5+ PERFECTLY ENTERTAINING STARS

The story starts out with the Hero being hired as a lawyer to protect the interest of a young 18 year old girl who is being held for questioning after the CIA finds out about her computer skills.
One look and they are both hooked. They start a secret love affair (without sex) for about 6 months. At this time they are discovered by her father and the hero freely admits to loving the heroine and wanting to marry her.
THEY EVEN WAIT UNTIL AFTER MARRIAGE TO MAKE LOVE!!!

description

They decide to try for a family right away and look forward to building a life together.
But life it seems has its own plans for this couple.
After 18 months of marriage and no pregnancy this couple is NOT falling apart. In fact it's still going strong. They keep the faith, they love each other and that is all they need. They love and share their lives with each other. He calls her sunshine and is all about making her happy!
"Eden had always been a bright ray of sunshine, energetic, happy, full of life."

description

Also, I love the fact the heroine is NOT a domestic goddess for once. She is a computer genius who will not take the back seat.
When her husband has a problem, she actively looks for a way to help him.
If she can help him, then she does and I LOVED THAT!

description

The whole book was GREAT FOR ME. It was such a mostly BELIEVABLE murder mystery angle as well as sweet sexy smut! It was just a perfect story with a mix of everything I enjoy thrown in. AMAZING!

Worth a read and a reread for me and I would recommend to fan of FD or anyone at all.
It was great!!!

Safety was Number 1 no anything or any triggers. JUST PERFECT!

YAY! Isaac and Eden's Story!!! My wishes were heard, because after Brief me, Baby I could wait to read their story and here it is!

And so much more than I was waiting for, because Eden being an hacker, and that being how they met, I was so NOT expecting, from that glimpse it was given in that book. But this fact added so much to the character and was the very foundation of this delicious novella. Eden portrayed the over energized hacker to a T! And Isaac was her perfect contra balance! And with him, for the first time in her life, her restlessness slowed down, and her wild ways found a more grounded solution.

“I had Isaac, and the high I got from being with him was even better than I felt any time I wormed my way into a dirty corporation’s system.”

Of course that didn't stop her from wanting to fight for justice, and when the disappointment over their failed attempts to get pregnant threatened to sink itself and take over, she decided to direct her attention to equally important matter, helping Isaac defend and prove the innocence of man accused of murdering the love of his life. Obviously the only person that was not happy with this arrangement was Isaac himself, because everything that could represent a risk for Eden's life was a problem on itself. She truly was everything that matter to him...

“You’re the most important person in my world, and I’m not willing to risk your safety for anyone or anything. Understood?”

But even with all the fears, and risks, the true adventure beginning, and for such a short novella, it really satisfies the suspense and mystery craving, but always in with plenty of panty melting sex scenes and incredible chemistry. And Isaac, who at first seemed to be quite the straight laced 'suit', really revealed us his inner caveman and dirty talker, where Eden was concerned! And she was just as sassy! Loved that!

“Do I need to tie you to the bed?”
“If you want me to do as I’m told, maybe you should,”

It really was a great short and steamy read, with some incredible sweet moments that melted our hearts. Insta-love and married couple trope at it's best! In For You, I Will, Fiona Davenport gives us all we are used to from them, and after this delicious treat I can't wait to see what these ladies brings us next! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

“I need you.”
“I’m yours for the taking, Eden. Always have been. And I always will be.”

4.5 high octane stars!!!!!

Murder. FBI. CIA. Illegal overseas accounts. Doctored environmental reports. Intrigued much? How about a sexy, successful, caveman/attorney who not only saved his client from a stint in prison but married her? Ummmm yeah all of that in the first five pages. The story hasn't started yet!

I'm a fan of novellas! Especially if the novella packs a punch like Eden and Isaac's story does! I've questioned how a crime can be committed and solved in a novella. It can be done tastefully and realistically as Fiona proves in this novel!

If you're looking for a super hot, super sexy, suspense- filled, adrenaline kick ass quick read, then you've definitely found it!

4.5 stars!

