Wow. This is my favorite of the series. It was so good... It was just WOW. *Spoiler* when Lucky died I literally was just like... I can't even explain. I love how the end Alex explained everything. I'm pretty sad she left though. *Spoiler over* It was really descriptive an it had so many turns and things I totally didn't expect. I REALLY recommend it.
This is an explosive and explosive and emotional part of the story. Steve, his crew and the villagers are up against their Nemesis Gavin, in the battle for their lives.
An epic tale with some truly heart wrenching moments. No spoilers, but have the tissues at the ready. X
Engaging storytelling for a young Minecraft enthusiast audience.
Overall I've enjoyed reading these books to my 7 year old son at bedtime. It seems like the author's writing skills are developing as the series goes on, and that's fun to watch. I'm not sure if there's an ultimate story arc that will reach a conclusion, but it seems possible enough to keep me reading. One small criticism, I would skip the phrase "butt hurt" if I were you. It seemed out of place stylistically, and furthermore although I grew up using this phrase freely, it's one I'm trying to teach my child is taboo due to the implied allusion to sexual assault, even if that wasn't at all what you had in mind when writing it. It just sounds bad in a 2020's modern context. You could easily just remove the word butt and it would be more stylistically coherent and not walk that line where it could be interpreted very negatively.
I love this series. It doesn't get any better. I love the way you attract me into the book and just make me want to carry on reading. Keep up the awesome work cube kid
Why do they have to yell out what attack they're using, it is so pointless. I can understand magical or special attacks but the only thing that will happen if you yell out what attack you're using is, let the enemy know what you're going to do.
