The Legend of the Raven Wolf: A Fairytale Retelling

Rate this book
A powerful new YA novel by award-winning dark romance author AM Hudson.

Do not go gentle into the wolf's asylum...

Once every twenty years, pack alpha Luther takes a new wife. On the day of Selection, Red is chosen. Just as her family always planned. Just as she always planned. Until she met Alex Plain.

Alex took Red to worlds she never imagined, where the ordinary is seen as magical, and the upright is abstract. With the help of this new friendship, Red begins to see a future for herself outside of the pack. But, unfortunately, Alex Plain came along too late.

Red is obligated to marry Luther now, and taken to live in the mysterious Ravenswood Mansion, where truth lies and the walls have eyes. What Red learns there about her alpha will ignite some burning questions—ones that, when answered, could undo the entire order of the pack:

What happened to all the children born there? Why hasn’t this mansion left the seventeenth century? And where are all his previous wives?

Title: Red: The Untold Story
Author: Angela M Hudson
Genre: YA Fantasy
Format: Ebook
Shelf: Review
Pages: 394
Rating: 4.5
Heat: 2

Thoughts: This was not what I was expecting, there were so many twists and turns, and I loved it! I was expecting more of a "Little Red Riding Hood" retelling, the off to grandma's house and the wolf pursuing her kind of thing. The only part that made me think of the fairy-tale was her name and the wolf. So then I was thinking a love story between Red and the Wolf, and I won't tell you if it is or isn't (ha ha ha I'm evil), that is where the unexpected twists and turns come in. I really enjoyed the characters, Alex, George, and Plain were people I would LOVE to hang out with, full of imagination and wonder. I would've liked a bit more of the magic. It was a mixture of real magic with spells and something as simple as a rainbow created by the rain and sun. Not really magic, we know the reason behind it, but seeing it as something magical. This was a fun read and I look forward to reading more from this author.

Please note that I received a complimentary copy of this work in exchange for an honest review.

You may know her as A. M. Hudson from the award winning Dark Secrets series, a truly fantastic series, and now the world of April Redwood.
This is a story of love, friendship, loss, and growth. Red (April) is just like any other girl, sort of. She has secrets, she wants to fit in, she has experienced loss, and sadness. She is able to glimpse a world she never realized she would want to be a part of, but her real world has its obligations. As she tries to adjust to life in front of her, she must find herself. And by doing so she will change lives of countless others. Through it all she learns the lesson we all must, every love story begins within us, we must love ourselves first before we can truly live.

Ms. Hudson creates a world that is not very different than "LIFE", but with just enough fantasy to make it all magical. I cried, I laughed, I related to many of the characters. This is one to read and to share.

To read or not to read: Read immediately. Red is a fantastic story of friendship, sacrifice and dealing with your demons, both physically and mentally, with the added twist of werewolves. It is hands down one of the best books I have ever read, and words just don’t even sum up how much I loved it!

I love fairy tales so, obviously, I had to read RED! Who doesn't fairy tales with a twist?
It is the first time that I have read a book of Angela Hudson but it certainly wont be last,
she did a magnificent job with this adaptation of Red Riding Hood, the original version has totally been left behind by far.
Red thought all her life she was a wolf shifter. However, when it turns out she is just half, her world comes apart because it turns out she isnt the daughter of the man she always thought was her father, she can´t shift, and her pack makes her feel as an outcast. Nevertheless, there is this boy (Alex), who might not look like it, but he is harboring a pain as great as hers and longs to let someone in. Nevertheless, when being marrying the alpha in order to restore her family honor and bring to her family enough money so her mama doesn't need to sell her house, will Red be willing to let go all the precious moments and the whole new and beautiful world Alex introduce her too.

I have to say I fell in love with Alex's humor. Most of the time he had this big smile on his face and a wonderful and positive way to look at things. I truly value how he could bring a smile to those in need even though his heart need some mending too. I loved to see how Red and him helped each other to move through difficult times. I have to admit he is weird, BUT a funny and amazing kind of weird. He always managed to bring a smile to my face and I couldn't help but admire the kindness and warm with which he treated treated his family and Red. Red is my second favorite character and what I love about her was the 180° she did because of Alex to the point that she even returned the favor when it was needed.