**Disclaimer: If you're familiar with this dynamic duo, then you know both their Yeah, Baby and Sex & Vows series. This story is a crossover of those two, featuring Isaac and Eden, a couple that was mentioned in Brief Me, Baby. Their story needed to be told.**

Isaac, an attorney and partner of Harvey Croix along with fellow lawyer, Jax (see Brief Me, Baby for his story), is meeting with a potential client. The client asks for help concerning his daughter, Eden. It seems her actions, though heartfelt, have brought her hacking abilities to the FBI's attention. However, they don't want to arrest her, they want to use her. When Isaac first sees Eden he knows she's his and vice versa and while negotiating with the FBI, ensuring Eden isn't taken advantage of, the two become very close, yet take their relationship slowly due to the circumstances and Eden being only eighteen to his thirty-one. Six months later, on Eden's nineteenth birthday, Isaac legally makes her his. Now a year and a half has passed and sadly they've been unable to extend their family as they've dreamed of.

Isaac has recently taken on the case of a man, Mark, accused of murdering his fiancée, Whitney, though Isaac truly believes his client is innocent and knows something is off regarding the case. Eden wants to use her skills to help Isaac and his client, yet Isaac is worried what she may be getting involved in and tries to keep her out of it, a smart move as evidenced by the bomb planted in her car.

Can Isaac keep Eden safe? What happens when Alex and Evie (read Until Death Do We Part for their story) get involved? Will they neutralize the threat against Eden? Is Isaac's client actually innocent? Will Isaac and Eden be able to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt? Who really killed Whitney and why? What work related issue was she worried about? What will the future hold for Isaac and Eden as their family grows?

One-click now and follow along as these two find love at first sight and weather all obstacles thrown their way. I love this duo's work and highly recommend reading anything they write.

Well, they did it again—CIA, FBI, Murder, Hacking, Illegal overseas accounts. Doctored environmental reports- anything of this sound like something you would wanna read? Oh yes when I heard all about this, I was like “Yes please!”. Tell me more. Anything like this in a story, I have got t to get more, read more because when Fiona Davenport writes, its going to be awesome and this is awesome. Take a sexy well to do alpha attorney Issac Harvey saves his client’s youngest daughter Eden, from the FBI clutches and prison and ends up marrying her. And this happens like in the first 5 min of the book. Talk about excitement and the story really isn’t underway yet.
Then the main book plot is about Eden is the perfect wife and trying to be mother and she gives up hacking when her skills are called back into play and when that happens, then her life and hubby’s life is in danger. Eden hates nasty, greedy corporations so she does what she can to help her husband with his newest client to save him and also out this corporation but in doing so, she brings the danger to their door. When this happens, she calls upon some old friends to help them out and to figure who is a killer and what is going on. The suspense and the mystery is a great thing in this book and the passion and alphaness of Issac is awesome- he is soo alpha ,so possessive that it was super funny half the time. Poor Eden, she couldn’t move without him wanting to know about it. I loved Eden, she was sassy and sweet . The supporting cast of characters(Alex & Evie – from book Until Death Do We Part and Jax - Brief Me, Baby) added to the charm of this book and made this one of my favorites. This is one you definitely do not want to miss reading and/or adding to your FD collection.

My rating: 4.6 stars *****

Rochelle and Elle just keep on cranking out the hits and I'm so glad the two of them teamed up to become "Fiona Davenport ". I have read and thoroughly enjoyed all their books very much and I love how they incorporate past characters into current books. When I read Brief Me, Baby I was curious about Isaac and Eden and I was thrilled when I saw they were getting their own book. If you've read Brief Me, Baby then you're familiar with the law offices of Harvey, Croix and the two sexy partners behind it, Jaxon Croix and Isaac Harvey. This book tells briefly about how Isaac met his beautiful, young wife, Eden and what led to them getting married. Isaac and Eden have been married for eighteen months and they couldn't be happier except for them really wanting a baby and it still not happening. Isaac gets a new high profile case, an old friend's little brother is being accused of murdering his girlfriend. Isaac believes the man when he says he's innocent and accepts Eden's offer when she asks to help him uncover info about the company the dead girl worked for. This book is short but it packs a punch with a very exciting story and we get a glimpse of Alex and Evie from Until Death Do We Part.

This would have been an okay read for me if some parts had me going "Wtf happened?"

So Eden and Isaac met because Eden did some hacking and her father ask Isaac to help his daughter.. cool cool love a hacker (Felicity smoak is my queen!!)  But it went from a fast meeting to the next chapter we dating to we skip 6 months and we married.. 😑 i wanted details of their relationship.. some moments..

