In this busy world we all need to find the odd moment to destress, look after ourselves, chill out. But often it`s hard to do so without some gentle cajoling, a little advice from a friendly pal, some encouraging and sage words on how to unwind and take your mind off the stresses and strains of modern living. Which is where Shaun the sheep, best friend of Wallace and Gromit, comes in. Many people don`t realize that Shaun is fully trained in the art of mysticism, Zen, chakras and common sense, but here for the very first time he reveals the secrets of his happy-go-lucky nature. This book is full of Shaun`s gems for mental, spiritual and physical wellness. He is the kind, loving soul that we all need in our lives and his advice is not to be sniffed at. So if you are feeling tense and weary, or even just a bit down in the dumps, trust Shaun to show you how to take time out and find your inner peace. Its easy when you know how.

the ideal tie in because looking at shaun does automatically make me feel much better. given shaun's now longrunning independence exceeding wallace and grallace in terms of screen time it's amusing to see something from back here when there's so little actual material of shaun to work with

I don't follow Wallace & Gromit, so this book would mean more if I did, I'm sure. Still, it's an interesting mix of silliness and "Uh, the sheep's probably right about that advice!"

Pocket sized book of gentle Aardman humour with a sprinkling of actual wisdom thrown in... But is it worth the death of a tree?