Another think that I must share about this wonderful book is that the art inside it is AMAZING! A true work of art that will captivate you since the very first page. I have nothing more to say about this wonderful book but that I highly recommend it to paranormal lovers! :)

Woahhh!
Okay this was an awesome read.
It read very easy and flowed with a very nice steady pace.
It is a werewolf story with a difference, it is not the usual “love the pack’ story.
It is vividly described, with images playing in my head, some not so nice others I loved, the magical birds and I want the Library!! So cool.
I love Red! What a strong, awesome young woman!
Luther…no words for Luther!
Max made me cry…
And George broke my heart!
I really enjoyed reading this, I went through a range of emotions, from anger, tears, laughter (Plain) frustration and sadness…so many emotions.
This is the first time I have read this author and it will not be the last!
I would Highly recommend this to everyone over 15 who loves an awesome read

Love it

From the moment I started I never wanted to put this book down. There were times I wanted to throw it. I love Alex's look on life. Makes you try to look at things differently. Red is a badass! She finds herself and then sticks up for what is right and what she believes in. Will be recommending this book for sure

My sister and I are really huge A.M. Hudson fans and have been since the very beginning of her Dark Secrets series. I think it's probably at least 50% my sister's fault that I didn't care much for Red: The Untold Story because she absolutely raved about how awesome it was, thus leading me into this book with pretty high expectations. For me, it fell short of those expectations.

Like another reviewer said, I kind of feel like I read a completely different book than everyone else who gave it five stars and rave reviews... Throughout the book I kept thinking to myself, "Now this is when it will get really good", but then it never really did. I felt like the middle part of the book (which was kind of a new spin on Little Red Riding Hood) had a lot of promise and the potential to create a really gripping storyline, but ended up being pretty anticlimactic instead.

Reading Red was a lot like having a great story just barely out of reach of my fingertips. I kept grasping but never caught ahold of it. With that being said, the book still has a 4.48 average rating, so it's obvious that pretty well everyone else had a much different experience than mine. :)

Full Review at: What's Beyond Forks?

Red: The Untold Story by Angela M. Hudson made me cry more than I care to think about. I'm not talking just sad cries, although they happened too, but happy cries as well. I wasn't supposed to get emotional reading a re-telling of Little Red Riding Hood, was I? But I did. I felt an emotional attachment to each character for one reason or another, and they each felt very alive while I read their story.

Red: The Untold Story was kindly provided to me by YA Bound Book Tours for review. The opinions are my own.

Magically dark. This book was remarkable to me. Imagine a twisted tale of Little Red Ridinghood meets the magical world of a wonderfully Mad inventor. I have never read a story like this and Angela M Hudson just raised the bar. There's heartbreak, devastation, inspiration, and a love that knows no bounds. The world is described in such detail that you can clearly visualize it and the emotions run bone deep.

Unexpected; different; special!!!

review 1

The cover is amazing!!! I would have bought this book without even reading the blurb. It's catching, mysterious, sexy!
I have enjoyed the plot. In fact, the author works with two sub-plots, that will merge at the end. It's a fast-paced read, that keep you guessing.
It's a very creative concept and really surprising. I was expecting one thing and got something totally different. Really better than what I had in mind.
Red is a great character. She is a bit of rebel, the sort of female that will stand up for herself. She is easy to like and relate.
All secondary characters are also very interesting. They play with all of my emotions.
I felt like laughing, crying, cussing, hating, loving ... really a well written cathartic experience.
When you think you are going to the fairytale, it's a very modern realistic story. Creatively written!

Review 2

I guess sometimes both main subplots, the one with Red and Luther and the other with Red and Alex, had a bit of trouble converging into the same story. I can't really explained but I had trouble a few times in believing it all was the same story.
I'm uncertain that I would call this young adult. Even though the main character is young, the whole selection thing with a too old man, could border taboo for some. Not for me really, but I love taboo.

You MAY buy this book because you like fairy tales; you SHOULD buy this book because you want to read something different; you MUST read this book if you are ready to be taken out of the norm into the UNEXPECTED!!!

Red: The Untold Story is set in a mountainous, secluded area near Ravenswood Mansion, a centuries old home hidden in the woods or as Author AM Hudson calls it, “the Wolf’s Asylum.”A tight knit secretive community of full-blooded wolves who live among humans. It’s a place where no one in the wolf really knows the Alpha of the pack but all see him as having a God-like status. It is a place where humans believe that wolves are just animals that roam in the hills and mountains and werewolves are nothing more than a myth. This affords the wolf pack a great deal of privacy and anonymity during the nights when there is a full moon. The community is a very believable and realistic world of the author’s own creation. It could almost be any small community based up in the hilly or mountainous lands.

