I appreciate that this book provides clues on the "knock knock" pages to help have kids guess which animal is next instead of JUST being potty focused. Every little extra bit helps. This book also encourages a lot of polite behavior other potty books miss. Definitely better for a kid who is already mostly potty trained.

Mama got some potty training books from the library to share with a friend, so we read through some of them this morning. This one had different animals doing different things in the bathroom - like wiping, washing hands, flushing, etc, to help younger kids learn what they need to do.

Really like this book. I can make it interactive by having my daughter"knock knock" on the page and it covers a bunch of good rules. No, she doesn't understand them yet but she can identify animals and see them on a toilet. It's got a lot going for itself with younger and older crowds.

Ideas/tips are good... I think the order of ideas could have been changed to more closely resemble the sequence of going to the bathroom...

Great for parents who are potty training, with potty mannerisms. Also a great way to talk about animals.

String illustrations also, highly enjoyable. Written in a “Knock Knock” joke style
