Excellent descriptions of the planets and the vergeances of the force. Unfortunately, their effects gameplay-wise aren't as worked out as I'd liked: they require a lot of fantasy and work of the GM.

The fact that the planets, vergeances and modular encounters are in different chapters, isn't very practical as you need to look up the description of the vergeance and the description of the planet the vergeance is on to run an encounter. That's a lot of page-switching that could have been avoided.

Explore the force and the way it takes root across the galaxy…

Star Wars: Force and Destiny - Nexus of Power is a sourcebook for force related planets, temples and artifacts.

First, I should say I was surprised to see a whole chapter on Vergences, force active areas that have been seen before (though not specifically name dropped) and recently got picked up in the Acolyte show.

The book covers a number of key worlds with strong ties to Jedi and the force (though the inclusion of Naboo seems to be an excuse to have Naboo and gun fans in a book possibly to pass out info), but the rest of it is solid.

You have Ilum, Dagobah, Ossus, Tython, even some places from the clone wars cartoon I wasn’t familiar with. It includes culturally info, local wildlife, and areas of interest.

Mixed in is a lot of Jedi and force lore and their activities on various planets, along with a fine selector of force artifacts.

The adventures in the back are also useful, even for those groups that don’t have force users but simply treasure seekers pursuing valuable artifacts (like a certain Doctor Aphra).
