What happens when dogs come to school? Find out in the newest Puppy Patrol Adventure!
Neil and Emily can't believe it. Dotty the dalmation, their teacher's mischievous dog, is as much trouble as ever -- and now she's expecting puppies!
This is bad news for her owner, Mr. Hamley. Dotty can't be left home alone in her condition, so she has to go to school. Now it's up to Neil and Emily to keep her out of trouble...
Prolific author of animals stories for younger children, in particular dog and cat stories. As well as a Puppy Tales and Kitten Tales series she has written the Pony Tales series of pony books.
There is some speculation that the author does not actually exist but is a psuedonym for another author or authors. One author mentioned as writing under the name of Jenny Dale is Liss Norton, who incidentally is also said to be one of the ghostwriters for the Lucy Daniels Animal Ark series.
This one touches a lot of hard subjects for young readers. There's the impending Dalmatian pregnancy (where the birth is lightly described). Also it presents the idea of learning to trust dogs again -- even though one dog may hurt you, most of them just want to be your friend. And it also discusses euthanization for dogs that are cruel to humans.
Pretty deep for a children's chapter book, if you ask me. But great for discussion starters if you're reading it with your child.
i am so glad that new principal "resigned" i personallythink he was sacked for being utterly horrible and should just go be a militarySargeant. The plot with dotty having puppies was awesome even if dotty will not ever settle down. I am glad neils mom is getting better with dogs after being attackedby that dangerous dog.
