Thank you to audible stories for allowing us to stream for free during the pandemic.
I had to give up on this book because it's a free stream from audible, but does not include the PDF work that would go with it. I think if you had the workbook this would be an excellent resource. But without the workbook or a way to practice I realized quickly that I wasn't going to really obtain much use out of it. I liked the ideas but without being able to see some of the things she was describing or wanting you to practice it made it too difficult to keep reading. it's too bad, this could have been very interesting. I did not rate it because it's not fair I did not read it.

Awesome is the word

Although nothing in this book is new for me i have read lot of books to make memory palace and method of loci and have been practicing it. This book is classified with the practical use and has exercises with each chapter.
Book is totally recommended for a newbie or someone who wants to explore new viewpoints

This book tells you everything you knew but never used and then some more. Very to the point book, some exercises are long by design. Because they are supposed to inculcate habit. All in all a good book to read
