I liked it

I thought the author did a nice job on this book, even though I guessed at the big "mystery" almost immediately. It was a different storyline than the usual billionaire romances, which I appreciated. It was well-written, too, which I also appreciate.

Average. A lot lighter than the synopsis would have you believe. A heavy dose of instalove. Minimal angst despite the potentially very emotional situation. A painfully obvious plot twist. Oh, and a proposal after... four or so months of dating. Because that isn't rash or idiotic at all, is it?

I finally got my hands on Christian Pierce's book :D

The H is, of course, Christian Pierce and our h is Quinn Campbell.

Quinn Campbell has left her cheating ex-fiancé in Colorado and moved to New York to start over while staying with her friend, Carolyn. When she arrives in New York to it pouring rain she decides to take a cab. Sadly the car driver is a creep and she decides to walk the rest of the way. Her suitcase gets stuck in the road and hit by a car. A handsome man comes to her aid and helps her collect her stuff. When she gets to Carolyn's and tells her his name, lo and behold, its Christian Pierce. The Christian Pierce.

Christian Pierce is the partying playboy and billionaire. He has a 3 date rule with all women and there is no exception to the rule. Christian has a secret that he has been carrying around for 10 years and he is afraid to let anyone close for fear of them finding out. When Christian sees an attractive woman's suitcase get hit by a car, he comes to help. He ends up having a hard time getting Quinn out of his mind. While going to the Purple Swan with a new date one night, Carolyn shows up a brings a friend... Quinn.

Christian and Quinn have an instant attraction and while Christian could have had a 3 date with her, fate conspires against them. Quinn has been hired by Pierce Industries. The owner is grooming his son to take over for him and needs someone to manage his reputation. Christian Pierce is now Quinn's one and only client.

This book, like the ones before, had me completely sucked into the story. Christian, I had been waiting on his story and it didn't disappoint. While my heart broke for him and what he had gone through, I was pulling for him the whole time. Quinn, I had a love/hate relationship with her. She was good with Christian in the beginning, She noticed the times he let his guard down. My issue was when Christian's secret came out and instantly she thought the worst of him. I definitely didn't love her. I felt like Christian was the one giving to make things work. While loving or hating the h, I still really enjoyed this addition to this series. Now I'm hoping for a book for Carolyn.

Quinn is having the ultimate crappy day. She arrives in New York and it's pouring down rain--she has no umbrella and is getting wet. In her first NY cab, she gets a cabbie that would rather flirt with her than pay attention to driving--she ditches him in favor of walking. While tugging her incredibly heavy suitcase down the street in the rain, one of the wheels gets stuck--the street light turns green and her luggage gets ran over. Welcome to New York, right?

Handsome billionaire Christian Pierce to the rescue! Eyeing a woman in trouble and not a single person attempting to help her, he gets his driver to pull over so that he can help. To his surprise, the drenched woman is able to laugh her troubles off as they dodge traffic to collect the remainder of her belongings. They exchange names and glances heated with lust, but they each walk away....and not without regrets.

Fate has a funny way of doing things to people. Turns out they meet again because Christian is friends with Quinn's roommate. After sharing some drinks and conversation while out with a group, there is no question that they have a palpable chemistry between them. Quinn has come to New York to start a new job as a PR specialist, and as it turns out, her new client is none other than Christian. After meeting for the third time, Christian no longer holds back and goes after what he wants, and what he wants is Quinn.

Quinn has left her old life in Colorado behind for a fresh start in New York. She makes it clear she can't tolerate liars after what her ex-fiance and former best friend did to her, but Christian has a huge secret that he's not sure she'll be able to handle. He's not even sure he'll ever be able to reveal it, and if he doesn't, that would make him the biggest liar in Quinn's eyes. He's never felt this way, but what is he going to do?

Lots of secrets in this book mixed in with the hot and steam sex scenes that Quinn and Christian share! I saw other reviews where they give too much away, so I'm glad I didn't read them prior to reading this book. If you like billionaire alpha playboys and smart woman that don't put up with any crap, then you will enjoy this read.