It’s here in this setting that a quiet, unremarkable and possibly mad, human boy, Alex Plain and his pet, Sacha, meet a grief-stricken, lonely, half-wolf, outcast named April Redman, better known to her family and friends as “Red,” meet for the first time. Red is dealing not only with grief over losing a parent, but being pushed out of the pack as an outcast to the only world she has ever really known. Alex, on the other hand, is dealing with issues of his own with a forgetful father who loves to invent things and a severely disabled older brother named George who lives in many different worlds, amazing worlds I might add. George’s world with the strange birds touched a chord very deep inside of me. I found myself wanting it to be real in a very big way and that is unusual for me. I think it’s perhaps because I have a severely disabled son and in some way without rhyme or reason, I would like to think that he imagines such fantastic and amazing worlds as George does.
Alex, his brother George and their pet, Sacha become Red’s new best friends and they change her life and her perceptions of life in a way she never saw coming. Author AM Hudson creates beautiful and incredibly moving worlds for Alex, George and Red to engage in when they are together and writes them into the story in such a way that this reader felt as if she was experiencing everything right along with all three of these characters. She has even helped this reviewer to see that even the most mundane things in life can be magical. One only needs to believe and this reviewer is a definite believer.

Author AM Hudson has created an eclectic cast of small community characters that any reader will be able to identify with. This gives them credibility and even more realism as the story and plot pull the reader right in and will refuse to let him or her go until long after the story is over. Characters such as Red, Alex and George are easy to fall in love with while other characters such as Red’s peers are easy to dislike. This reviewer has to admit that I was on the line with Luther, the pack’s Alpha. He sounded dreamy where looks were concerned but very old-fashioned and even stand offish a bit, but I wanted so much to give him the benefit of the doubt. He had moments of being genuine and kind making me feel like I could fall in love with him and then he would do something horrendous and I wanted to beat the living tar out of him. Exactly what I love about AM Hudson’s characters! You go on a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, twist and turns with each character and experience nearly every emotion in the book throughout the story. These are the kind of characters that draw the reader more and more into the story and plot while holding their attention throughout.

Author AM Hudson shows her master storytelling skills by being brilliant in how she brings her characters not only to life on the pages of this book, but allows them each to tell his or her own story and this is just one aspect of the grand masterpiece that this reviewer has come to expect from Author AM Hudson. This reviewer read the book from start to finish in one sitting, unable to put the book down and believe me, I tried, but I just couldn’t stop at one or two chapters. I had to continue reading until the very end and even then, I wanted so much more of the story. I can easily see this cast of characters being developed into a series just as the author did with her dark secrets series. To be honest, this reviewer believes this book too would be an excellent movie for the big screen. To see the movie that played out in my mind while reading this book come to live on the big screen, how exceptional that would be!

Now as for the twists and turns and the revelations exposed, oh my! This reviewer never saw them coming until they smacked me right upside the head and left me in shock, I can think of no better word for it. As an avid reader who loves to be sucked into books, I am also quite verbal while reading, just ask my children and when I read these revelations, I was yelling, cussing, crying, and so much more before I fell into speechless silence. It is exactly this kind of magnificent brilliance I have come to expect from Author AM Hudson and she did not let me down.

Author AM Hudson also has a unique way with the words she chooses to describe the characters, places and such in her book and the prose she uses, to this professional reviewer are both reminiscent of the way master story tellers write after countless hours of hair ripping frustration through trial and error. This author does not mince her words, but chooses them with care for each scene in the book as well as with any dialogue between characters. The way she writes allowed this reviewer to not only see the story play out in my mind, but as I said before, allowed me to experience a roller coaster ride by the seat of my pants, feeling every emotion that the characters felt and emotions I felt on behalf of the characters. This author has a God given talent to be able to also use words to provoke the reader into believing he or she is utilizing all of his or her senses along with the characters. That in itself equals a rare experience that will leave the reader needing more of the story at the book’s conclusion and wanting to read every other book this author has written. This reviewer has been hooked on this author’s books since she first started reading them.
This is the type of book that most professional reviewers pray to have land on their desks. It is a true delight to the senses as well as for the imagination. I rarely find authors who have such amazing talent in my line of work, but I thank the powers of the universe for putting AM Hudson’s books in my hands!! This is truly a must read for young adults and adults alike!

