While I appreciate the author's attempts at organizing a large number of helpful habits that could certainly help one's life in more than one way, it didn't feel like the book even came close to delivering what it promised. The '50' habits are only stated as a list with each followed by a short description no longer than a single sentence.
Кратко четиво, което дава някои наистина добри идеи. Определено има върху какво са се замисли човек. Докато четях ми хрумнаха някои неща, които не бяха включени в книгата и точно това я направи интересна и полезна.
Review Time! Hello bibliophiles! Hope you are doing great. So I recently came across this book and the title of the cover seemed appealing as children of this rush era, we opt for stuffs that assure us, less time and more result. And here too the same thing happened with me (50 positive habits, cool!)

Ratings : 3/5🌟
Highlighting the pros and cons I felt regarding this particular non fiction book. 📖 Pros : 1. Has a "question answer approach " format, so summarises the major points regarding each habit(why, what and how?)
2. Doesn't provide "rocket science habits" but just a revision work kinda. That is, stuffs mentioned here, most of them are already known to us, and it's just a kind of reminder in the form of a book, so you can incorporate them easily, if you remember them.
3. Language is very easy and beginner friendly so no issues regarding that.
Cons:
1. Many of the habits felt repeated. Things which could be summarised under one habit, is divided into several others.
2. Too many habits. The author poured down everything he could in one book. Concise but involves too much information and that too sometimes repeated.
So yah, my main problem was with the repeatition and also the habits though seem on point but cummulation of all feels excessive information and clumsiness.
This book is presented in two parts: one about his personal life, the other less long about positivity at work... it's a succinct, very pragmatic book where the questions are always the same: how I was and felt before, what I've changed and what impact it's had on my life. We could blame the author by using formulas that we already know from the famous book The miracle morning...or that it is not viable to get up an hour earlier without having an impact on your health. There is a very good book on the subject that is very scientific and well supported and that can contribute to what I am saying. For work, we are in a multitasking of similar tasks so it works but in reality, the agendas framed the day before and this way of proceeding does not work at all! So to conclude I will say that this book is written by yet another author out of reality but nevertheless I loved his book because while reading it, I still found what was not working in my organization with the same advice applied differently. So I have more hope of finding a solution and this book has taken the knots out of my head. So it's purely subjective feedback. Try it, it's a quick read and maybe it will do the same for you 🙃😊
Hah, I totally forgot I read this book when I downloaded a random popular 'book' to test my new e-reader. God, this was really the worst self help I've ever read. Too little explanation of why/how these habits work, constant over-exaggeration ('OHMYGURD THIS CHANGED MA LAIF'), and really just stupid suggestions like; notice how negative your thoughts are and then just think positive thoughts because that's waaaay better and IT'S CHANGED MA LAIF!!!! Ok, not all ideas he presents are bullshit and he did have some recommendations that psychology studies have actually confirmed work, but of course he doesn't cite sources and he does a bad job explaining why things work. I mean, he sure meant well and I'm glad that he's a happy man but damnnnn, this book. Well, I just hope other people who read this might have picked up some good ideas from it :)
A list of habits that will make your life more positive, however, they are repetitive and shallow. They are all in the same format: How will this help, how to apply, how often should I practice, life without this change, life with this change... However, it still might be beneficial to scan through the habits and try to implement some in your life.
I think more than anything it was the format of this book that made everything seem to be overstated and redundant. The premise is good, but it didn't really come through.
Nice reading...a lot of repetition in the content and the structure of the content wasn’t successful from my preceptive. The book is small ~70 pages but could be summarized in an article... I liked refreshing my thoughts with the content. Recommended reading for afternoon break☺️
I really appreciated the concise, no-nonsense approach of this book. Sure, not every point landed with equal weight, but the ones that did are genuinely important—the kind you'll want to come back to. Thanks to the author for making this so easy to read and absorb.
Very short easy read but filled with broad and generic tips. They never really provide much detail into the advice and sometimes seem to contradict their own advice. It also felt very repetitive.
an easy, quick read. i recommend it more as a list of ideas to explore and get into your life, than as an how-to book. simple and fast, but with much more conversation than it needed
As 2 star stated, it was ok. Some of the points are repeated along the pages. You can skim through it anyway, it includes some helpful tips that we may have forgotten..
A total crap book. Please avoid if you want to be positive. Trust me you won't learn anything new by reading this book. Made up of crap ideas and habits.
Yeah it is good books...but there are good books available better than this...a good book to read really u can take a chance..very short and crisp content..
I liked the authors layout of the book. However, it was very repetitive and much of the same. Some of the information, such as how life is with and without it, was unnecessary for some of the points.
