The Outlaw MC of Mars series is the pre-sequel to the Sons of Outlaws this book series. It takes place twenty years later and I suggest you read Outside MC first, it's a great setup for this series. Gay mm genre.
If I thought the fathers were hot! Holly fuck the sons are fucking hotter! This book is nice and steamy, sexy and oh so very sweet!
Outlaw's oldest son Arie is a bit of a rebel (like his dad) his best friend Kavin has fallen for him years ago but he doesn't realize it. They end up drinking in an off-limits spaceship, the ground shakes and they end up taking off to Earth on autopilot. They can't figure out how to control the ship it lands at the old prison site on Earth... the adventure begins...
They get a better understanding of theirs father's past and the struggles they encountered when they find themselves in danger.
Best friends to sexual discovery for Arie and for Kavin it's bliss! Hot sexy times on lush Earth... and it's not the only sensory pleasure they seek...
These two are sexy as hell and they are just getting started!

I really enjoyed this shortie. It's my first book by this author but now I want to read more. Even if I don't usually like short stories. I always need more action and more depth, but this one worked for me because it really was well written.
We get interesting descriptions, funny banter, and my favorite thing: losing V card!
For only 75 pages I think we get enough action and the hotness is off the charts!

Yup, the kids of all of our favorite MC Outlaws are the focus of this new series. Just like the original Outlaw MC of Mars, this is set on the same Red Planet, though with a diversion of sorts to Earth – that’s actually putting it very mildly given the nature of this creature feature adventure. Just like Mars, Cox paints the scenery and atmosphere, with added wonder that could be Earth in the year 3022, with brushes dripping in sense of place. My curiosity about this future Earth: what animals have survived and taken over, how have they evolved, what is the weather like, how has the planet altered in appearance and behavior… we get initial impressions of all of these through Arie and Kavin, best friends. This works as a plot device, as they’ve never been to Earth, never felt the warmth of the sunshine, the taste of rain, the sound of birds singing after breakfast…
As beautiful as Cox’s prose often is, and how well it mixes with his no-holds-barred sex scenes and the choreography of the action-adventure, it’s cut off at the knees by what can barely be considered editing, an unfortunate pattern with Evernight books. Incorrect word usage and grammatical errors make up the bulk of the gopher holes. For the most part I could skip past them while reading, but a few are egregious. The imagination this author shares, though, is what makes this story and these characters: … every year the gap of natural Mars landscape vanished under new trees and shiny buildings. But out there with its red sand and desolate peaks… I felt invincible.
This is Arie. And Arie is a fantastic narrator for this story. Vim, vigor, and a restless attitude all swirl around his attempts to figure out how and where to spread his wings, to make his fathers – Outlaw, Liam, and Reilly – proud, to live up to the love and support they give him, along with the occasional smack upside the head for the trouble that Arie can’t seem to resist sometimes. His blunt nature amuses me and consternates said parents. Well, maybe not so much for Reilly. ;)
I was smiling a lot while reading this, I was enjoying myself, having fun, buckled in and ready for the ride that started from page one. Along with those already mentioned, Arie is also working on figuring out his sexual identity. It’s a surprise for him, the catalyst for this, and it comprises a wonderful spoke in this ever in motion story. For the most part, this is portrayed honestly, feeling real, and filled with the questioning and two-steps-forward one-step-back progression one often encounters when working out one’s place in the world, be it Mars or long since abandoned Earth.
Along with his prose and sense of place, Cox has stepped it up in the dialogue department. Arie and Kavin are witty and sweet and teasing with each other, and they had me chuckling and nodding my head in understanding often. Their friendship is strong and ever-present in their interactions. Each scene also advances the story. And they definitely share chemistry. Mmm hmm.
It’s of course enjoyable getting glimpses of and references to the now ‘old guard’ Outlaws of the MC, our favorites from the first series. They also add to the more emotional scenes, as well as helping to flesh out Arie’s character in terms of his reactions, decisions, and ways of thinking. Like the vast majority of us, he’s been influenced by his parents and their stories, particularly about Earth. This also sets up what could be a very interesting juxtaposition if utilized in future stories: the views of the young, those with zero exposure and experience with Earth, and the older generation, and all of their understandable baggage about the green planet.
I had such fun reading this and was glad to find I could get past most of the editing issues without much interruption. Cox’s imagination and storytelling and characterization deserve to be well treated, so I am and want to do my part. I’m ready for book 2 and whomever will be the featured characters in it.
There was never a good reason to regret.
PS: I’d love a meaningful cameo of Deviant and Tage in one of the future stories. :D