Wow! What a story! Ms. Wilde has definitely taken this tale to the edge and back, as we get to know Quinn and Christian. After discovering her fiance's dirty little secret, that he had been cheating on her with no other than her best friend, or should we say, former best friend, she kicks him out, packs up her house, puts it on the market, and transfers out of her Colorado city to try her luck in the Big Apple. But, it would seem that luck just isn't running in her favour, as New York City isn't giving her a warm welcome. From the sleazy cab driver to having her luggage run over while trying to cross the street in the middle of the rain, it would seem her life just isn't ready to have some good in it quite yet. Until, that is, the most gorgeous man she has ever laid her eyes on stops to help her retrieve her belongings that have been thrown all over the road by the hit and run. As soon as Chris seen the woman in the middle of the street, trying to cross it in the rain, dragging a huge suitcase behind her, and almost being run over, he knew his life was about to change. Fate seems to be smiling down on this pair, but will it last? Chris has a huge secret he's been keeping stashed away for many years. What will happen when Quinn discovers the truth?
This book is so full of excitement, hot, sexy love scenes, and many emotional roller coasters, that once you start reading, you are sure to find it extremely difficult to put it down. The two main characters are captivating in many ways, and are sure to have your heart swelling with both of their pain and their instant attraction to each other, as well as the love that develops quickly and with a strength that will leave you without any doubt that they are meant to be together. A unique plot that is easy to follow, and that will have you falling in love all over again. Definitely a wonderful read you won't want to miss and are sure to recommend to all of your friends.

This is my first book by this author and I am wondering where the heck have I been that I did not know about Amelia Wilde. I'm glad to have stumbled across her. She gave so much life to the story and her characters that I felt like I was there watching it happen. That's when you know you have found a good book. It was exciting, intriguing and kept you on the edge of your seat.
Quinn decides to leave her life in Colorado and transfer with her job to New York. So she puts everything she can in a suit case and leaves. When she gets there she gets in a cab with a creep and demands that he lets her out. So she realizes she will have to walk to her apartment in the pouring rain. When she gets to an intersection the wheel on her case gets stuck and before she can get it loose some idiot not paying attention barrels thru in a suv and hither case and the contents go flying everywhere. Chris sees this happens and jumps out in the rain with a tuxedo on and helps her collect her clothes. He offers her a ride but she declines telling him she is only a block away. The moment they both look at each other they realize there is a powerful spark running between them. Quinn and Charlotte end up at a club where Chris is with a date but he ignores her and gives all his attention to Quinn. Chris has a three date rule but will consider breaking it for Quinn. He realizes there is something missing in his life but not sure what it is.
Chris has secrets that he does not want anyone to find out. He has kept it for over ten years and is thinking about breaking his three date rule for Quinn. She makes him see the world differently and that scares him. He is not sure once she learns his secret she will be able to get past it to see the real him.

I received this for a honest review. I love reading a book where I think I have figured out the plot and then BOOM!!! the author throws me for a loop and I find out I was wrong. That the way it was with this story. Yip I thought I had something figured out to find out how wrong I was.

Quinn was leaving her old life behind. The one thing you will love about Quinn is she is a fighter. She will look at trouble and laugh at it in the face. Now here she was in a new city and the city was giving her a crapy welcome. But through all of this she was to meet this amazing man by the name of Christian.

Christian has a dark secret. One he has lived with so long. This secret is eating him up inside. He feels he can not have a real relationship. His normal rate at keeping a woman around is 3 days and then he tosses them to the curb. When he sees this girl in the rain battling with a suit case there was just something about her. He loved her spirit.

Christian and Quinn hit it off. Problem is Christian is Quinn’s client and if she does not keep it professional then she could loose her job. Yip, you guessed it things get hot and heavy. Christian is falling for her hard and knows if he wants any kind of future he is going to have come clean. Will the dark secret destroy everything that these two love birds have built.

