W zasadzie to 2,5 gwiazdki.

Book itself is very interesting, but i have some concerns about it. To not get misunderstood - i do believe author is a person with large knowledge in the topic, no doubts about that.

As a reader of a book which have a form of a thesis i expected a cold, scientific approach. Sadly, in some areas of the books (mostly stories about the killers used as an examples) there were wuite emotional parts which were making pieces of the stories suggestive. Some data in one or two tables seem incorrect or the idea behind them were unclear. Also, the entire book, which consist of many possible permutations of criminal types and there mentality and economic state, was proven at the end by single example (which also seems like the simplest one to analyze, based on the book content). I would expect at least 3: the one provided, one from organized traveling kind of criminal and one that cannot be solved using the shown method with analysis which parts fails (it's rated at the end that shown methods allows to find estimated living place of approx. 40% of killers. Showing why not more can be a great base for either research).

Also, some data seems like irrelevant (e.g. there were 1 or 2 criminals of given types figured out during studies) but we're used like 100% prove example. Of course - the difference should be stated, but the sample is so small that it's relevance to consider learned klownledge as a fack or event a trend seems doubtable.

But still don't get me wrong - is a decent position to read if serial murders are in your area of interest. Just read it wisely and analyze data by yourself and find out the next questions on our own :)
