Tiny en haar vriendjes spelen cowboy en indiaantje. Poeffie is ook buiten en heeft zijn riem nog niet om. Ineens zijn er katten die ruzie maken en Poeffie gaat er achteraan. Algauw is hij uit het zicht. Tiny, Jan en nog een vriendje gaan door de hele stad op zoek naar Poeffie.

Anita looses Pantufa in the middle of the city, with lot's of people going by and a confusion of streets and corners... All day long, together with her brother and friends, she searches for Pantufa...finally gives up and arrives home quite sad. But there is a knock at the door: the night watcher found Pantufa away from home and fed him, bringing him home! How lucky for all!

Um livro bom para crianças. Frases curtas, uma história linear e fácil de seguir e imagens para melhor compreender a história. A Anita (sim, nome português, antes de voltarem ao original Martine) foi uma das minhas companheiras enquanto criança.

Neste volume, tal como o título indica, Anita perde o Pantufa na cidade e a aventura passa-se em ambiente urbano. Claro que no fim, tudo termina bem.