This story is about grief, love, hurt betrayal, forgiveness, and it shows how much a father will do for the love of his son. There are some steamy parts and some pretty touching parts as well. So glad I got the chance to read the book.

This is a fascinating and interesting book with a surprising twist in it and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, The story covers Quinn Campbell arriving in the pouring rain, catching a cab with a lunatic for a driver, gets out and starts walking pulling her suitcase, in the middle of the road her suitcase gets stuck and a SUV comes along and hits her suitcase, a stranger (Christian Pierce) wants to help her but it is a case of thanks but no thanks and off she goes. I do not want to spoil the story with more information. What you will find in this story is drama, suspense, intrigue, a surprising twist in the story, a young woman, a very interested man who is a playboy, Quinn staying with a friend (Carolyn), a promotion, celebrate, father hiring PA firm, Quinn Public Relations, secrets/deception, intimacy, his home, a journal, breakup, press conference, telling the truth, going to father, father always knew, police charges, charges dropped, Quinn new position, press conference, cleared of all charges, a proposal, acceptance, emotional feeling, love and there is erotic scenes in the story. The story-line and plot of the story is well thought out and written, the pace is steady and not rushed. The characters have personality with emotional feelings of fears, needs and desires. I would recommend this book to fans that like to read a well written bad boy billionaire romance with a happy ending.

Quinn is in New York City for a fresh start, finding out her fiancé and best friend had been cheating for a year she leaves behind Colorado and all that drama behind. Her first moments in New York don't start that great. First it's raining, she is waiting in line for a cab, than said cabbie is creepy so she ends up walking, then her suitcase wheel gets stuck and hit by an SUV. When a stranger helps her out little does she realize just how much he is going to mean to her life. Christian Pierce has it all the looks, money, top spot with his father's company and women falling over themselves to be with him, but he also has a secret that could destroy him(or so he thinks). When he stops to help the girl whose suitcase got hit by a SUV he is taken by her. When they part both think they will never see each other again, but a common friend and a new job for her changes all that. As the two get closer Christian finds it harder to keep things to himself, but before he can tell her she finds out herself and runs. Now Christian has to own up to everything in order to maybe have a shot with her. I loved this book and was glad to learn more about Christian from his appearances in Dirty Rich. Christian is a billionaire with a three date and you're out rule. Quinn has just arrived in New York intent upon making a new life for herself after being betrayed by her ex and her best friend. Christian and Quinn both feel that special spark in the brief moment they meet. Things get complicated when they find out they will be working together. Quinn knows she can't get involved with a client but when Christian commands her "Come to me. Right now," who can blame her for going??? That was pretty hot! Before long they are happily head over heels until Christian's deep dark secret comes to light. At this point, Quinn kind of ticked me off, but all's well that ends well!

The characters in all of the books are connected in some way in varying degrees. Christian is a minor player in the Dirty Rich and Dirty Royal books and it was great getting to know him. Quinn is strong and bold and I really liked her also. Practically from the beginning I knew what Christian's secret was but I didn't care because I loved this story. This is my fourth book by Amelia Wilde and I really like the way this lady writes! I can't wait to see who's story she tells next.

Dirty Rogue is the perfectly written love story of Christian Pierce .
Christian , gorgeous ,sexy , partying playboy and billionaire's son is hiding a secret for almost ten years when he meets the beautiful stunning Quinn, who got hurt in the past by her cheating ex-fiancé and now has transfered her work area to NY to forget all about her ex .Both , Chris & Quinn are lovable characters with an undeniable hot chemistry , , so at the end they"ll try to make their future work together .But can this be possible with the havy secret Chris is hiding from everyone all these years .
What can I say more about this outstanding and awesome story without giving too much spoilers away ?? ? From the beginning I was so captivated, addicted and enthralled that I couldn 't devour it fast enough .
It was an absolute pleasure devouring this breathtaking adventure that I couldn 't put down , with addicting dynamic characters and a storyline that left me breathless .
So if you're looking for something to loose yourself completely in ...this one is definitely worth reading .

