Had to read most of this for grad school. Hefty, thorough book, covering many common assessment tools. It's definitely The Handbook. A must if you're doing assessments ongoing. Also I'd suggest balancing out one's viewpoint by reading something like McWilliam's Psychoanalytic Case Formulation.
Excellent summaries and detailed breakdown of how to use and interpret most tests administered today. Will be pulled off my shelf many times in the future.