It’s been a while since I read the original series about a band of outlaws on Mars (‘Outlaw MC’) and I’ve been looking forward to finding out how they and their kids are doing twenty years later, in the year 3022. Book nine of ‘Outlaw MC’ – a series I think you should read, not just because of the back story you’d otherwise miss, but because it is a creative, sometimes hilarious and sometimes brutal look at one possible future for humans from Earth – ended well in terms of the political situation on Mars. The corrupt government finally fell and Justice (former president of the Underground MC) was in charge. As it turns out, Justice has a son, Arie, who is a trouble-magnet just as much as Justice used to be.
Arie is in the unenviable position of having a famous badass father, he has to confront expectations of filling his shoes one day, and his mischievous streak is several miles wide. Responsibility is not a word in his vocabulary, and all he wants to do is have fun. But his idea of a good time usually gets him into trouble – or, indeed, prison – so he is not what his father would call a big success. Perfect outlaw material, right?
After getting to watch a few of his escapades and seeing him being rescued by his best friend, Kavin, things get crazy. They end up in one of the two old spaceships their parents used to fly to Earth and get drunk, there is a marsquake and the ship takes off (clearly on autopilot), and they end up on Earth. Nothing is as they expected, including the suddenly budding lust between them. Well, Kavin had been hoping for it but manlove is all new to Arie. The explorations and adventures that follow are entertaining, funny, and then it all gets rather scary for a while. I especially enjoyed their encounters with the life forms that are still inhabiting Earth, despite everything, as well as a few natural phenomena they are unfamiliar with.
If you like men used to advanced technology having to fend for themselves in somewhat more primitive surroundings, if an outlaw biker from Mars discovering he is falling for his gay best friend is your thing, and If you’re looking for a read in the best ‘Outlaw MC’ tradition with some of the old characters and a bunch of new ones, then you will probably like this novella. I look forward to the next installment.

OMG! Finally, finally it's there! After the announcement that there will be a following series to the Outlaw MC from Mars one, I was sooooo dang looking forward to get it in my grabby hands. And I wasn't disappointed at all, but I haven't expected anything else. It's great and funny, too, to see how their kids, the next generation, take over the spotlights.
The first book in this series starts with a bang. A sexy, sweet, thrilling and awesome bang. And now I am more than just curious what James will come up with next! There are a lot of clues that it will be very, very interesting, hot and sexy as hell. We know James by now, it just has to. And now: bring it on, Mr. Cox!

Yeah, it’s as good as I thought it would be but also wonderfully romantic. And Delicious! I love the action, dangerous mutated octopuses. That one scene toward the end had me on the edge of my seat. I love how each man is willing to risk their life to save the other. The author gives us romance and action plus sexy bikers, what more could you ask for? I love where James is taking this series. The flavor of the original is there, but the characters and timing are unique enough to stand alone. I can't wait to read the next one!

Omg I loved it, I was so excited to find out we was revisiting the mars lads again and to have the next generation take us their.
It was a true adventure I love that we get outlaws son he's just like him and wanting adventure he didn't expect what comes it's sexy, hot, great Humour and adrenaline rush.
I love these best friends their perfect like chalk and cheese.
I'm not giving any thing away but it's genius I recommend reading the first series The outlaws MC :)

5 'Oh yeah baby. It's been so long since I've read the original series and how I've missed them. The characters, the storylines, the writing style of Mr Cox, love it all. The Outlaw kids have done a mighty fine way of growing up hot as fuck. Arie and Kavin were delicious with their best friends to lovers vibe and as always plot that kept me on the edge of my seat' stars.

A little slow at points. I was hoping for more insight into the inner thoughts and emotions of both Arie and Kavin. I think they are a good match but usually friends to lovers books include more angst and drama. This book kind of had none.