For the most part I liked the Alex story line and I enjoyed the rest. The two sides didn't quite merge for me, especially with all the dragged out stuff at the end. I was rooting for the big bad wolfs redemption before it became clear exactly what he's been up to. AMH did manage to let us see that there was/had been the possibility of a good guy buried in there, if only he'd made better choices years ago. It was a little far fetched that Theo never had any modern day questions too... especially when the naive slave girl with no real world experience that he's been screwing mentions getting Red on birth control to avoid having to hand her kids over.

As for the pack sacrifice structure... god, I found myself wanting to throttle her mother... and the rest of them too. Who the hell never noticed that the women never came back? Who didn't notice that the families never managed to keep contact with them after a certain point, even the favoured ones?

Her mother had just lost her father and now she was all for 'selling' her daughter because they had too many bills... Knowing she would likely never seeing her or her grand kids again? I get they all thought he was a god, but there still gunna be some questions about what the hell is going on, especially when it's 'ok' to put a 12 year old in the line up just because she had her period! Not to mention, this sacrifice might be 17, but the last one was just 15 years old and hadn't even seen since the first year or two of her 20yrs.

It's Prodigious, Shocking, Stunning, Unbelievably fascinating and enduring yet evil has a presence about it! Epic writing style! - Nook Books and More Blog

Red that pulls you in. The characters have a way of pulling you in. They are all unique in a way that gives it a different appeal then the average paranormal read. That’s why I love AM Hudson's work. There's a sense of freshness, an appeal that you never read elsewhere and a beauty of rawness that is beyond impeccable.

It's a story of a much different concept of the Wolf and it has a wonder and shows you how ones imagination saves their own sanity. The characters evolve into their own and have such total different freshness about them. You have every paranormal being to man I think in this book. It seems to give care with each character as it evolves. Alex's character shows you that appeal that you seem to feel a sense of respect for him as all he endures but yet seems to only see the beauty in things. His character shows you the true soul. It's hard to capture that in words. The author does a phenomenal job at not only showing you his soul but making you feel and experience the beauty of it. A rawness that makes you feel things will be ok. I instantly fell in love with his character.

Red's character changes so much at first, but its necessary for her to evolve. She plunges deeply into her destiny and makes waves and changes were know one dare. She grows so much from knowing Alex and from emerging herself into the new world of the unknown. She teaches everyone around her ways to become who they are destined to be while she's plunging into her own destiny. You'll instantly love her character through out the story because the compassion she shows and teaches is beyond words.

I really enjoyed watching their family dynamics and how they nurtured each other and grow. AM Hudson's uses this story to discuss a topic that the entire world faces daily. Hate and prejudice. She touches the ugliness and rawness of it and the main character exploits it with new and exciting possibilities to make waves to change it. It really gives you hope that maybe one person really does make a difference in this world or the paranormal world. It also touches on deep depression and grief which has always been a tough one for me. This book has left an impact in my heart and I plan to read it several times. It makes you see the realness in this world and you are not alone but without harping on the woe is me feeling that one might get during that time. I guess I just loved the realness and rawness of how it is. Books sometimes paint a pretty picture of things and life and its not always a bed of roses. Lol The writer hits the most hardest topics in the world today though and doesn’t explain it away just uses it as a tool to explain that its ok.

Not everything is magical though and she soon realizes it once she reaches Luther and Ravenswood Mansion. She sees the true lies and darkness within these walls and embarks in her own journey to see deeper into his soul only to find much much more. She reaches so many more then you thought she ever would. She shows you how strong a women can be. Sometimes strength comes within and you don’t need a sword always to kick ass, but a great heart and strong will to see things through.

Love is such a powerful emotion that exist and that explains this through out this story. There are many twist and turns in the story. Perhaps the most I've ever seen in a series. Each relationship pulls you in because it's hot yet forbidding and dangerous with some. It’s a phenomenal read that will blow you away!

The authors words flow effortlessly off the page and it's easy to follow. You stay focused throughout the book not getting lost like some authors in their adventure scenes. I loved the different characters and they draw you into their world making you feel as though you are really their. Thanks AM Hudson for one hell of a ride!