Amelia Wilde's books just get better and better. I love Bad Boy books and am not picky as to if it is billionaires, mafia, motorcycle clubs, or even if they are paranormal. It is a very good book and one you do not want to miss. Plus the mystery of Christian's secret just keeps you guessing and wondering what is actually going on. One I think most anybody would enjoy to read. I mean who wouldn’t like to meet a billionaire and have him break his own rules for her? Especially if he is as irresistible as Christian Pierce. Christian Pierce is a billionaire bad boy with a reputation for using a girl for three nights and then it was over, end of discussion and there are no exceptions to is rule! Well that is until Quinn Campbell walked into his life. She is a PR pro who has been put in charge of working over his reputation. But instead, she knocks Christian off his game. All it took was just one kiss for him to want to forget the 3-night rule. Will they be able to work out their problems after his secret comes out? Or will it all end and Quinn loses her job. A book you do not want to miss.

Quinn is starting a new life, fed up with cheats and liars. Christian, one rash moment and decision changed the course of his life. All I could think while reading was how desperately unhappy Christian must be, as well as lonely. He had friends, his father but none of them knew him. Until Quinn he just carried on, even though it was all weighing him down.
This story was intense and the undercurrent of mystery keeps that flowing throughout, no violence or mad stalkers to interrupt the feelings and relationship developing between the characters. Although with strange things going on in one aspect of Quinn's old life, I did almost expect something to crop up.
Well written, the story is consistent, interesting and with a bit of intrigue. The characters reach out and grab you, keeping you reading as you feel you need them to get their HEA, that they have both earned it somehow. This is the second book in this series and definitely as good as the first.

How does the song go "Walking in the rain with the one I love" Well something similar happens to PR lady Quinn Campbell. Torrential rain, no coat, heavy suitcase which has just been trashed and then him.....those eyes, coming to help... Christian Pierce. Although they are just strangers at this point. Not knowing how their lives will be coming together in a dramatic way. Christian has secrets, in fact one big secret which no one knows about. Then Quinn comes to work for him...fate eh. The chemistry is off the charts for both of them. A hot sexy story that builds and builds like a powder keg waiting to go off. Christian has the powder and unknowingly, Quinn has the flame. A secret revealed with explosive consequences. At certain points it made me tear up, so heartbreaking but knew there had to be peace of mind, body and soul at some point. A very good, sexy emotional story. Loved it.

They say you never get two the same but what if you did and what if two became one then that one went on to fool those around them well in Dirty Rogue you find out. The main characters are Christian the manwhore and Quinn who works in public relations, it's the company she works for that's brought in to help improve Christian's image they had met briefly before and the chemistry was sizzling then now they have to work together and that's when the sparks fly there's secrets, lies and plenty of bumps in the road but it all works out in the end. This was my first book by this author but it won't be my last I loved her style of writing it's 5 out of 5 from me.

This is an interesting and fascinating storyline. Christian is the bad boy, sexy, playboy, who has strict dating rules. Quinn is just looking for a fresh start after a breakup. These two have hot and sizzling chemistry. When Quinn, who is in public relations, ends up with Christian as her client in order to try and improve his image, things get interesting. Will their relationship stand up to be pressure of secrets being revealed?
You really need to read this for yourself to find out! Amelia has written a wonderful storyline, and I was enthralled from the very beginning. I highly recommend this authors work, and look forward to reading whatever she bring to us next.

Dirty Rogue is Christian's story, a character we met in rhe first two Dirty books. He's a womanizing playboy, but we very soon find out that he's hiding a terrible secret. He's managed to keep it under wraps for ten years, but as soon as he meets Quinn, he feels that she will be his undoing and he can't stay away from her. Quinn is just coming out of a broken engagement after discovering that her fiancé cheated on her, so of course she hates liars… which is exactly what Christian is! But is their love strong enough to overcome what he has been so desperate to hide until Christian met Quinn and realized he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her? I was so tempted to read ahead so I could find out his secret, but I'm so glad that I didn't!

