Another enjoyable entry in this series. Largely scene-setting with the overarching plot advanced very little.

A diverting read of palace intrigue and personal melodrama based in ancient Egypt during the Hyksos invasion.

A great story in one of the very best series I have ever read. Good historical and biblical research and a feeling for the times make all of this series exceptional. Bravo!

Another excellent entry in the Children Of The Lion series. These books are hard to put down and I am always eagerly looking forward to the next one in the series.

Originally read in 1985 and re-read in 1995.

I am enjoying this entire series. Volume 5 was a little disappointing.
I can't wait to find out how Joseph in Egypt handles things.
This IS fiction, but it makes Bible characters and the time they lived in, very clear.

The 4th book in the series "The Children Of The Lion". This is the best of this series to this point. Exciting, full of intrigue and bold adventure.