Lets talk about Eden she was okay for abit then when she wanted to work a case with Isaac she bug me with her whiney let me be on the case & whenever her husband tried to bench her. First times Isaac said no he gave in cuz shes so cute he couldn't say no!! Then when they found out she was prego you would think he would shut it down so his wife and child would be safe against whatever danger.. nope.. she would whine and pout and he would let her have her way.. for a alpha he was whippedddd!! I just couldn't handle that much whiney..

No ow/om drama, no cheating, dramaish, sexy times, secondary charas. Celeabit guy and Virgin gal

Recommend- maybe

Oh, this was a fun story. 18 year old hacker meets older "caveman" lawyer.

I loved that Fiona Davenport kept with the insta-love theme, but with this one we got a who-done-it messy case they were involved in....and I loved it. This was a fun story for me because you got a steamy relationship with a side of mystery/suspense. We also got to see some characters from some of their other books, which I also loved and appreciated. These 2 were just a lot of fun and he was always picking her up and sitting her on his lap....loved it. They were trying to get pregnant and you got her emotions from that. We also get to see them in the future, which I always enjoy.

This book was a little different than her previous books but I enjoyed the changes. If you are looking for a fun insta-love story, caveman style with a side of mystery/suspense....this book is for you. A fun surprise.

3.75-4 stars. A short, sweet, sexy and suspenseful read about a married couple, Eden and Isaac. Eden is a former hacker and Isaac is a lawyer. When they are having trouble conceiving, Isaac tries to keep Eden's mind off of it, so he agrees to let her help him with one of his cases by hacking. But someone is out to get them and they have to make it through the situation and come out stronger in the end. Eden and Isaac were super sweet and sexy together. I always enjoy Fiona Davenport books, but I'm find I especially love her romantic suspense reads. They are a great blend of sexy and suspenseful. I just wish they were longer!

What a great quick read!

I absolutely the alpha-ness of Fiona's heroes! I also love that their ladies don't exactly take their alpha-ness lying down LOL Eden was a little on the sassy side with Issac, and while he was being bossy, she got her way (with conditions LOL). There was a mystery/some suspense in here that was done really well. It was great that Eden was the one who figured it all out.

As always, I love reading Fiona Davenport's stuff and I can't wait for the next one!

The story is sexy and sinful with a touch of sweet.

Isaac is older than Eden and helps her stay out of jail. this is how they meet and the attraction is overwhelming. As Isaac is trying to fight his feelings, Eden is trying to get him to submit to them. Over time, he does and they give us quite the romance. Even with the threat of losing it all Isaac still gives in and he is rewarded with love, support and a partner in life.

Eden is vivacious and quite the risk taker. Over time she learns to quench some of her risks-well the ones that involve her hacker tendencies. That gets used for good. Her risk with Isaac was a gamble that paid off in spades. We have two people who respect each other and support one another. Who are partners in all aspects of the word and who against the odds are together and madly in love.

In this story, Isaac has taken on a client where the story of his guilt doesn’t add up and he must uncover the truth. Only he needs Eden to help with this. His overprotectiveness comes into play as well. For he fears that she will step in places no one wants her. As she uncovers the dark secrets behind the murder and trying to get Isaac’s clients innocence proven, the danger is palpable. We see these two beat the clock and find a way to win against all odds once again.

The story is fast paced, the mystery has twists not expected and the romance is steamy and alluring.

Isaac Harvey never realized he could fall so hard for a woman, until he met his newest client Eden. He'll make sure to represent her to the best of his abilities, but once the case is over she will be his.

Eden was so smart she was bored. Hacking turned out to be what kept her busy, but also got her in trouble. When she meets Isaac Harvey she'll never know boredom again. She'll give up her hacking ways to be a wife and soon a mother.

But a year after they are married Isaac takes a case that has resulted in many people's murder and the framing of an innocent man. It goes against every caveman instinct for Isaac to let Eden help, especially when danger is sure to follow, but he knows she is the only one who can help him prove his clients innocence.

Like Fiona Davenport is known for this book is super sweet with an OTT alpha male who will do whatever necessary to protect his woman.