I knew I was going to love this book the moment I saw the dedication. “This book is dedicated to those brave warriors who suffer depression and to all those big hearts that love them through it.” It’s one thing to say something like that, and it’s a completely different thing to create a world and characters that make it clear you really understand what you’re talking about. This story wasn’t what I was expecting at all, but that isn’t a bad thing. Honestly, I was expecting something a great deal more superficial, more imaginative and supernatural, but not something that really expressed such profound understanding of life, growth, and simply being. I never expected a truly honest, but somehow beautiful depiction of someone living with depression. Not suffering from depression, but truly and honestly accepting it as a part of their character and living their life as a whole and wonderful person with depression. I also never expected to read about such pure and honest love, a love that is able to accept depression as a part of someone and love their whole being without resenting that aspect of who they are. I almost feel like saying I loved this book isn’t enough. Parts of this novel were so profound that they spoke to me on a level I wasn’t even aware I needed to hear them, and I have to say, I am so incredibly impressed with the author’s ability to do that.

Honestly, all of that would have been more than enough to make me love this book. Hudson went further than that, though, developing worlds within worlds and challenging what we think we know as real. I’ve never thought so much about the way perception can change what we view as reality before, and I love nothing more than when a book impacts me like that. She also challenged what we view as right and wrong and how situations, perceptions, and necessities can warp what we think we know about morality. Even her antagonist, who I was utterly prepared to hate, had elements of character about him that drew me in, made me want to understand him, and had me wondering whether he really was an antagonist at all. There is so much depth in the worlds and characters the author has created in this work that I can’t even begin to describe it.

This was a truly creative work in a lot of ways. I loved the characters, and I absolutely adore the way that their “madness”, their idiosyncrasies, and their imperfections make them beautiful and loveable. These are some of the most real characters I have ever found in a book, and I love them more than I can really explain to you. There is such a beauty in imperfection, and the fact that Hudson is able to not only recognize that beauty, but capture it and even explain in through the use of her characters astounds me. This is easily a book I will be reading over and over again, and I know that every time I read it, I’ll find something new to celebrate. I will most definitely be seeking out other works by this author, so keep an eye out for those reviews. She just might be a new favorite for me!

So amazingly good

I just love this author. I've read all her books. She knows how to reach your soul. I cried and laughed my way thru this book. This was a unique kind of love story but so my more than that. It was adventure and self worth and survival and perception, right and wrong. A very good read.

I received an e-copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Going into this book, I was expecting a less modern setting than the one I got. I was surprised to see that this book is set in modern times, which I found refreshing since it actually was a realistic type setting other than the overdramatic and darker modern day settings most urban fantasy books that I've read have been set in. It was a lighter atmosphere without starting off heavy somehow.

The way this story is told caught me a little by surprise since I was expecting a retelling of little red riding hood. Instead, I was introduced to an entirely new tale which I found really enjoyable. I loved all of the twists that were made for this story to really give little red riding hood a fresh new spin on the classic tale and I found it to be really interesting and it kept me hooked until the very end. The character development of every single character was just great and I was able to connect with all of them, including the big bad wolf himself which was only a sign as to how great the characters really were.

The storytelling and pace this book takes was both intriguing and relaxed, fantastical and realistic at the same time and I fell in love with the book as it progressed. The book kept me interested in the story because of the unique turns in the story, the unique setting, the realistic views on life and grief, and also took me on an adventure while also teaching some very valuable lessons on life.

I could go on and on about this book from the beautiful cover to the great ending but I'll end with saying that my favorite part about this whole book was that it really focused on the importance of friendships and families, no matter how strange or weird they may seem. I loved that Red never lost sight of what really mattered to her and was quick to set aside her own problems when it came to helping out her friends who were in need, even if she had enough to worry about already. I loved the themes of family and friendship littered throughout the book and I especially loved that the romance element was only a hidden theme, only really taking life towards the last few chapters of the story with hints thrown in here and there.

Overall, this book was fun to read, something fresh, realistic in its characters and storytelling, and most importantly added something new and touching to the story of little red riding hood that I fully enjoyed.

