to read alone. Yes it mentions things in past books and also things to come but it is a story about a Christmas event. The narrator does a good job telling the story.

Cute!
I honestly wasn't expecting the bit of drama that was portrayed in this. Figured it was too short. I was wrong. But it didn't take away from the story. This was still really good.

Awesome series
I loved this part of the Hades Spawn series. Emily and Luke man they have gone through it but came out the other side. Lexy is an amazing writer. She knows how to keep you on Lyle toes.

This was kind of the Christmas romance to finish series. Always with Luke and Emily there is problems. I just loved this series and enjoyed reading all 5 books in the series.

It's obvious I love reading. There are not many books that I do not give a 5 star read. There have been a few bur never a 1 star.. A good author does a good read. Love Lexy Timms books..

Really enjoyed reading this book as much as the previous ones. Although a little on the short side it was still very interesting. Highly recommend reading.

Lets start by saying this is a new author for me that I found along the way in the year 2016.This is my first read by Lexy Timms and and enjoyable one at that.
This is a novella about Luke and Emily about there struggles and joy around the holiday season.Haven't previously read the Hades' Spawn Series I didn't have a problem coming up to speed about the club's life present a past.I am currently working on the series in question now and looking forward to it.
This was a nice enjoyable holiday read.I found all the character's interesting and relate -able.I love reading a story where the characters are engaging an like-able and where you are able to connect with them. I hate reading a story when you don't have a connection with the characters.
I normally pick a favorite character in a story but this one it is just to hard to do that.I have to say I loved both Luke and Emily they were both loving and caring individuals and still in love and lust after so many years of marriage.Luke and Emily made a really cute couple.
The sexual situations throughout the book were super hot, playful and full of fun and teasing.Emily and Luke both strive to get each other a special gift for the holiday season which will surprise and enrich there lives for the better.
This story turned out to be a page turner with a few hiccups along the way along with a bit of danger and laying old ghost's in the past to rest or at least trying to . I loved it and we are giving this story 5 stars and looking forward to more of Lexy's reads as long as finishing up this series.A job well done !
