*I haven't read the whole things yet, but here are reviews for the stories I've read so far*

Army of the Winter Court by Ali Winters - 4 stars!

I loved that this book deals with the Unseelie Fae! I haven't read too much where that happens, while I have read tons of things to do with the Seelie Fae, so I was loving it! I also enjoy when characters who are suppose to be bad or evil, go against character. Army of the Winter Court starts out with the Unseelie king having been killed without naming an heir to the Unseelie throne, so a rivalry for the throne begins to brew between the siblings. Aurelian and Nolan make a bet of sorts devised by their sister, Lilith, that whichever brother the half-blood they need to rule chooses will be crowned as the King of the Unseelie. The half-blood they seek is Evvie, Evvie is a college student, who knows nothing of the Fae, and is at an extreme disadvantage in the games between the siblings. I really enjoyed all the characters, and the descriptions for the Unseelie kingdom. The setting and the way it was written was definitely my favorite part of this book. I liked Evvie, but I didn't really enjoy how much she wallowed around; it was like she was bipolar or something, and I don't feel like she contributed much to the story. Maybe that's why I felt the romance was also sort of lacking; the romance didn't feel genuine enough to me because I kept thinking that maybe it's just the claim that's causing it, and that bothered me a bit. I stilled enjoyed the relationship, and at times I found it sweet. I also would have liked a different ending; the ending was fine, but I don't I just wanted a little something more; something with a bigger splash. I knew exactly what was going to go down in regards to the players in the story, but I still enjoyed reading to see how it would evolve. Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book, and I would like to know more about the characters, and I loved that there is dual POV. I also did enjoy the writing, so I look forward to checking out more books by Ali Winters!

Game Master by Scarlett Dawn - 5 stars

This was so great! The story starts off with some awesome action, and it just continues to surprise and excite me till the very end! I mean I was on board from the first sentence, but when you add in a talking frog in moss pants! I'm all the way there! Arizona's assassin father has recently been killed, and now her father's enemies are after her, and while she is trying to escape, she comes upon a skeleton key that transports her to another realm. Arizona is all alone in a new world, but luckily Arizona finds a few friends, who become her new family, but Arizona still has a tough time coming to terms with her new situation. The whole story was fast paced, and I loved the bits of humor throughout the story. I also loved how much Arizona and Lucifer get each other; they have a deep bond, and I enjoyed their banter, and how they play off each other. Their connection was really wonderful! The story did turn more intense then I was thinking it would because the whole beginning was quite light hearted despite a few deaths, but even so, I was still surprised with some of the scenes; they definitely went a little more spicy then I was thinking they would! But, I thoroughly enjoyed them! This is a short read, but it didn't feel lacking to me, I felt like the story was well fleshed out, and I enjoyed the whole thing! Loved it!

Princess of the Damned by Wendy Knight - 5 stars

I loved this! This is a great series! I love how each book is written by a different author, and I love seeing each of their interpretations and the different worlds the skeleton keys open! As soon as I read the prologue in Princess of the Damned, I knew I would love it, and I did! In this book, every time Landon looks in a mirror he sees Eiress, Landon has seen her since he was a young boy, and now he is 17 years old and feels deeply for Eiress. Landon can see and hear Eiress, but she can't see or hear Landon, but she feels his presence and his soul, and she also feels deeply for Landon. Eiress was captured by Mary Tudor a.k.a Bloody Mary, and Eiress is trapped in a castle with a vast wasteland filled with horrible creatures at the gates of Hell. Landon does what he can for Eiress, but it is becoming increasingly more difficult for him to see what Eiress has to go through, so he wants to find a way to rescue her. The love story was really cute and sweet, and I liked both of the characters. I loved that Eiress was tough and that she stood up for herself! I loved the whole premise, and I loved the setting for this story. I loved that the author used Bloody Mary! I also loved that Eiress has a little dragon as a pet, so cute! I would have liked to know and see more about Eiress and her brother. There was a lot of different side characters that really added some zing! to the story. The story was unique and interesting from beginning to end! I will definitely read more books in this series, and by author Wendy Knight!

Spell Slinger by K.N. Lee - 5 stars

I love how Lee describes the details! The setting was very vivid in my mind, and I enjoyed the world the story takes place in, and I felt involved in the story as it was unfolding, so much so that I forgot this was a skeleton key book, and was surprised when that part entered the story! The beginning was a little slow, and I tend to stay away from books with things like concubines and such in them, so when I read that I was thinking, Oh, no!, but luckily that wasn't too much of a factor in the story. Yara was sold by her parents; her mother mainly, but her father didn't stop it, so I don't think much of either of them, into a form of slavery to a man as one of his concubines. Yara's father has been killed, so she finally escapes; without help from anyone, so she can take down the evil King Loric for killing her father. King Loric is also killing all those with magic, and since Yara has magic she needs to be careful not to be caught. Yara ends up finding a skeleton key that transports her to the future (this in the synopsis so it's not a spoiler). Speaking of the synopsis, I don't think it is quite accurate in describing some aspects of the story, but that may just be my opinion. Anyways, Yara needs to figure out how to contend with the future and helping those she cares for. Yara was a strong character, and I loved her kicking butt! It is kind of weird how long it takes to get the ball rolling though, but I suppose she is running the long game, and I suppose it is best not to jump into these kinds of things. Evan was great also, I liked his sort of cocky attitude. I definitely could have used a lot more scenes between Yara and Evan. I also would have liked more Hero and Asher; especially Hero, I wanted to know more about his connection to the future. I would have loved a bit more to the ending, but that's just because I enjoyed the story immensely, and wanted more! The magic was great, and the romance was really sweet, and I was entertained till the very end! Great characters! The skeleton key series is so great!

