I really enjoyed the resources in the second half of this book, but I found her pontificating about the spiritual herbalism of other cultures a bit problematic.

Another must-own herbal book with Chinese medicinal and cooking blends (rose & lavender curry!) Perfect to pai with Wild & Weedy.
