I found this to be a helpful reminder of ACT principles as someone who has read about/practiced them before. I’m not sure if it could teach them on its own to a beginner, though maybe it would be a perfect taste for a newbie. There are a lot of discussion questions which leaves it up to the reader to make of the most of the material. Overall, helpful!