His Immortal Kiss by Liliana Rhodes - 3 stars

I loved the premise for His Immortal Kiss, and it had a lot of the types of things I love: old spooky castle, secret doorway to the past, cool skeleton key, and a vampire! So, right off the bat I was already hooked! Lilac's mom has just passed away, when she is approached by a sort of creepy man to renovate an old castle. Lilac has been taking care of her mom for about 5 years, and hasn't been working in that type of work since she began taking care of her mom, so she doesn't know why she is being sought out, but even though she is wary, she decides to go for it because it is too good to pass up. The owner of the castle is Julien, and right away Lilac feels a connection with him, but doesn't understand why, and on top of that Julien is a vampire. The story between Lilac and Julien was sweet, and I liked the glimpses into the past. The story is mainly told from Lilac's POV, but we get some POV from Julien, which I really liked. The setting was really cool too, I love old buildings, and it added a nice elegance to the story, and there is a bit of mystery to the story that I enjoyed. The things that were sort of misses for me, and which lowered the rating were: I felt some of Lilac's reactions were odd; how she reacted to the news that Julien was a vampire, and how easily and quickly she adapts to some big changes in her life; she just settles right in at Chateau du Soleil like she doesn't have a care in the world, so it was a bit odd to me, and she lies to Julien, which wasn't great. I also wanted more scenes of Julien and Lilac together; a little more depth to the relationship, but that's only because I loved their story and wanted more of it! I also don't know about Robin, Lilac's friend, she had weird reactions too! She definitely overreacts! I also felt the wording of the sentences was a bit stilted. I still enjoyed reading His Immortal Kiss, and I was entertained and interested till the very end, and it is a quick read, so I'm glad I read it!

Army of the Winter Court:
Oh snap!! Yep, that's right, I said that. It is my actual reaction to reading this book....and I love that! The king dies, two brothers want the throne, one is evil, one is good. As you read on you discover you actually can't tell which is the good one and which isn't. Unwillingly throw in a woman and you have an amazing PNR you just can't put down! Kudos to this writer for her unbelievable imagination!
Fate of Elements:
One word came to me quickly when I finished this book ...WOW! This is another book in the skeleton key series and I am just blown away with the creativity! Another unique storyline built around a key that transports the characters to a different realm and each realm is just amazing! There is heartbreak in this story, yet the writer still manages to pull off a very satisfying HEA. Great job!!!!
Spellslinger:
Another amazing story from the skeleton key series! I absolutely love this realm of spell slingers and metas! The creativity of this writer just flows throughout the pages! You are immediately immersed into the dismal outlook of the main characters life, then taken down the path of good versus evil until the conclusion. An extremely easy book to read through since once again, you really won't want to put it down anyways !
Royal Enchantment:
This is an extremely delightful paranormal fantasy complete with a secret realm and other worldly creatures. The characters are very easy to follow and found myself swept away on their quest. It also gives the reader food for thought on possible side stories such as Kallums strange shape shifting abilities or possibly what happens to Sana. Needless to say it has all the elements to hook a reader like me in as well as keep me on the lookout for more in this series! I don't usually give a summary of the story since that can be found on a jacket. This is a very easy read and should totally satisfy any needs for a quick PNR fix
Love in Fantasy:
Being able to write the HEA into a storyline without your readers feeling like it's just same old same old again, this particular book is the prime example of the creative genius these skeleton key writers have! I don't want to be the reviewer that writes a spoiler so the best thing for me to say is that this writer has set the benchmarks high for HEA's! Absolutely loved this highly entertaining work of art! The conclusion is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Game Master:
Wow! Just wow! I totally found this book in the skeleton key series not only highly entertaining but also wonderfully unique! The writers skilled imagination brought the characters to life immediately and set them on their fast paced journey towards their HEA. I surprised myself at how quickly I reached the end. The book ends great but like all good books, I now want the continuing adventures of these two characters!

Can i get this skeleton key?

I may be blonde but it took till the second book to realize these all revolved around the same skeleton key. Once I did it made them so much better! I read each story and all I can say is I need this key on my life.
The fact that all these authors came together around a common item and idea is amazing. Add to that the differences each story has makes this worth it.

Quite fun

A good selection of stories. It was fun to read them as a set, although it was hard to wait and see if they would come out as one.
I always forget to take notes as I'm reading one of these sets, but I did enjoy all of the stories in this one. Some authors were already favorites, but there were some new to me.

I enjoyed each and everyone of the books in this bundle. The Skeleton Key is the common denominator in each story. It appears to one person and when they figure out how to use it, it is a real life changer. I really encourage readers who love paranormal and romance to get and read this bundle.

ALL of the books in the collection were great!! Two stood out for me, (perhaps because I love humor with my sex ) The 12 sisters and Hades, not going to tell you what they were about....duh, the key....but they were all hot and couldn't put it down steamy. ( Pant Pant )