It's really wired to hear one's praise from her own mouth.I was good too. Damn good. There weren't any systems I couldn't hack into. Lol
I can't like the h. Maybe she is not pathetic but she sure is silly. 😤😤 And the H.. nops 😕

For you, I Will, Book 2 of the Sex and Vows mini-series, was about 31-year-old Isaac Harvey, an attorney, and 18-year-old Eden Kent, a college student and genius hacker.
When Eden got in trouble with the FBI for hacking into corrupt companies, extracting money from them, and transferring those funds to local charities, her father hired Isaac to handle her case. After one look at Eden, Isaac knew she was his. They were married a few months later, on her 19th birthday. Both were hoping she'd gotten pregnant on their wedding night. 18 months later, there was still no baby.
After not getting pregnant as fast as she'd hoped, Eden started getting antsy for something to do. So when she heard that her husband had taken on a client accused of murder, she decided to do a bit of snooping/hacking.
I know there were a lot of four-and five-star rated reviews, but I struggled a bit with this story. I kept wandering away because it just didn't hold my attention all that well. Not only was it a bit boring and full of fluff, but the FMC was arrogant flighty, and too eager to get into trouble. When she told her hubby she was going to help him on his case by using her hacking abilities, he said no. She didn't listen and recklessly plowed further into the case. When she started finding things, Isaac told her she was off the case, but again she refused to listen.
When Eden went too far and started involving too many agencies in the investigation, as well as endangering herself and her newly discovered pregnancy, Isaac all but blew his top. He decided to take her home and told his partner he was taking a couple of days off. After putting her in his car, she asked him to grab her bag from her car, only for it to explode before he could. At this point, the two main characters from Book 1 (Alex and Evie) entered the picture and made things more interesting.
The angst and drama were a bit off for this story, and even the spicy scenes were a touch on the tacky side. I mean, at one point the MMC was trying to hold on to his control but, in his thoughts, he mentioned that she "started riding me like I was a f-king mechanical bull". Now that's spicy, right? No, not really.
The way this story progressed, it felt like it left out quite a lot in the middle. It went from zero to sixty PDQ, only to have the brakes slammed after going only a couple of feet. The conflict started and then everything was abruptly resolved, leaving the reader wondering WTF just happened.
While the MMC was well-developed and mature, I couldn't say the same for the FMC. Sure she was younger, a teenager when the book started, but even at 20 and pregnant, she acted more like a kid throwing a tantrum for not getting their way than she did an adult. She was quite irritating. Because of her, I couldn't give this more than a one-star rating.

Whoa. WHOA.

Don't mistake my "whoa" for the good kind of "whoa". You know...the "Holy Squash, that was the best butter-chuckin' book I've ever read" whoa. Because honestly...it was really more of a "What the hell did I just read?" whoa.

To be honest, the writing was good. I had no problem with the author's writing style whatsoever. In fact, I was rather optimistic about it. What really made me set this down (before the second chapter) was the pace of the book.

Like...WTF?

Now don't get me wrong, I've read a lot of novels where the same exact thing happened and I ended up loving up...but that's because I witnessed their chemistry and read and lived it all with them before they did their vows (even if it was only for approx. 5 pages).

In this story, I didn't get that.
Bitch, I would've loved to see how their first couple months of courtship went, what with it being a forbidden romance and shit.

Regardless of that, I feel like I might've enjoyed the rest of the story if I continued reading, but I really just couldn't. It was too fast, and the insta-love was on a whole other level. I respect the fact that the author had a different story-line in thought and that other readers thoroughly enjoyed it, but I did not.

Isaac was hired to get Eden out of trouble with the FBI for hacking. Her father is not happy about them having a relationship. They get married anyway and immediately start trying for a baby. But more than a year passes and no positive tests. Now, Isaac is working on a dangerous case that could use her hacking skills, but there's no way he would let her. If he knew. He thinks he can keep her away from the case, but she's stubborn and wants to help. She's also keeping a very important secret from him so she can work on the case.

Not only this book is amazing but is better than that. Okay maybe i’m being too much lol

The HEROINE is very smart girl, she can do hacking like i want that in me to do. The HEROINE is a virgin and she’s very beautiful too.

the HERO is very protective possessive alpha male to the heroine since he first saw her. This story got that FIRST LOVE SIGHT WHEN THE HERO KNOWS THAT SHE’S THE ONE FOR HIM so i like that very much!

Have a mysterious action story in it about their jobs and criminals so i liked it.

NO OTHER WOMAN/MAN involved
NO CHEATING OF COURSE
NO VIOLENCE