Wow!!! This was such an adventurous read. I enjoyed every minute of it. You never knew what what coming next because at each turn of the page there was something new happening.
Ariel has always viewed himself as straight. Though he does not have an issue with anyone that is gay. Especially seeing as how he has three dads and his best friend is gay also. But Arie is one of those types of people that seems to get into trouble at each turn he takes even without looking for it. Trouble just seems to constantly find him.
After once again having trouble find him, with his help this time, Arie and his best friend Kavin decide to go to the old space ship and hang out. While there they decide why not get drunk to top the day off. This is where all the next round of trouble seems to find Arie once again.
After playing around, like normal, Kevin decides to go for it and finally do the one thing he has always thought about doing to Arie. So he kisses him. To say Arie is surprised is an understatement but it was not like he did not enjoy it. But what neither of h m do enjoy is the fact that as soon as they finish the kiss, for some reason the ground on Mars starts to do something it has never done before and that is shake.
One kiss. The ground shaking. And now a space ship that has not been used in many many years that seems to be working just fine has taken off once the ground quit shaking and you have a recipe for adventure and most likely in Arie's case a lot of trouble.

Every time you turned a page something was happening and situations that did not seem so bad turned for the worst at the drop of a hat. This was a fantastic read and I enjoyed every minute of it. I really look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series as soon as possible.

It’s a fun little tale. Don’t expect much in the way of complexity or shocks, but it is an easy read. As the first of a new series there is some expectation that the previous books have been read, but not so much as would cause a problem to someone coming to these books for the first time. Character development is limited, basically a pair of young friends coming to terms with a change in their relationship, facing a few hardships and quite a bit of sex.
Trying to fit this into a novella format clearly impacts the potential for development of any chemistry between them. Nevertheless, without the need for other characters it does allow for some exploration of feelings.
The pace of the story is fine, with the opportunity to offer some examination of the environment as well as interactions between the characters.
The ending is predictable, but leaves the story open for the next book in the series.

This is definitely not the type of story that I am used to reading with it set on Mars, but I have to say, I really enjoyed it! Can't wait to read the next one!

Returning to the Martian world of the Outlaw MC, this series kicks it off with the sons of the Outlaw members. Mars is the only place they know. It is their home and they don't know anything different. They also enjoy the good life with their parents paving the way. This may be why Arie acts out. His life is easy with little to no adversity. He's been indulged all his life and whilst he isn't abusive, he is bored. This is evident with the senseless trouble he gets into. This latest one is a doozy. Somehow, he and his best friend, Kavin set off a spaceship and end up landing on Earth. Earth is an environment they have never been prepared for and it shows.
Mr. Cox adds levity to this story with boys seeing and experiencing rain for the first time. To see lush landscaping and abundant water is rather heady. This is returning to paradise… with the exception of a tentacle monster who wants to chomp down on a human meal. What I enjoyed most about this story is Arie's responses to all the new experience. Mr. Cox does an excellent job of showing how scary and awe-inspiring the things that we take for granted can be. This story is more than just a re-discovery of their home planet. It is a sexual discovery for Arie as he learns he may be more like his father than he thought.
The sexy time is graphic and erotic. Mr. Cox's manlove is usually kinky, rough and dirty - just how I enjoy it. This tale is no exception. The tentative exploration as Arie and Kavin play Adam and Eve in their Garden of Eden starts out sweet and guilty. By the end of the book, it is no holds bar sexy shenanigans. This does lead to an amusing race for their life sans clothing. This spin-off erotic series is recommended for kinky m/m romance readers who like bad boys.

When Arie and Kavin are hanging out on the old spaceship drinking, Mars begins to shake, and with that, the ship gets activated.
The boys go to a place they had only read about. Earth is a wonderland, birds chirping, green everywhere you look, waterfalls, clean air, oh...and let's not forget the scary creature that only comes out at night.
It's an eye opening experience for a future Outlaw who isn't clear about his sexuality, Until he actually gets a taste of what he has been missing. Nudity, new love, hot as Hades sex scenes, best friends, alcohol, and a man eating Octopus...why wouldn't you read this???

Started to read the book and actually found myself enjoying so much I could not set it down till I finshed it. The characters were well written and they came alive. Hope soon there be more books on this series due to there was some unanswered questions about what happened on Mars and what cause the quake and a better understanding of the creatures that was earth.