April Redwood, or Red as she's known, is struggling with the realization that she is not a full blooded wolf, merely a half breed who will never change and run with her pack under the light of the moon. In an effort to restore her sense of self and a place within her pack, she places herself as a contender in the Selection. Taking place once every 20 year, the Selection is the time that the packs leader, the alpha Luther, takes a new bride. Red wins her place as the new bride of the Alpha but quickly comes to realize strange things are happening at the mansion. Why does Luther take a new wife every 20 years, exactly? Saying goodbye to her old life is harder than she imagined, especially leaving behind her new found human friend Alex. As Red begins to piece together the secrets of the Alpha, she realizes she must take action if she is to make it out alive.

I was really excited when I read the premise of this book, I have always liked a good fairytale retelling the more I got into it, this book seemed like a weird mashup of a fairytale retelling and a YA contemporary. The whole Section process seemed super gross to me, being that the girls were in highschool, years younger than 18, and Luther is literally centuries old. Parents offering up their young, underage girls to the pack leader, creeeeepy. (And for a hefty sum of money I might add, isn't that like prostitution...) Looking past the creepy factor, I could get down with the story of Red navigating life at the mansion and figuring out all the well kept secrets and goings-on of the Alpha. That whole plot line was well written and interesting to me. I really liked Red's character as well, she was fiery and rebellious which I enjoyed and thought played well into the larger plot with Luther. The whole Alex story-line was confusing to me though. They seemed like two different stories mashed up together. Hudson would have done better to stick with the wolf storyline and end it there. Now don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the storyline with Red and Alex but like I said, they felt like two disconnected stories to me, not belonging in the same book. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this one, the writing was on point and the characters were all fantastic, I just wasn't digging the two disjointed plot lines. Unfortunately I would pass on this one guys.

I stayed up into the early morning to finish this book :)
It was a little hard to get in to at first because it seems to jump right into Red and Alex's full blown friendship without a lot of background to tell you what's going on in regards to her father and friends, but stick with it, the story moves quickly enough, you'll come to find it fits the story and it pulls you in.

I loved it and think AM Hudson has written another AMAZING story, I loved all the descriptive details, Angie is one of the few authors I've read that's able to give detailed descriptions without making it too boring and losing the readers attention and this allows you to really see it and be there.
I laughed out loud at some of Red's conversations and relationships, all in all it was a fantastic read, and once again it's proved to me why Angie is one of my favorite authors, in every book I've read of hers she always seems to be able to put us *IN* the story right there with them!
I would love to see an epilogue of this a few years out to see how they're doing or possibly even a series!

I received an ARC of Red from Author AM Hudson in exchange for an honest review, and I have to say once again this book did not disappoint, and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a good book to settle in with! :)

I LOVE THE COVER that's what drew me in wanting to read it and also that its AM Hudson tackling werewolves book. I hate that I didn't like this as much as I wanted to. I read others reviews and felt I read a different book. Yes, this was different from A.M. Hudson typical story and that's fine. I just felt like I was down the rabbit hole the whole time I read it. Its a different spin on Little Red Riding Hood but not even a close cousin to the story. The world her and Alex created was a nice place but it wasn't a easy flow to read. The creative / descriptive sentences were a little much with each sentence that I couldn't understand or had to re-read it to see if she meant figuratively or literally. The time at the mansion was thrilling and suspenseful. Red is a strong female lead with great loss. Her mom would let her go off to marry, consummate at 17 but she had to wait until 21 to drink? The pull and tug deciding if she liked Luther romantically or not was frustrating, but it keeps you guessing. Alex's mom was a Raven but it never got back to that or addressed the Raven witches further I don't know, I'm just sad it do it for me. I know the author worked hard on it and the promotions for it were pretty amazing.

All the feels

I have been a fan of AM Hudson for some time. I have to say this is by far one of the best books I have read in some time.. it gave me all the feels. I laughed, cried, felt angry, happy and cried a few more times. I love how strong Red was and how devoted to Alex she stayed. The story was exceptional and the characters are amazing. They all are strong in their own rights. I adore Theo and Katy. I could read a series about these characters. I will read this again. I absolutely Loved it. Well done Angela. You have written an amazing world. One I would love to be a part of..

Couldnt put this one down!!

What can I say, other than she has done it again! She captivated me into a world unlike our normal one and explained it with such detail, that i could imagine myself standing right next to the characters in every scene. The last half of the book is where the best drama happens and it makes you have to look away from the book for a quick moment just to catch your breath. Great story line, amazing details, and likable characters. Once again just awed by Angie!!