Christian is a playboy that has been hiding a secret, a secret that has been haunting him for 10 yrs. Quinn moved to NY to get away from her cheating ex and on her first night she meet Christian and it was instant attraction. You can probably figure out what Christian's secret is but the struggle he was going thru made me want to see how the story played out. I enjoyed reading Christian's & Quinn's story and can't wait to read another story by Amelia

Dirty Rogue is so far my favorite out of the Bad Boy Billionaires.
Christian Pierce is a 3 dates and done kind of guy until he meets Quinn Campbell. They have an instant connection. Christian's father contacts a PR company to fix Christian's image and it just so happens that Quinn is the girl to get it done.
However there is a really big secret that Christian is keeping that could bring everything crumbling down around him.
Dirty Rogue is a fast and enjoyable read.

Christian bumps into Quinn when her suitcase has a disaster on route to her new apartment the chemistry is electric leaving him wanting more. They meet again as his dad insists on pr work been done on him. There is so much more Christian that Quinn doesn't know. Read now to find out his secret.

Dirty Rogue was just absolutely excellent, I could not put it down. Christian is just the perfect mix of bad boy, mystery, and dark past. Quinn is strong and determined, with a little baggage herself. Fate forces them together and things unfold from there. My heart broke with Christian and Quinn, I cried for happy and sad reasons, and the ending was worth it all. I cannot wait for the extended epilogue coming out soon!! I highly recommend this book. 1.5 stars - story has quite a twist, was a bit confused at first actually because was reading the prologue from Elijah pov and suddenly it change to Christian. the connection between the couple is not very strong and the relationship seems to progress too fast making it unrealistic therefore the rating. not sure what the author focuses on, like there isn't much character development or much interaction between characters with friends or surroundings making the characters seem like they doesn't have much of a life making the story a bit on the boring side as well.

Christian has lived a lie for over a decade. He would have taken this secret with him to his grave, if he hadn't met Quinn. Quinn has left a lying, cheating ex back in Denver. She is starting a new life, on her terms in NYC. She will not tolerate any lies in future relationships. Then she meets Chris. What an explosive relationship this will turn out to be. Can their love survive the secrets and lies? Read to find out. I liked this ebook because the plot was different even though more details could have been injected in the story.

4.5 stars. We met party loving Christian in Dirty Rich but boy is there a lot more to this good time playboy. Quinn is just out of a bad relationship and is starting a new job in NYC, we see her fiesty side from the get go and you can't blame Christian from being drawn to her. Fate steps in and they put together in a professional capacity where their blossoming relationship needs to be kept under wraps. Great story with a good twist for good measure with characters you really root for. Recommended read.

Wow what and amazing story. For ten years Christian has been carrying the burden of his twin bother being killed my a drug overdose. He falls in love with Quinn as Christian and she finds out he is not Christian but his twin brother Elijah. Quinn fills betrayal however he makes an press announcement to the world and wins her back. His reason for doing all this was for his father. Elijah was is favorite. However, his father all ready new. So he is released from all charges for identity theft and holds a press conference. He proposes to Quinn on national television and she accepted.

This Billionaire Bad Boy tale is so cleverly written that it hides from the reader an important mysterious secret from the get go. It provides the reader the opportunity to see if they can solve the puzzle before the big reveal. Excellent love story for Christian & Quinn. Mesmerizing and impossible to set the book aside. Explosive Love Affair!

Wow, Christian (Eli) & Quinn; the whirlwind affair was simply dizzying! I'm still catching my breath: I had to read it a second time to be sure. I may even come back for thirds The ten-year secret finally breaks & I think I'm gonna die! But so does Quinn. Excellent writing. Simply excellent!
